Today I want to travel to Kolkata via Lucknow by Indigo Flight (Itinerary No. TIM2FB). It is scheduled take-off time 06:40 AM at Chandigarh and reaching time at Kolkata was 11:10 AM. But due to bad weather at Chandigarh airport, Flight was delayed. Help desk’s lady staff of Indigo at Gate no. 2, who was on duty at that time, informed me, we can cancel your ticket at your request and full refund will be credited to your account. So, I decided to cancel my visit to Kolkata and move out the Chandigarh airport with Indigo staff help. In mean time, Indigo has rescheduled my journey without my consent to Kolkata via Indore, which was reaching Kolkata at 23:15 hrs, more than 12 hours late arrival from my original booking. Now I enquired about my cancellation from Indigo call center no.[protected]. They informed me, cancellation request of my ticket was not raised by Indigo staff at Gate no. 2 has.
