[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — Ticket is not booked but amount is deducted and showing payment status pending

Hi, Today dated 31/05/2020, I have booked ticket from Visakhapatnam to Bangalore on 15th June 2020. Amount is deducted from my Icici account but ticket is not booked. I talked with indigo agent and they gave me pnr no. - OMQE5N. I logged into that pnr and it again asked me to pay 391/- to confirm ticket. I paid 391/- but again my ticket is not confirmed. I would like to know when my amount 10, 116/- is going to refund back. Was this information helpful? No (9) Yes (10)
Jun 1, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved I have received confirmation of my booking. IndiGo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I have paid the 18, 000 for my flight from vadodara to bangalore. Now when I received the mail, it shows pending payment. It is asking for an extra amount of 1365/- on top of my ticket amount which I paid previously. When will I get my refund of Rs. 18, 879. The PNR is QTEMXH
