[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — Ticket not booked but amount got deducted via UPI

Well I booked a ticked on 19th April on indigo website and tried to pay the amount but due to transaction failure the amount got deducted via UPI using razorpay and ticked didn't got booked. Then after contacting indigo customer care they told that it would took a week to solve this matter and process the refund.

After waiting for a two weeks the amount was refunded via indigo customer care and a RRN number was send including the refund I'd for the transaction then it's been 3 months since the the refund was generated but still the amount isn't credited to my bank account.

Whenever I tried to contact indigo customer care then told me to contact bank customer care with the RRN number they provided but my bank customer care just deny that there isn't any refund processed or pending from indigo for that RRN number.

So I would need help as how to get refund from indigo I'm such case...
