IndiGo - Transaction Initiated but NO Booking Reference and NO Ticket Itinerary Received (Mohammad Basir Mohammad Idris) for AED 935 Payment (17.07.22 Flight)
Dear Sir,
Please do not forget to refund below amount within 5-7 working days as we did not receive the Booking Reference and Ticket Itinerary during the time of booking on my email for Mohammad Basir Mohammad Idris.
For almost 2 hours, I tried to contact your customer care center in India from UAE but no one is responding.
I chatted with your AI Dottie but I don't get proper response because your AI is asking for PNR in order to retrieve the itinerary where in fact I did not receive any booking reference on my email.
What happened was very exhausting on our side.
In order for MOHAMMAD BASIR MOHAMMAD IDRIS to have a ticket and have his flight scheduled on July 17, 2022, we then booked him online and paid again under PNR/Booking Ref.: WSBRVN.
Kindly sort out this issue on your side and have an effective countermeasure to avoid recurrence of this problem with your customers.
We hope to get the refund of our money from our first payment transaction (AED 935) ASAP.
