I booked an air ticket after paying online through the IndiGo portal. Received and e-mail itinerary number after booking. But surprisingly, the IndiGo booking page continued to show the "PAY NOW" blue button even after I received the payment confirmation from my bank. Now, 12 hours have already passed. I have neither received any payment confirmation from IndiGo, nor the Air Ticket confirmation. At least the amount should be refunded immediately if they have cancelled the booking (as it is now displayed on the PNR checking page. No refund so far...
