I found about ground staf vacancy on google in Indigo then I got interviewed online after which I was provided an email [protected]@flylndig0.co.in and in that document I am asked to submit 1400 rupees receipt for PPE kit and after which I will get employee id and offer letter after which I will be called for medical checkup.
I applied for online job and was offered a post of CSA . Should I pay.

    I booked 2 flight ticket from indigo official website paid for my ticket but it showed payment pending and then asked for extra ₹1298 to confirm the ticket. I paid that much then also it is still showing payment pending so I would like to know will I be getting a refund or will my ticket be confirmed.

      I booked indigo flight from its official website paid for it but it showed payment was pending then I look into it again and it showed i need to pay 1298 more to get my ticket confirmed i paid that amount also but it is still showing payment pending so will i get refund or my booking will be confirmed

          Indigo is doing malpractice with customer booking. they are cancelling flight without giving any sms to customer. they are changing flight automatically. changing flight nonstop to 1 stop. if we ask for the same flight in next day they are telling it is not available but in website it is showing available.

            Hi, I'm Vishwas. I got the message from whatsapp stating that they are calling from Indigo. They said I got shortlisted for the job. I got a call from the lady, she said me to send my resume and documents. When I sent, again she called me and said to pay 2500 as the document verification amount. I paid it through phone pay. Again she called me and said send 5500 for your open appointment letter, even I sent it. Then she asked me to send 4500 as a uniform charge. She called me and said to pay 10500 for opening the bank account. I paid 15500 for the training. Total I paid them 38500. How can I get back my money.

                I was travelling from Jaipur to Chennai on Nov 16th 2022 by flight no 6e-569, pnr no TNUFYP and my check-in baggage handle got damaged/Hardcase bag broken they are thorwing all the bags, I raised the complaint at kiosk available at mumbai airport and also through customer care. I am very disappointed by the response received from on ground staff and also from customer care call executive. They seems to be least bothered and not interested to deal with the issue of customer. They not even bothered to pay attention to complaint. Rather they keep trying to escape from issue and not even responding to me. It was very dissatisfying and disappointing response from so called "customer care". It is a financial loss as well as mental and physical harassment.
                I will try my best to avoid or boycott this airline to travel in future.

                  I lost my boarding pass and I need to submit it in office. So I applied for travel certificate from indigo air lines. Also paid online fees of Rs 600 and 300 as per number of passengers. It is showing error: please enter correct email address. Please provide me a travel certificate.

                      On 16 Nov 2022, I have boarded 6E-6911 HYD to BBI seated at 32A (pnr KW81SM). Listened to music on BOSE Sound Sport Earphone with Mic. Packed it up at "Electronic Items to be stoved away". Realised on return flight 6E-631. I have not opened the bag or any fall out. Could you please check if it was found in the aircraft?

                        I was on 6E 6911 (HYD to BBI) on 16 Nov 2022 seated on 32A (KW81SM). I was listening to music on my BOSE Sound Sport Wired with Mic earphones, packed back into the BOSE pouch, and slid into the bag. It must have slipped or dropped on the floor near my legs which I did not realise until I opened the bag on my return flight. I was on Laptop as well and packed rest of cables too. But earphone is packed in a different pouch. I did NOT open my laptop bag anywhere else, nor saw anything dropped outside the flight.

                            I Dr Manish Malaviya from Surat -Gujarat travelled from Mumbai to portblair via Bangalore on date 24th October with my family.                                 I am traveling to Phuket.
                                I boarded 2 indigo flight during the travel.

                                1: LKO-DEL PNR: SSD3UQ
                                2: DEL-HKT PNR: UPCDXZ

                                For both the flight while check-in I asked cable tie to lock the bag at counter, but after receiving the luggage after both journey the cable tie lock was broken.
                                I thought It might have been broken due to transferring but later when I reached hotel i found out that 10000 TBH is missing from my baggage.

                                      Hi Team,

                                      I have booked the ticket from Delhi to Bangalore in Makemytrip. The amount got deducted from my account, but ticket is not generated and also PNR is not generated.

                                      Text message is received for the amount deducted, but the ticket is not generated and PNR is also not received to check.

                                        I have applied for a travel certificate as I lost my boarding and now need it for office purpose. I applied for the certificate using the link provided in the Indigo app and also paid the required amount but I have not received any confirmation nor any mail from the Indigo team confirming on the same.
