[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — waive off cancellation charges

I had spoken to customer service of indigo and they asked me to send the medical reports and they will consider waiving off cancellation charges. We are booked to fly on 24th december however we had to rush to the hospital on 20th night as my moms pulse rate went up to 182 and hence we will have to do a procedure to settle the problem. Hence requested indigo to waive off cancellation charges. Doctor has even advised its best not to travel at this moment. Have sent all the documents to indigo. But indigo refuses to relent. Make my trip has very graciously also refunded the cancellation charges then why can’t indigo help. Why the inhuman and non compassionate behaviour towards fellow human beings. I even gave a proposition they could give us a credit voucher and we could use that or best possible that we reschedule the flight by a month which gives us enough time to recuperate but they are just not being cooperative. Kindly request you to help us with the same. The tickets are of a very expensive sector to bhubhaneshwar. Please help. It’s already saturday and we are booked for monday. We would appreciate your help. Thank you.
