    Flight was scheduled to depart on 7:30hrs and i arrived at check in counter at 07:00 hrs where airline officials denied check-in inspite of the fact that boarding was still in progress and i was a single passenger with no baggage.
    They could have accomodated me as it would take me hardly 15 min to board the flight but it seems they had commercial priorities where they charged additional rs 1000 to accomodate me in another flight scheduled at 08:30 hrs

    We totally understand the discomfort you must have faced. Please know that the check-in counter closes 45 mins prior to the scheduled departure time. Our staff has no reason to deny boarding to passengers who report on-time. In fact, they try to accommodate passengers who report marginally late. As checked, you had reported at 0700 hrs to our counter. Since our check-in counter was already closed, our staff was unable to accept you for the same flight.
    Further, our endeavour is to assist our valued passengers at all times, therefore with an intention to help you reach the destination, our airport team offered you to accommodate on the next available flight subject to payment of applicable charges, which were accepted by you. We look forward to your understanding in this regard.

      While boarding into flight 6e716 from kolkata to bangalore on 14 dec the field person stop while boarding stating that your luggage is more and keep me wait for 15min and after final boarding he came and collected cash for 2400/- which is unreasonable stating that your luggage wait is 8kg excess. Which is wrong and no slip has been provided saying flight is getting delayed. Very rough talk has been done by the person. The actual luggage wait was not so much since by seeing an alone girl they had done and we cannot say anything to the male person. After discussion with the customer care they are helpless asking me to complain to airport authority for which should i go kolkata to raise complain about that person. I asked customer care that u wait in bangalore airport before i check out u will know the correct wait but they refused to do so. Kindly take this matter as serious and do the needful.

        Hi,

        My cricket bat damaged in while travelling from delhi to hyderabad on 12th december 2018 on flight 6e 767. I informed the same at airport and they said like they will resolve in 4 to 5 hours. I got call after two days after multiple enquires and they are saying its minor damage and we cant do anything like. I bought it srinagar to gift my cousin and its damaged now. I cant give that damaged bat as gift. What should i do now?. It cost me 3000rs over srinagar and it will cost me 4000rs-6000rs in hyderabad.

          [protected] got call from this number the lady told me she id hiring for cabin crew profile in indigo.
          I told my height weight skin condition, i told all the things and she scheduled my telephonic around which is to be held on 18 dec 2018
          She asked me to deposit 50, 000/- as security which is refundable amount after 5 years of joining.
          The amount will be taken after getting offer letter.
          I know indigo do not charge anything, so please do take necessary action for this number.

            I got a mail today from ishant. [protected]@airindigohr.in with the profile details and asking me to deposit money of 9600rs and it will be refunded once i attended the interview. They have given contact number - anil rana as well. I don't know whether its official or fraud one. Because indigo posted earlier that for recruitment they wont charge money and all.
            Please let me know asap whether its true.

              I received a call along with mail from mrs pooja sharma and she claims that she was from ngcareers and said i have been selected for aircraft maintenance engineer and few days later i received a mail from ajay rathore who said he is an hr from indigo airlines and asked a sum of 34000 rs as initial payment and will be given back as salary or on the date of joining can you please help me to find it fake or original

                  We booked indigo airline for our vacation from delhi to mangalore & return via chennai. We had a group of 5 with 2 trip ids ([protected] & [protected]). Travelling from delhi, we had no issues. We were travelling from canada. The employee @ the desk was very friendly & accommodative. All issues started during our return trip (Nov 22, 2018). We were allowed total 110 kgs (75 + 35). Our luggage was total 97kgs. Since 2 seniors were travelling with us (Age around 75) they couldn't carry any hand luggage. We requested the employee (That young kid) at the desk to consider the issue. But he charged us rs.4800/- for luggage. "he is collection agent for indigo." anyhow we reached chennai @ around 4:15pm & our gate # was 12 and our flight (6e 2907) was @ 17:15. We were waiting @ the gate but no flight or announcements. Suddenly around 5: 15 somebody appeared at the gate & said our gate # is 2 & flight is leaving soon. By the time we reached to the gate employee @ the desk said flight is full, paperwork is done & we are late. (That is a huge lie). We never got any answer for our questions. Anyhow they accommodated us in same flight finally. Flight wasn't full at all & our seats were waiting for us. There was a huge communication gap. Finally we reached delhi. But biggest surprise was waiting for us in delhi airport. Our luggage was soaking wet, we were shocked to see that. Our suitcases were muddy & dirty, no dry clothing for our early morning trip to canada. Whatever we brought from mangalore (Snacks & gifts) was total garbage. Since it was raining in chennai ground crew didn't take care of our luggage. Even after paying @ the (Mangalore) counter our luggage wasn't taken care of. I don't think i will travel in indigo ever again or recommend anybody in my life.

                  Hope you will consider this issue & find a solution for us. Sad part is my canadian friends visited first time to india & took very bad travel experience with them.

You have checked-in 60 kg baggage under the reservation KLIPGE and 31 kg under the reservation RYWL7V. Further, if you were charged for the excess baggage, kindly share the transaction details via private message with us. Please know that due to heavy rain the baggage was drenched during the transit period. Nevertheless, we have taken a note of your feedback and we'll share it with the concerned team to avoid recurrences to help us improve our services.                   Wow!! what a stupid response. Wasted my time & money for this stupid airline. Would have listened to my friends & family & reviews.

                  I know I get nothing from this enquiry. Why do you need transaction details? You have everything in your file. I said requested for Seniors, they can't carry 7KGs.

                  "Please know that due to heavy rain the baggage was drenched during the transit period. Nevertheless, we have taken a note of your feedback and we'll share it with the concerned team to avoid recurrences." Whose responsibility to take care of me & my belongings one I paid for you. Learn something from Air Canada. For them Customer is "King" but for you customer is just a NUMBER.

                  "We hope you'll allow us another opportunity to serve you better in the future." MY FOOT. Would you fly if you get this kind of service?????

                  his department is no use for Indigo. Better to close it & save more money.

                    I bought a tkt online dehradun to delhi for my daughter on indigo. While buying clicked 'student' in the options. After chosing date and time of the flt, the screen showed me the msg that said that the traveller needs to carry an id. I clicked ok. But my daughter was charged rs.800 for over weight in dehradun. Why was she charged??

                        Flight no. 6E 432, delhi to ahmedabad. I had cpml as a part of my special services. The air hostess did not bother to ask me about food and beverage nor did she bother to give me food for which i had already paid. This is really disappointing. The flight attendants were sloppy skipping an entire row regarding food services. Please take a not of this and resolve this matter shortly.

                          This is regarding our bad experience of indigo airline.
                          We booked our flight from delhi to bangalore with booking number [protected] (Dated 03rd dec. To 8th dec.2018). While coming back from bangalore to delhi (Flight 6e-2135) they rebooked it and we (Four o[censored]s) had no clue about this time change.
                          Our returning time was 1:30pm to 4:10pm but they rebooked it for way to early which was 6am. We were told about this change when we reached at boarding check in gate. On our objection on this change they simply cover themselves by saying they sent text and that’s all they are require to do. Out of 4, two o[censored]s were sick, still they gave us long waiting, without any complimentary refreshment, on top of that gave us connective flight from bangalore-hyderabad to delhi.
                          How irresponsible they behaved with us. No sense of responsibility.
                          If we cancelled flight, we get this penalty charge and we are bound to use all way to contact airline to inform them, but why indigo doesn’t abide by their own rule.
                          Changing flight without proper reason is unethical. Indigo said due to winter they had to change our flight. Then how come there is another flight were taking off on same time?
                          Why indigo forget to consider consumer availability before going ahead in re booking our flight 7 hours early? Do they think according to their changes consumer will adjust their plans and work?
                          With these all indigo doesn’t feel shame on arguing with their hurting customer who are subjected to their force changed in flight time. With so much pride they offer refund instead of apologies.
                          Not only that they carelessness people when it comes to manage luggage too. You can see in picture my suitcase is fully broken.

                            On[protected] at 10:54 am i received a message for an interview. He has sent me the link, i opened it & a pdf file starts to download. I have read it & thought that i must apply for it. On that day it was last day to apply but on
                            That day[protected] i sent an email regarding request to give a chance to me to deposit refundable security amount on next day. Immediately he responded to my email sent mentioning "we have considered your profle &you are in the 6th batch. Please call our recruiting manager to complete the registration formalities between 9:30 am to 4:00 pm" (I have atteched the screenshots of it for proof purpose). On next day morning that is on[protected] i called him through my mobile to him on the mobile number he has mentioned in the interview letter (Mr. Alok saxena contact:+91-[protected]). I trusted the interview letter by looking at its "authorized" logo at right side bottom of the page. Later on the same day i forwarded the interview pdf to my father asking for his opinion on it, the time by which i forwarded to him was 11:56 am. He said to go ahead for it thinking that it is a good company. I called him (Alok saxena) again & asked him that how to make the payment first before when i called him, he said that you can make the payment by any mode (Paytm, googlepay etc) & i also asked him whether this security amount of rs.9800 will me returned on interview date[protected] or it will take time. He said that it will be returned surely. Later i asked by what mode u will refund me then he said that you can take through any mode of money that is by cash, paytm, googlepay etc. I aked him (Alok saxena) that how to pay, the time was around 1pm & 2 pm. He (Alok saxena) said me to go near s. B. I (State bank of india) &deposit the security amount of rs.9800. I went to s. B. I bank, mancherial branch & called him (Alok saxena) for account details, he gave me the accont number [protected], account name he said correctly as mr. Jeetu thakur & it was correct as it displayed on the swiping machine. Later he asked me to take the photo of the slip & whatsapp to him. I did fund transfer by my mother's s. B. I debit card as there was not enough in my account. My mother name is usha kiran & her s. B. I account number is [protected]. After again i called him & i asked for the further procedure he said me to send mine scanned documents to him to his email ([protected]@hrgoindigo.in), the mentioned documents were 1. Bank payment screenshot or slip 2. One passport size photo 3. Updated resume 4. Id proof. I have sent him my aadhaar card (Front and back), pan card (Front & back), passport size photo of mine & bank payment slip (All the documents were sent after scanning by camscanner). Later on[protected] he calls me & asks me to send back the application form that he has sent me on my email (Shubham. [protected]@gmail.com) afer filling it. I opened my email & checked for it & i found it.in that email it was mentioned that "your security amount & application form has submitted successfully" & some other things were mentioned (I have attached the screenshots of it below). I sent him the application back to him by filling my all the details along with my resume on[protected]. Later i got a doubt that the procedure is strange & i called to indigo (+91 (0) [protected]) which was an official website of indigo airlines. They said that they don't have any name of that person (Alok saxena) & they said that the person who is calling you is a fraud person, don't trust him & immediately complaint to police. Then i realised the the person is fraud & he will not refund my money back. On the next day i was feeling very nervous & i was in very much tensed. I went to police station on[protected], evening to file a complaint, i said the whole story to the policeman briefly. He said that they were very busy as they have election duty on[protected] & asked me to come on monday between 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. I have attached all the proofs in the form of screenshots & all of them are 100% correct as per my knowledge & confidential proofs, kindly look after it & please help me. Please help me in getting my money back, i am in very urgent need of it. Thanking you - shubham kumar.

                              Hi, my original booking for indigo was in flight 6e2489 which was supposed to arrive delhi at 07;30 hours. So my family will get enough time to transfer to international airport to travel to london by vs301 flight. But due the rescheduling of flight from bhubaneswar to delhi to 09:30 hrs, the arrival time at delhi is around 12:30 hours. Therefore my family will definitely miss their international flight vs301 which is scheduled to depart at 14:00 hrs on 9th january. Therefore i had to prepone my travel to night journey.in this case my family will arrive at 04.00 hrs early morning and they need to take rest for the next flight. So i booked airport hotel for their rest as my wife will be travelling with my son who is just 6 years old.
                              Indigo airline should pay for my extra cost which i used to book hotel.

                                Dear sir,
                                I had travelled from bhubaneswar to chennai on 08th december, 2018 vide pnr no. Cyn73f and seat no. 6 c (Flight no. 6e 756) and reached chennai by 16.40 hrs.
                                I was using my mi power bank with c type cable to charge my mobile phone.

                                However i had missed my mi power bank & c type cable in the seat no. 6b & 6c.

                                It will be great, if i will get back the lost item.

                                  Dear sir / madem. I sk singh serving in indian navy and presently in visakhapatnam. I book a flight for 21 feb from vizag to varanasi and returning on 28 feb from varanasi to vizag. Vide pnr dj593x i got a message that returning flight has been rescheduled from 1530 to 1730 hrs and i had to come to vizag any how by 1600 hrs on 28 feb since serving in defence. So my humble request to cancel my both tickets and refund my full amount so that i can manage for going and coming by other suitable convenience. I be inform accordingly regards

                                    Booking no. Emt 53825395 there was no pnr at time of booking in the indigo airlines. After 11:00. I unable to contact you about the booking.
                                    I firstly booked the air ticket for 2 dec 2018 but failed the payment when second time to try the booking it suddendly deduct the amount imediately. We contact the indigo customer care there was no pnr generate so i cannot helped you. When the pnr generate would to contact him. After the generate the pnr, i contact the indigo customer care, he answered you contact to cancel the booking before 2 hour. I said that i contact to second time but customer care unable to unable cancel the air ticket. I contact again physically presence in the indigo counter, she shows to unable the cancel the ticket.
                                    I am try contact ccontinue the ease my trip but your sight is always busy.

                                      My journey was on 24th of november 2018 from lucknow to hyderabad by indigo, booking id was emt52003385 and pnr was "oh8ind". I had cancelled one ticket and the ticket number oh8ind/2/1 on the airport on the same day.

                                      After cancellation i got new pnr number in the flight "6e 278"and booking reference was "qbgmsi" and i was asked i will get refund of rs. 1200/- approx in couple of days by internet banking mode.

                                      But till date i did not receive that amount. Could you please check and let me know why i did not receive that amount.
