[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — want to change the name | |||
I put the same name as my name in the passenger list. Its clearly visible that, i am not knowingly wanted to change the passenger who is travelling with me. My full name is "sunil kumar sahoo". Ticket pnr - qehs9j Currently traveler list is as below 1. Sunil sahoo 2. Sunil kumar It's a mistake only as but still indigo is not ready to change name there. Please help me on this. Verified Support Aug 10, 2018 IndiGo Customer Care's response Hi Sunil, With reference to your post, we would like to inform you that once the booking is confirmed - Name changes are not permitted. Cancellation or changes to the date or time can be made to a passenger's booking by contacting IndiGo no later than 2 hours before the scheduled departure time with applicable charges. We are not in a position to make a change in name. However, we may request you to cancel and make a new reservation for the passenger with applicable charges. Regards, IndiGo Team | |||
