Indigo Airlines — Web checkin not allowed with an infant

Hello,

We are a family of four travelling with a 8 month infant, and wanted to use the web checkin facility to make it easier for the family and especially the infant at such young age.

I was surprised to learn that the web checkin isnt available for group with Infant, in my view this is utter stupidity as this facility is most needed for families with infant.

Im not sure if this are rules made only by the airline or the Airport Security, but who ever made them never travelled with an infant and does not care about families travelling with infants.

I am sure nothing will happen after this post but i wish there was some action taken.
