I have been mailing [protected]@gmail.com from December 2nd week to Dec 31 regarding my eligibility to apply for December TEE exam since I have taken admissions in July 2018 for MS4, 6, 7, 8
I have joined the course in 2014

I did not get reply.When I tried to apply for exam in Dec31 from different networks it was showing
500 - Internal server error. There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

Till 31st night I tried.
On Jan 1st I could not submit because date was over

I have taken readmission once(total 2 times) for the same course.Now since 2 years are over I will have to take once again admission if I write in June.My applying for Dec TEE was delayed because I was doubtful whether I was eligible for admission in Dec and my time went waiting for reply from [protected]@gmail.com.Usually I used to get prompt reply from [protected]@gmail.com

Pl consider my case.I dont want to delay my course anymore.2 times it had happened that I had applied and studied and at the eve of exam when not getting hall ticket I enquired and at that time I came to know that I am not eligible due to duration validity expiration and has to take readmission.Please consider my case very difficult for working women of two kids to
handle exams, studies and again studying the same topic without due notification and no reply.This time had already started preparing for exam in February.Pl allow me to submit my application with late fee and write exam in Feb MS4, 6, 7, 8

I have completed my term end exams by June 2019. Yet I didn't receive my certificates. Contacted my regional centre as well mailed to Delhi office regarding the same many many times. Each time I don't get proper response. For past 15months I'm struggling to get my certificates. All I get is improper response. Please provide my certificates

I had submitted my final year ignou assignments of BDP psychology on 22nd May online to my Study Center [protected]@gmail.com

but the status of my assignment is still not updated. Plus I haven’t got any confirmation email too. I have already given my final exams and yet the assignments have not yet been updated . I have visited my study Center and regional Center several times but got no appropriate response .

Ignou cancelled my admission for January 2020 session for tge 1st time by saying that their are discriptencies in ur 12th marksheet and i was not informed about the cancellation of my admission also. When 2nd time i filled the form for my admission for session July 2020 than also ignou says that ur 12 th marksheet is not clear their are discriptencies in ur form. I have payed the admission fees for BA program ie. 2900 rupees also but they are confirming my admission it is showing the discriptency is also resolved but they have put my admission form in pending but now they are giving new dates after another i have also email them on their official website also but they are not replying i have sent same mail 4 times but they are not replying and i also called them on their phone number but their also they are not attending my calls i have asked the regional centre also but they are also not helping me please help me in this matter. I m from uttrakhand, dehradun.

i have applied for B.A 1 admission online for ignou on 24/10/2020 for Rs 2900 has been deducted from my account..but the status shows pending at ignou website . Oct 25 2020 is the last day for admission i did not get the addmission ..but fees is still showing in progress on ignou website ..a message is written on site -If payment has been deducted from your account but the same is not updated in your application, you will...

Dear sir/madam

I am a student of IGNOU, Course - MAPC ( Batch : Jan 2020). I took admission in Feb 2020, and paid full amount for the course and study materials.People who enrolled after me also received their study materials although it was a bit late due to the current Covid Scenario. I admit there were issues in the opening and working hours of the university from where the materials are despatched. However when they started sending the materials, enrollment numbers with almost 1000 numbers after mine started getting SMS with tracking details. Except for me.

I tried to enquire about my books, but in vain. I checked with the local post office too. Then I realised that the books haven't been despatched at all on checking the status. Writing the assignment and studying for the exams are not easy without the hardcopy. Printing the soft copy is fine, but too expensive as I already paid for the books to IGNOU. I paid approximately 1000 rs for the books. And printing charges at my place are even costlier. Please do something and either reimburse my money or send me the books.

It is about time to apply for the second year. What guarantee do I have that the same will not be repeated once again?

I am not even sure if this is the case, will you not give me the Hall Ticket too? Or will I have to run here and there to enquire. It's been months since I am running behind this. There has been no one to help, or no numbers available to attend queries.

PLEASE SIR DO NOT IGNORE THIS COMPLAINT. PLEASE HELP ME WITH THE SAME AT THE EARLIEST AS YOU HAVE ALREADY STARTED SENDING MATERIALS AGAIN.

I took admission to Anthropology but due to the wrong regional center, I canceled my admission.

I'm not able to complete my Programme Details as the "Select Programme For Enrollment" option isn't yielding any options to select.

My enrollnment number is[protected]. I had paid fee on 15:04:2019 of MCom 2nd year. The first payment I made, it was technically issue come. I waited for an hour then I paid again then the transaction was done. Then after a couple of second it shows the amount has been transferred to IGNOU, both the time. The bank is not responsible as the amount has been debited. I send many mails to ignou . Earlier they replied the amount has been returned shortly. It has been more than a year. I had filed the grievance on IGram as well. They told we will refund and they close my grievance by themselves. Many cases I have heard . Kindly help

Dear sir, i humbly request you please force the university to update my assignment marks. I had submitted my assignments of the following six courses in september 2019 at my study centre 0509:
Mte-06, mte-07, mte-08, mte-09, bphe-106 and phe-07.
The university is falsely claiming that the marks will be updated soon and then it entirely forgets about it. Due to which i failed to get an admission into iit delhi this year. I am unable to do anything to get my marks updated. I request you to look into this matter.

My mom 72 years old lady residing alone in my home town darbhanga we have given our property to ignou regional office for rent (Rent holder = chandra kishore yadav) purpose where they have started ignou class room institution but now there contract is complete (Lapps by 10 months) also they have not given rent of 11 months (Approx 5 lakh rs)
We have given our property by the name of ignou but now they are cheating us
So this is humble request to you kindly help us. On this matter
