I have been pursuing BCA in IGNOU and applied for MCA as an integrated program but later I realized they have given it for old syllabus, not the latest MCA syllabus, I asked for a refund but it has been three months since I constantly kept asking them for a refund yet there is literally no response what so ever, I am tired of this, its a central university and this is the way they do the things, no response for the students at all, I have reached out to every department for this issue but they just telling to go to a different department and kept me running in circles, this is ridiculous. just provide me my refund.

all my tickets raised on igram are closed as well without giving a response. this is not how a university should behave.
