we all students are facing a biv problem from during the exam fee payment through online mode
i want to tell you that when we oay examination fee online uts shows transaaction failed and after that we made new another transaction byt after sometime we know that our amount is deducted twice and thrice
the worst thing is that when we try to contact with ignou department on [protected] noone is available to attend...

My name is mahesh kumar.2 times rs 750 has been deducted on 06/april/2020 instead of once from my account. While filling up the examination fees of ignou, twice it showed registration failed. But after when i checked i found instead of once rs 750
It deducted total rs.1500 (750*2) amount from sbi account.

I am bcom a&f student of ignou. I have paid term end examination fees 2019 dec twice and i have sent them numerous mails but they have not yet refunded my fees. Here am attaching 2 screenshot's. One is for which they alloted control number (Paid from card) and the other is paid from google pay

Ignou university is not providing any updates about sending the marksheet and degree certificate. It has still not sent by post even one month after result is declared. Due to this i am not able to update my degree in my current company, and hence cannot get growth, also cannot apply for other jobs. When you raise complaint on ignou website, they only say that it will be sent soon....

Sir.. I am a defence personnel from indian navy. I completed my ma in 2018. I got transferred from delhi to goa in jan 2020 but till that time i didn't receive my marksheet. On 14/02/2020 i again made a payment of rs.2920. Now they have accepted the both the payment. I have paid rs.5840 instead of rs.2920. Please look after it and resolve my problem....
