My name is harihara subramanian, enrollment no[protected]. Have completed my bcom af course in commerce stream. I have submitted assignment of eco-13 but still marks are not updated. I humbly request you to look in the matter and help me by updating my assignment marks as well as sending grade card. I have contacted the ignou centre which advised me to mail my details which i've duly done nearly 3 to 4 times. I know we are in the midst of a pandemic now but this marks and degree certificate is required for further studies from my side.

Last year dec 2019 exam. I have given the 1 pending exam

Result declared in 14 feb 2020.

I was cleared in all the subjects but i have not received physical results yet and also i want to know when i will get the convocation certificate?

I have sent many emails in last 4-6 months for marksheet not yet received yet.

Exam result declared in feb 2020, almost 6 months completed.

Please let me know when i will receive physical result & convocation certificate?

Ignou team was not answering of my emails and not receiving calls.

I haven't received my ignou provisional degree certificate and marksheet yet. Its now 1.5 yr i haven't got my certificate and degree. No one is responding to the phone calls. Why do you mention the contact details when you people don't pick up the call. I regret that i my degree has to come from ignou, i repeat i regret.
Pls do the needful

While re-registration process in the month of April(18/04/20) payment made through my card but didn't received any confirmation or submission page. After 2-3 hours later I made payment through phonepe amount got deducted and still I didn't receive any submission and confirmation about my admission after one week when I email and ask about my admission they said it has been confirmed. But I haven't received my money back (6000/-) which was deducted first time.

After writing so many mails, greiveinces they have stop replying to my mails. How can I get my money back please help. It's not a small amount for me to ignore or leave.

I don't know whether my query will be heard or not. I think it will be marked as resolved like the others because we are merely fools sitting here in our houses waiting for your answer ;your action.

We just take admission there to give you money make you rich... Okay
We want attention ; if we are giving you fees which our parents are barely able to manage

. And you people sitting there enjoying the show. Wow, its been 25 days since admission and still the admission is not confirmed.
I had tried contacting the delhi office,
Regional centre, teachera, staff, all landlines, all cellphones and damn it half of the numbers are not valid ; half are always busy ; and half just rang forever.

So what are we supposed to do sir.
The admission fee is not refundable, they are not answering (The staff).
We are in great need of your helf..

Dear sir, I've completed my degree on May 2020 but I haven't received my marksheet and certificate yet. I tried to reach them on phone but no one answered. On mail they told me to be patient. It's been more than three months how more should I be patient.
So, Sir kindly check this issue and resolve it asap, as we need to move on our next step of our life.

Please note that i rajashree ghosh submitted my application for admission to bswg (Bachelor of social work) course on[protected] along with necessary documents and fees. But unfortunately there is complete silent from ignou, except a control number generated as[protected]s. I have not yet received any enrollment number from ignou although last day of admission over on[protected]

As i was filling admission form of ba from sociology my payments is deducted but not updated on site but showing payment is pending and was not successful. Money deducted yesterday but till today it's not credited back in my account pls help

I beg to state that my name is shabaz zeenat and my enrollment number is[protected] have not yet received result. I am very much disappointed i have already deposit rs. 200 as dd in favour of ignou not received any feedback from your side.
I am not getting admission in any course without result. I have also contact and gave e-mail but they are not responding. I also enquired in my nearest post office but they are saying there are no results came from ignou.
Therefore i request to please resolve this otherwise my career will be hampered.

My enrollment number is[protected] and my programme is master of arts (Political science - 2nd year). I tried to pay my fees on 30th june 2020 around 5 pm but due to some unavoidable circumstances of electric failure at my home, the payment got delayed. As the deadline was till 6pm, my payment got updated at around 7:20 pm as ascertained by the bank.

As for now from past many days i've been routinely scrutinizing the portal but my payment hasn't been updated yet. I tried to corroborate with the respective bank and they notified me that the payment has been made but not updated by the university.

I, hitaishi ghai, appeared for mec course 2nd year exams in december 2019. Enrollment no[protected]
My results updated are still incomplete and shows course not opted for two of my subjects, mgse009 and mwg011 when infact i did receive my admit card having the same subjects, i did submit my assignments also and i appeared for the exams which means my exam center had my name in their list for the same subjects.
There must be some confusion as i changed my electives in the mid year and opted these subjects.

I had done my re-registration for 3rd b. Sc. Course on 29th june, 2020 with rs. 4500/- as fee. And the transaction was successful with the transaction id 214382. Payment has been deducted from my account but i have not received confirmation page of ignou re-registration. And when i check the re - registration status, payment details is"fee not paid".

I was a student of IGNOU, Master of Political Science, January 2017 batch Roll No.[protected]. I appeared for the last term end exam in December 2019 and got my result in March 2020. I have cleared all the exams awaiting mark sheet. IGNOU gives marksheet with in 40 days. I have applied for a Job which i desperately need in current situation which had a mandatory condition to upload Marksheet and course completion certificate else my application will be rejected. I have approached regional centre Jammu via email, call and in person many time but they have never entertained my requests and tell me that they cant provide me with my marksheet or a proof for course completition and to get my marksheet and course completition certificate i will have to go to Delhi Head Office. I have tried to contact the Delhi headoffice by email and phone but i have not received any reply. The Jammu Regional Centre have been harassing me and in between all this i am missing the opportunity of a life time. I request to kindly do the needful so that i may obtain my marksheet, and course completion certificate. I shall be highly obliged.

Dear sir,
Myself manari chhetri. P, on[protected] had made payment of 6200 through sbi net banking for the master programs. The first transaction made wasn't successful due to network error. The payment for the first showed successful while i did the second transaction in effect i had to loose payment twice.
