Respected Team,

This is in realtion to ongoing compliance services obtained by me.

In this regard, i would like to highlight that for FY 2019-20 a professional fee amounting to INR 5600 had been paid by me for GST Compliances.

In relation to aforesaid assistance please note that i have not received professional services on best endevour basis as committed to me earlier. This resulting in imposition of late fee amounting to INR 18, 500 approx by Government authorities.

Please note that at the time of Obtaining GST your employee has inserted his mobile number on account of which no communication from GST department received to me.

GST returns have not filed from long and no reminder is escalated to me by your staff expect message dated 21 March 2020. There is option that return can be filed without late fee paymwnt before 30 September 2020 but no as communication has been received from your staff.

I am a tax complaint person and obliged towards my government and need my registration to continue.

I request for your kind intervention in the metter since i am not going to bear whole late fee on my own.

I am going to escalate this on my twitter page, ICAI institute, consumer court and to other official social page in case no positive respond is received from you.

I don’t even have my login credentials through which i can check my details and my user id and password is also not communicated to me.

I will complaint to GST authorities that my login credentials are misused by your company.

            I have done online dish recharge on 9th sept online bank payment with icici bank for rs 688 with trransaction id[protected], order on: one97 comm. I have not got the recharge done. Bank confirms that amount not refunded,
            I have written several reminders to you asking for refunding the amount but no reply. Kindly let me know.

            Complaint status dtd 7th Oct. is not progressing, why? what is current status? when am I getting refund of my amount paid as recharge is not done.?
            Online payment of Rs. 688 on 9th Sept.20 is acknowledged on your own portal in your website under 3 order IDs with all three orders check marked & order amount shown. It is so clear. Then why delay in refunding amount. Please reply.

              I have applied online for GST registration last week.I have made a payment and uploaded all documents also.Your executive called me asked about OTP and I refuse to give OTP so he said reply the mail which says you can use your no for OTP I immediately replied the mail within 5 min last week but still the track says that is pending even your customer care no are not working yesterday also I registered a complaint but no action was taken I have already made a payment while Registration

                About a month ago i registered with inditab to get my gst registration done and also made the payment upfront. Later i realized that i made a big mistake by doing so. They do not know how to do it properly. They will not give you a single point of contact and the only contact number they provide will not work most of the time and even if it works we get a message saying "all agents are busy". You keep sending emails and they will not respond promptly. Maybe after two or three days they will send a message saying their executive will call. But nobody will call. At last my gst application got rejected and they didn't have the courtesy to inform me the reason (They gave their email id as primary contact). I kept trying contacting them to cancel my registration with them. Even for that i had to have a big fight to get their hands off my gst account. They just kept playing on it while i was desperately waiting to get my gst number.

                They are a bunch o[censored]nprofessional good for nothing people with main motive to cheat people. They didn't refund my money.

                I gave the same work to another local company and got my registration within three days!!!

                Do not get into their trap. You will get totally frustrated and will lose your peace of mind.

                  On 11/08/2020 at around' 10.58 am my sb account[protected] was debited for rs 698.25 to recharge vodaphone mobile no [protected]. It was not recharge. Money is credited to indtab. I have not received refund yet. This transaction was done online net banking.

                                    I have applied for passport via inditab, they asked the required documents from me.
                                    And informed me that they will process that and then in evening I received a call from them asking me to make payment for govt fee an amount of 2500 rupees. I made payment and informed them.
                                    I asked them about what to do next they said police verification is pending.
                                    Later I have not received any call from or may be I might have received once.

                                    Showing that is the reason, it is not processed yet.

                                    I would like to file this as complaint.

                                      PASS[protected]VS they asked me to pay 1500/- but in appointment letter shows total fee 1000/- then why they have charged 500 extra allready they have taken their charges 500 before paying govt fee.
