    I had recharged Rs.1498/- through Inditab Esolutions Private Limited having reference No.IGAILJFAN7 on 9.04.2020 at about 18:29 IST for which I had given Rs.1587.88 to the said company. Though the said amount deducted from my account but till date it has not been recharged.

          I have made a recharge of idea of amt 314 on 27th of march 2020 but it failed and my payment got deducted from my account. I have received an email on the same day informing about the refund in the following 5-7 business days from the respective website and it's been 5th of april since then and my amount is not yet credited in my account. I immediately wanted to know about the delay and my amount back in my account.
          Sir i recharge my vodafobe number but still did not recharge and also no deducted the money in my account
          I recharged Airtel dth on Inditab for Rs 349 on 2nd April 2020 at 8.20pm.
          Its showing payment successful but recharge failed.
          I cant even get the payment summary.
          Please do refund as soon as possible.

            I had intiated recharge of my vodaphone mobile no. [protected] through online recharge through inditab being id no. Indrc[protected] for an amount of rs 300/- today evening and my saving a/c has been deducted of a sum of rs 318/-including internet handling charges but the recharge has not been done by inditab it is nothing but a fraud..

                I recharged for rs 178 on 30th march. And it is not activated yet. My order id is indrc[protected]. The transaction of money was succesfull. Its been 4 days now and its not activated yet. Why this much of irresponsibolity after the transaction?

                It need to be activated immediately as soon as possible.

                They have said the time duration of 48hours. But yet, no response.

                  Yesterday made a recharge of rs555 on the site of inditab which shows that payment is successful photograph of which is attached but unfortunately recharge on my jio was not successful. I was shocked to see that even though they have taken the extra charges of 38.30 rupees of something still i thought i will get my recharge done. Due to prevailing situation i prefer to get my recharge done through net only but that inditab site shows payment is successful but i didnt get my recharge. Now it is my submission to refund my hard earned money i. E rs. 588.30 as soon as possible as it is very hard to earn money in this situation of covid-19.

Please resolve it early i had try a lot ti contact your customer care but not get any satisfactory reply. Plz resolve the matter at the earliest i had already face many problem because of that.

                          My money was deducted from account but recharge was not done and more than 24 hours occurred but my money is not back in my account my transaction id is [protected] i have done my recharge yesterday at. Pm inditab recieved my money but recharge was failed i don't know why they accept money if bsnl operator doesn't accept the money inditab is not doing good to customers i will file complaint if money is not refunded to my account i am already a poor person and u are doing this fraud my recharge amount was 148 rs for bsnl postpaid j&k state plzzzz refund my money plzzzz for god sakeeee inditab my transaction id is indrc[protected]
                          Its fake the balance has been deducted of rs 345 from the bank on 18 jan 2020 and recharge has not been activated i pay from my debit card i want my refund back

                            I have recharged with 497 rupees plan for my vodafone prepaid number ([protected]) in inditab (https://www.inditab.com) site. Amount got deducted but i received a message 'this recharge is not available txn num rbr[protected]'. My vodafone number is not recharged. It's a 56 days plan. Kindly refund my deducted amount of rupees 521. It's urgent.. I need my money back.

                              I have tried to recharge my BSNL prepaid number using www.inditab.com. I have made the payment thru UPI. The money was deducted from the account and I have received inditab payment success confirmation. But the recharge was not received. I have not received any email confirmatiin regarding the status of recharge. They have no phone number to contact them. I have mailed them the issue, they did not responded.                                 I have recharged on 9th of nevember of 2o2o with inditab aorox 6:25 at morning.com but i didn't get the recharge till now and it's more than 24 hrs it was payment of rs 399 and and i didn't got the refund also. I am a student and rs 399 matter a lot to me kindly refund my money to my account other wise i'll complain through consumer right it is fraud done by inditab to me

                                  I have done a recharge from inditab.com and detected money now it's more than 24 hr and i didn't get the recharge and not even refund the money i want my money back as i didn't get the recharge it was don't on 9th of november of 2020 at morning aorox 6:25. It was payment of 399 rs i want my money back i'm a student and this matter to me refund it other wise i'll complain against it.

                                    I wanted you to strictly scrutinise the said company details and its validity
                                    Here are strong reason
                                    1 not t responsible in providing appropriate services
                                    2accountability towards there customer is least
                                    3money gets deducted first, the service for the same is there choice
                                    4 time limit they provide (48hrs) is not reasonable, as many recharges are done on emergency bases, if service not provided on time can lead to serious damages to oneself
                                    5 same issues has reiterated and manifested in form of complaints, but they have not stopped
                                    6 even i am the victim of this, i kindly request you to take strict action against it and make sure it wont repeat again

                                    from my bank for deducting amt but still my dish TV is not recharged.
                                    After sending multiple emails for completion of payment no refund or payment was made till date.
