    Sir/Madam,

    On 13th Jun’21 at 05.32 PM re-paid re-charge for the JIO was done as per the cited reference below for Rs. 555, and a debit for Rs. 567.39 was charged on the credit card.
    Re-charge reference payment id: [protected]/ Order reference: INDRC[protected]

    But the re-charge did not materialise.

          I had applied jio recharge plan Rs. 555 for jio no. [protected] on 6th june.
          My a/c debited Rs. 563.65 but recharge not successful and my amount Rs 563.65 has not get me till now. Please returned my amount.

                    I applied for my passport through this portal, I got appointment for document verification. I applied again for document verification because of some documents correction. They told me you can apply anytime, you have lifetime membership, so after 1.5 year I asked to apply for appointment now they are saying you have to apply again for passport and pay 1500 more. Worst service ever.

                              I have done recharge for bsnl 1999 plan and my amount of Rs.2030.14 also got deducted from account using netbanking but recharge has not happened. Amount has not come back to my account either . This was on 26/01/2021.I have contacted SBI customer care as well as BSNL customer care. SBI has confirmed that payment is deducted but BSNL says it has not got it.Kindly check as it is through your gateway.

                                On 20.12.2020, I have paid Rs. 1756.56 from my SBI account to
                                sun direct DTH services through you. Payment reference number of the SBI bank is' IGAKCKYZB4' .It is learnt from sun direct that the said amount is not credited sun direct. The Master card number of sun direct is '[protected]' .
                                kindly arrange to credit the amount of Rs. 1756.56 to sun direct.

                                      1. On 27/10/2020 rs.999/ or 2. On 13/11/2020 rs.999/ transferd .But one time wallet credited by rs.999/-
