I have invested on IDFC Long Term Infrastructure Bonds - Tranche 2 which is matured at 21 Feb 2021.

Folio No.: IDB0380299
BondHolder: Arvind Kumar Gupta
No. of bonds: 4

The matured amount for same is still not received as on 27 April 2021
They have used some fraud courier service (aviral courier) to deliver DD which were never sent to customers and those courier service marked the consignment as delivered in their system.

While registering on their website( https://ris.kfintech.com/idfc ) for account to which we want redemption directly since we do not recieved DD, we have found it is also fraud since even after entering every right details it is showing as invalid isfc every time.

    Dear All

    I want to redeem my folio. Forwarded all the required details through speed post..still np revert. I called up at customer care as well. They are simply putting call on mute..

    Please help in getting the amount transferred to my bank account.

      My mother is holding IDFC Long Term Infrastructure Bonds - Tranche 2 Redemption which was matured in Feb 2021 and till now she has not received maturity Amount.

      There has no communication, no email on what is the process and how to proceed. Please guide people so that they can get their

Maturity date is 12/11/2020.

        The above information is taken from allotment advise.

        Please inform when the maturity amount will be credited in bank account.

            IDFC bond- Tranche- 3

            Folio no. IDC0015208, certificate no. 15208
            Name: J. Sumathi & Rajalakshmi.
            Total bonds- 4.
            Ths above bond was duly discharged and was sent to Karvy computer share, along with Bank details, to redeem the bond on thw sxpiry date and credit it in my ICICi Bank account. Soft copy was also mailed to Ketan.[protected]@idfc.com and [protected]@karvy.com.
            We have not received the redemption money yet.
            Kindly do thd needful.

I sent you a speed post on[protected] which has been delivered to you on[protected].The maturity proceeds of these bonds have not yet been credited to my account number [protected] Jammu and Kashmir Bank Anchar Buchpora Srinagar Kashmir. IFS code of the bank is JAKA0ANCHAR. Kindly do the needful as I am in need of money in this month of Ramadan and to buy essentials for the forthcoming Eid festival.                         Its worst experience with IDFC investment. I requested to redeem money post locking period and no action taken my company and was asked to wait for 10yrs. Now bond got matured in Feb 2021 till date no ppayment received in bank account nor any tracking system. If this has not been resolved at earliest I will file complaint against company.                           Maturity of my IDFC Bonds purchased on 21.2.2011 was due on 21.2.2021 but till date no payment has been made to me. The Bond registered folio is IDB0299437. The Company gave me a link to upload my bank details on link hhtps://ris.kfintech.com/idf. I have uploaded my bank details, cancelled cheque and PAN card copy on 16.3.21 but they have so far not made payment to me. They also told that they have sent me a demand draft through Aviral Courier(defunct courier) but I have so far not received the said courier. I am fed up with KFINTECH and IDFC. Toll free numbers does not work. Mails are replied with same computerized messages.
                          I will approach the court of law if not paid in next 2 days. Will tag my complaint with MoF and SEBI for a fraud.

                          I got my IDFC bond redemption yesterday after marathon chase with IDFC and KFIN Tech. But this would not have helped me to get the money. All of you who have not received the money genuinely, please log in to SCORES ( scores.gov.in)and put a request with all the details. You will get it. No one will listen to you but Government will.

                            Am sharing some bond details regarding maturity amount and cheque not received not credited to bank account .how can we withdraw please provide the process of withdrawal.

                            and scnd point is if bank details and account no are changed then how can we change bank and account details...

                                    I had purchased 4 IDFC bonds ( each of INR 5000 ) in Feb 2011 and have been holding them in my ICICI Direct demat account.

                                    These bonds were due to mature on 21 Feb 2021 on redemption . The amount is still not credited to my bank account . Please credit the maturity account ASAP.
