I have purchased above bonds and they are due for payment now. But there is nothing to contact IDFC L. The Bonds numbers [protected] to [protected]. How can I get the money back?

        I already submitted documents to fintech hydrabad office through courier and by doing follow up mails frequently still i wil not get maturity amount in my saving account.

          I have shifted from Mumbai to Bangalore
          When they have confirmed that the Dd is returned in postal return from my old address I mailed to them
          They have asked to upload documents on their link
          But when we upload the details of Bank it says wrong IFSC code even though it is right
          I even sent the hard copies to Hyderabad which they have acknowledged but till date I have not got the credit
          I have been mailing to kintech from April but everytime I get an automated response and the same solution

                  I want to avail of a duplicate bond.
                  How to go about it?

                    My late husband CN Venugopal (Chathanath Narayan Kutty Venugoapl) had purchased IDFC Infra Bonds. The document was handed over by a friend to him in 2017 March.
                    Unfortunately, it got misplaced and I do not have any details about the bond.

                                    Inspite of so many email and physical document like cancelled cheque and self attested pan card copy sent no reply and not received Matured amout of 5 bond of 5000/- each.
