Infrastructure Development Finance Company [IDFC] Complaints & Reviews

My folio # is IDD0035715. I was unable to encash my interest warrants for the year 2018, 2019 & 2020. I got in touch with einward.ris & IG infra team on 28.04.2021 and they asked me send a bunch of documents, application & forms which I did and it was received by the Kfintech office in Hyderabad on 09.06.2021. As per the communication on 15.06.2021 my news bank details were updated on 15.06.2021 and the interest warrants was sent to the bank for revalidation. Everything was fine until here and my problem starts from here. It has been nearly 1 month since then and neither has the interest been credited to my bank account and neither do I get any update from any of your team. Each time I have communicated with the einward or IG infra team they give me a standard reply that it is under process and I need to wait for the procedural period. But no one answers how long is that procedural period. I have even visited your bank branch is Kasba but was told they don't have any access to the bonds and they will escalate the matter to the concerned team and till date I don't have any update on that escalation too. I have become like a football within all your teams without getting any proper resolution. As far as I know that every bank has a defined TAT or ETA for such process but unfortunately till today I am not aware of what that TAT or ETA is. Never expected this from a bank like IDFC. I feel like I am being harrassed inspite of being an investor. With all these things happening I am seriously contemplating of complaining to RBI or SEBI. Need immediate help as your bank needs to understand that in this pandemic situation and income not easy to come through these small amounts matter a lot to families.

I had bought IDFC LONG TERM INFRASTRUCTURE BONDS IN FEBRUARY 2011 and It's maturity date was February 2021 but I haven't received maturity amount.
Mail sent to [protected]@karvy.com has bounced.
How can I get the redemption amount

Maturity of my IDFC Bonds purchased on 21.2.2011 was due on 21.2.2021 but till date no payment has been made to me. The Bond registered folio is IDB0241981. The Company gave me a link to upload my bank details on link hhtps://ris.kfintech.com/idf. I have uploaded my bank details, cancelled cheque and PAN card copy on 24.05.21 but they have so far not made payment to me. They also told that they have sent me a demand draft through Aviral Courier(defunct courier) but I have so far not received the said courier. I am fed up with KFINTECH and IDFC. Toll free numbers does not work. Please resolve on urgency.

I updated the bank details but till date nothing happened

I have complied with all the requirement like PAN Card details, Cancelled cheque for my bank account details long back. Corporate Registry has confirmed me that all the papers are received by them. For last two months they are writing that process of payment has been initiated and the amount would be credited to my account within 8 working days; but despite passing months, amount is not paid to me. I would like to inform you that i had purchased idfc tax saving bonnds on 30-03-11, which maturity date was 30-03-21, maturity amount is rs.44200/- folio no.Idc0218468, i have not received redemption amount till date. Please send my payment as early as possible

They just shamelessly keep on calling from different numbers without giving details like where they got my number from. Every time it's a new person. I have told them many times not to call me and update my number in their DB to not to call, but they keep on calling. If we don't pick up they still keep on calling.

I, Kanai Lal Sen was holding four numbers IDFC long Term Infrastructure bonds-Tranche-2, having Folio number IDB0403120 of face value Rs 5000 each with rate of interest 8% PA. Though the total maturity value was to be paid to me Rs 43, 200 for above four bonds, but I received Rs 38565 vide NEFT : IDFBH[protected], IDFB0010204 on 11.06.2021, after 3 months later than the maturity date with so many correspondences.
It shows your harassing attitude as well as credibility of your organization.
I shall be obliged if the mater brought to the notice of higher authorities. You are therefore once again requested to credit the balance amount of Rs4635 to my account at the earliest.

Sir,
I Manoj Kumar Gupta was holding 04 IDFC long term infrastructure bonds of face value ₹5000 each with the selection of 8℅ annually compounded interest. The maturity date of the bonds was 21 Feb 2021 and amount payable to me on maturity per bond was to be ₹10, 800. However, the maturity amount was credited to my account only on 16 Jun 21. Further, instead of a total value of ₹43, 200 on maturity I received only ₹ 41, 446. It is therefore requested that the reason for the Discrepancy in the date of credit as well as amount of credit be clarified.

I had invested in IDFC Infrastructure tax saving bonds in the year March 2011. That time I was in Vadodara city in Gujarat. On my transfer, since long I have shifted from Vadodara and presently I have been residing in Surat. I have already sent through speed post my Adhar card, PAN card, Address proof, Bank account details and a cancelled cheque also.

I am still awaiting remittance of maturity proceeds. You are requested to look into the matter and do the needful.
