I have placed an order on Inkgrid site on March 14th 2017 and INKGRID Order ID 278673)
Product Details - Mexico Sofa Set (3 + 2 + 1) Seater in Red Colour by Furnitech (SKU - LF.SBS.SS.14574). And for this transaction, i have made payment through Paytm Gateway (Paytm reference id:[protected] and the order amount is 14177rs (Fourteen thousand one hundred and seventy seven rupees)
While placing my order on Inkgrid site, you have mentioned that you will ship my product within 7 working business days. But it has been more than two months, till now you guys didn't ship my product. At least you guys are neither replying to my emails nor answering my phone calls when i called your customer care number ([protected]). I have never seen this kind of worst customer service and e-commerce site (www.INKGRID.com). Let me know whether you are going to ship my product or cancel my order and refund my order amount immediately. If you are not going to reply to this Notice immediately, i have already placed a complaint in Consumer court with complaint number: 250453.

I placed order for a recliner set (order no 278848 on 1 May 2017). The last I heard from Inkgrid was about three weeks ago, saying the product would be leaving Delhi on 14 May to Visakhapatnam; I have not received any mail from them afterwards, and my subsequent emails are not read by them, and my repeated calls to their customer helpline[protected] are not picked up.
Frankly I am quite disappointed in Inkgrid's customer service. Unless I receive an update on the status of my order soon, I would not hesitate to lodge a complaint with the consumer court and also demand cancellation of my order. Please treat my complaint on an urgent basis.

I purchased a set of two chairs from www. inkgrid.com on 04.05.2017, order ID 278974. I made the payment of Rs 5760/- immediately online by NET banking and received an order confirmation. But even 20 days after the purchase, there is no confirmation of shipment of the items or any type of communication from the company. There is no response on their helpline [protected].I made several calls on the no. But nobody picks up the phone. There is no response to SMS also.

I had ordered a Sofa couch from the site www.inkgrid.com and had paid the amount upfront for the Sofa. This was on the 23rd of November'2015. On the site it was confirmed that the sofa would be delivered in 7 days.

On completion of 7 days around the first week of DecemberI did call the helpline number [protected] and thats when the issues started . The team who picked up the call said that they have some internal issues and that they would deliver the sofa in another week.

A week later they stopped receiving my calls for 1-2 weeks. Sometime later in the Month around 18th December I raised a complaint on their Facebook site and I got a call from them stating they will come back in sometime.

2 days Later i got a call stating that they will deliver the sofa after 15 more days. Sometime during the week on calling the [protected] to confirm the same I never got a response. Towards the End of December I got a call from one of the Inkgrid officials stating that they won't be able to give me the same piece that I ordered as they ran out of material for the couch. I told them I needed the same piece or a refund to which they told me they will give me a piece with minor change and if I did not like it I could return the same back I very clearly stated that I was not OK as I wanted the same piece.

Finally on the call we agreed that there would be a minor change where the pattern of the cushion will be slightly different and If I didnt like it I could return this back.

The Sofa piece came 1 month later with a total change in fabric, Not even close to what was shown and the pattern was totally different and not even same.

When we called the Call centre number there was no response, then we called via the packers the number got picked up and the person on the other end stated we cannot do anything that we told you that the product would be changed. I clearly stated what was committed.

1- I asked them the Product and Fabric was totally different?
2 - Look of the product was not same of what was ordered?
3- This had taken over 2 months to deliver and I had asked if you cannot deliver refund my money.

There has not been any reply from the team since then. Every time we write an email or calling the [protected] no one picks up. I have written to the founder Abhinav S at least 4-5 times and he told me he would look into this .However he nor the team chooses to respond

When we managed to reach out one of the employees who has left the company he was mentioning that we are not able to reach the company officials on the number called as they have blocked the persons numbers who call with issues.

Lot of customers are facing the same problems as I read online about it. Request if we can get a closure on this on priority

I have ordered an office chair from Ingrid on 6th April but till date it's not delivered. The order number is 278754. Tried calling many times at their customer care number but no one is picking up the phone. Sent many emails as well but no response to that as well.

I am loosing hope of receiving my order from them.
Can you please help me in getting my order or the refund for the amount paid by me?

I booked a centre table on 13th and I was told will receive by March end now today is 18th April no response from the team that sent an email stating due to come glitch the order has been generated on 29th March.Veey bad service.I have been pursuing these people for refund but no response .

Now if I don't get any response I'll approach the police straight away.
I'm tired of waiting.we have received all our furniture from urban ladder which was ordered on same time.

This is very bad on these people's part.

So kindly refund my money Rs.5881asap I don't want your product at all.

I had bought Cel nested tables (a pair of two ) in black coloured​ stand from Inkgrid.com on 13th March 2017. I was asked to pay the price ​through paytm which I did. The price was Rs. 3483.5.

My order number is 278663.

I didn't hear from this website for 10 days so i tried to call them on their customer service number +[protected].
After several attempts, a man who called himself Sam answered. I inquired about my order and he promised me that it would reach me by 30th or 31st March. I believed him and waited.

When I didn't get the product today, i again tried to call up the above number. But nobody would answer! I tried the whole day but nobody would answer!!

I then realised that the number is on WhatsApp. So i started sending messages. They would checkthe messages but would not reply! When i warned them that i would take legal action, they replied saying he would call back in 30 minutes, but he never called back!!!
Then, again i sent messages with kind of warning, they replied saying that vendor has not delivered the tables. I asked to refund my money but they said they have already paid to vender and hence can't refund!
Now i am sure that they are fraud and have cheated me of my money!
I havev entire WhatsApp chat i had with them.
Earlier, i had sent emails to them but they would not​ reply! They don't answer phone calls.

I want justice. Such cheats should be punished.

I have placed an prepaid order of Rs 34393.00 vide order no 278444 to inkgrid for supply of sofas on 22 Jan 17. The amount was paid through paytm team in favour of Bquobe info system Pvt ltd. After placing order I tried checking order status on inkgrid support numbers but nobody ever picked the phone. Therefore I realised that the company is not genuine to their commitment and requested for order cancellation and refund on 06 feb 17 but same was not agreed by inkgrid support team. It is over two months that the company is not able to deliver the items. Also they lie beyond imagination, even they falsely informed me that item is shipped through professional logistic Pvt Ltd and messaged me a phone no [protected] to track but when I checked from this number he said that there is no item given to them for delivery to Visakhapatnam. Nobody ever pick up the customer support number, emails are not replied, only autogenerated replies are sent, occasionally through messages they convey their lies. I donot understand how is this company allowed to do such frauds openly. I request that my order be immediately cancelled and money be refunded. Also, their website be scrutinised and immediately blocked so that they donot dupe innocent people through online frauds.

Agatha study table ordered in solid wood but got bord same is returned company is not responding to any communication order id is 277140 in July 17 for rs 9720. Study table was returned but in spite of repeated follow up inkgrid is not refunding Money nor they have. Replaced the product I have given them mail I am calling but it seems that they have blocked my all numbers general public is hereby instructed not buy from inkgrid

Ordered Winner Study Table and Chikako Storage Cabinet from Inkgrid.com by paying Rs. 7920 through PayTM. Received message from Inkgrid saying: Your order is successfully confirmed. Thanks for the payment. The next day when I tried to track the order, failed to find tracking facility online. When I googled got a shock of my life as there were many sites saying Inkgrid.com is a fraud. When I called the customer support number, I was assured that my order No. 278680 booked on 14 Mar 17, 11:47 p.m would be processed by 21st March and I will start receiving messages for manual tracking of my Order. After 21st March when I tried calling, no one picked up the call, inspite of repeated calls. So I emailed to the customer support email id. I promptly received a reply saying: Dear Customer,

Thank you for writing to us.

We Have Noted Your Request. Someone From Our Team Will Be Contacting You Within 2 Hrs.

We appreciate your patience.
However no one called me back. Luckily on 24th March when I called from another number, I was politely told that the website was not working. Today when I tried calling, again there was no response. Though I am sure that this is a fraud company, I do not want to leave them in peace, as there is someone operating the customer care number 9999.132.132 by the name of Abhinav Srivastava who also has a LinkedIn account. The user of this number can be tracked and charged for fraud and cheating endless number of customers online. Today, most surprisingly, when I tried to open this website it is refusing to open, giving a message: BAD GATEWAY. Through this complaint I hope to be refunded my money.

I ordered a center table from inkgrid on the 9th of February for INR 11, 351/- Since I was unable to pay online they asked me to do an NEFT transfer which was done on the 11th of Feb - below are their account details.

Ever since the 18th of Feb they do not answer their phones or their e-mails. I would like a refund for the product ASAP.

On 22 June 2016 I placed an order for a study table with Inkgrid.com. As CoD was not available I paid via their payment gateway a total of Rs5589.00. I received a confirmation email of order 276752 but no intimation of delivery date. I emailed them for delivery date on 22, 24 and 25 June but received no reply. My calls to their Customer Services number were rejected and they did not respond to whatsapp messages, SMS's or emails. Finally I received a call from them to inform me the desk had reached Goa but was damaged and had to be returned to store. I asked for a refund and was assured this would be processed.
By 11 August, in sheer desperation I left comments on their Facebook page which prompted them to email me on 13 August apologising for their 'callous approach' and assuring me a replacement table was on its way to me. They informed me the table would reach me by 26 August. I emailed back that I didn't want it and was looking for refund only. No word from them since.
I am looking for full refund.

Order not delivered and refund not processed

then I cancelled my order and asked for the refund.. contacting their customer service at +91.9999.132.132 many times but no one picks up the call. Wrote multiple mail to their mail id [protected]@inkgrid.com but no one till now responded.

I had placed an order for SIS HOME Yoko Console Table Honey and received an automated order confirmation from the Inkgrid team. I visited their website to find the status of my order and could not find any details. Also i tried contacting the customer care number multiple times and got no response. Even i did not receive any reply on the email sent to them.

The amount paid is Rs. 7047 and would request a refund of the same.

This is my order id is 278499. I have placed this order on 29th of january. Upto february 14 there was no updates at all. After contacting your support, you informed regarding unavailability of the product and asked me regarding alternate product with slight appearance change. I asked you for the product image.. Till now there is no updates at all regarding this issue after contacting you many times. Kindly update me with next steps to proceed. If you wish to process my order show me the image of the one you have said. Ill be responding to you whether to proceed with that or not. If not then kindly cancel my order and reverse my payment. Its already too much delay.

Kindly reply me first whatever the next steps may.

I had ordered one study table around in Sep 2016, I received the table around in Nov 2016. I didn't accepted the delivery as table was completely damaged during their shipment. Still I didn't got my refund back. I tried to call and mail them several times but they are not responding. My order id is 277353.
Customer care people don't use to pick the call also.
