My order no. is 277281. The order for a Pointee Shoe Rack was placed after a payment of Rs 7290 on 18 Aug 16. Since then, what I have been going through is nothing short of harassment. I still have no clue about what the status of my order is.

The biggest problem is that the customer care number [protected] is never answered promptly. After trying for about 100 times, it is picked up. I was told that the product was dispatched with Professional Packers and Movers Delhi on 24 Aug 16. After contacting Professional Packers and Movers, I was informed that the product was not with them. On getting back to Inkgrid, after about a week, they confirmed that it was not Professional but Blue Dart. They have not been able to provide the tracking number for the past one week. And for the past two days the phone has been switched off. This proves that they have been lying all along.
Another problem is that they are closed for all possible reasons- Independence Day eve, Independence Day, Independence Day, two Days for Janmashtami, two days for Ganesh Chaturthi and four days for Bakrid.
I have lost any hope of either getting the product or the money back. Please order only COD with them...best of all stay away from Inkgrid.

Inkgrid is nothing but a fraud! Let's all o[censored]s gather, and sue this guy? Going by their behavior, we are safe to conclude that none o[censored]s is going to get his refund/return/delivery sorted.

I plan to sue them soon. Let me know if you are willing to join? The more, the stronger!
I really don't see any point in suing them.. Waste of time. You will spend more on legal stuff than you lost. Better file a complaint with Ministry of Corporate Affairs based on the DIN number of Abhinav and Amit Yadav. That's the best. I can share Abhinav's residence address if that's going to be of any help
Finally received the product yesterday...end of a horrible experience. The packing of the product was extremely poor resulting in a lot of minor damages. The product was handled poorly and resulted in the various planks and screws falling off. In fact one draw could not be opened when the product was received. I sought the help of a local carpenter to make the product usable...any other trustworthy and genuine website, i would have returned the product. I also fail to understand why the product was dispatched as a used household good in the packing note...though its condition appears to be used one. Overall, a good product which should be bought from a different more reliable seller. Thanks.
1 resolved, 16 to go. I can't understand how they have the nerve to keep taking orders and not fulfil them. Anyway, congratulations on at least getting your complaint resolved. Maybe there is hope for the rest o[censored]s.
I ordered on 3rd July 2016 and yet to get any information about it. They are 420 fraud.

    I bought a shoe-rack for Rs.12000 from Inkgrid.com. They sent a damaged product, but the delivery guys refused to take it back with them. I immediately reported the issue with the company, and was promised that it will be picked up in a couple of days, and my money will be refunded. It's been around 10 days since then, and they are neither answering any calls (tried from multiple numbers) nor replying to any mails.

    Hahahah! You guys take your customers for fools. Writing replies here pretending that you are working day- night to ensure customer satisfaction. What happens when the same customer calls you or writes an email? Stop fooling around, return everyone's money, and shut your shop. Accept the ugly truth that doing business is not your thing. God still might have mercy on you. Otherwise all I envision for you is a future behind the bars.

      Placed order on 28th august 2016. I was told on call it will be delivered by 7th September. I tried following up after that but their phone [protected] was mostly switched off. They answered it once and told me system is down, we will call you back. Ofcourse no one called back. After trying for two days i finally got through and they again said they will call me back and again no one called me back. I called them next day and after repeated attempts i finally got through when they assured me its going to be delivered on September 9th evening or 10th morning. i waited till 10th morning and the product didnt arrive. Their phone has been switched off since 10th morning. I left messages on whatsapp which got delivered and they even saw them but no response. Their phone is still switched off and i am still waiting to get either the product or a refund of my money.

        On 22 June 2016 I placed an order for a study table with Inkgrid.com. As CoD was not available I paid via their payment gateway a total of Rs5589.00. I received a confirmation email of order 276752 but no intimation of delivery date. I emailed them for delivery date on 22, 24 and 25 June but received no reply. My calls to their Customer Services number were rejected and they did not respond to whatsapp messages, SMS's or emails. Finally I received a call from them to inform me the desk had reached Goa but was damaged and had to be returned to store. I asked for a refund and was assured this would be processed.
        By 11 August, in sheer desperation I left comments on their Facebook page which prompted them to email me on 13 August apologising for their 'callous approach' and assuring me a replacement table was on its way to me. They informed me the table would reach me by 26 August. I emailed back that I didn't want it and was looking for refund only. No word from them since.
        I am looking for full refund.

        It is now February 2017. I purchased this study table in June 2016 and raised complaint when no refund had been made!!
        I have already responded to your direct email of 13 September stating I want full refund. That was 2 days before your response here. Please process refund immediately

          I had placed an order for a console table. Order number 277202 on 12th august 2016. I have been told (Vineet at [protected]) that the order is shipping out on 17th august with professional logistics and i will receive it by 22nd august, 2016. When i called professional logistics on 22nd, they said that there is no booking for hyderabad with them. After calling several times to professional logistics, they said that the item (Console table) did not ship because their truck carrier had broken down indefinitely - the item is still lying at jaipur.
          I contacted inkgrid again, and they said they will ship another console table. I will get that by 7th or 8th september at hyderabad. On 6th september, 2016, i got a sms from inkgrid to call them back. As soon as i tried calling them, they stopped picking my calls. I called them more than 100 times on 6th; mailed them 4-5 times, but of no avail.

          The person at customer care never picks up calls (Vineet), the person in the email never responds. I wrote to some one by the name "sneha", and till date never got any reply back from her.

          I had called inkgrid and enquired about the company before placing this order - i was apprehensive of its reputation; i was assured that i will not be cheated. Today i feel i am cheated - this was my first purchase from inkgrid and last too. I am befooled of my money, but this forgery will not help inkgrid to grow and succeed.

            Already change delivery dates twice
            Intimated that I would receive themail product on 4th September at 2pm
            Nobody picks the call.
            Makes customers jittery.
            How can a company exist with no customer care.
            How would anyone trust such a company.
            And by the look of it everyone here is facing same problems.

              If you are here, that means you already purchased freom inkgrid.com and have some terrible experiance. I am also experianced the same.
              I purchased and payed throug online on 6th August. Till this date I haven't received the item .They neither pick the call nor responding the mail. THIS IS A FRAUD SITE!. We need to proceed leagally to stop them from cheating any others.

                1. Product no 276926, morgan wing chair with ottoman was sent to my address after more than 1 and a half month from date of purchase today (Date of purchase 06 jul 16, date of delivery 21 aug 16).
                2.in the past one month, i had a harrowing experience trying to contact the company or customer care as nobody received calls promptly or replied to emails and finally had to keep following up with the courier company which took its own sweet time to deliver the product.
                3. Finally when the product arrived today the look was completely different from the original picture, only the shape and size were as described and i tried calling your company again and as usual nobody responded. I have sent the product back and i want a refund or a replacement with the pattern that i had ordered. This is based on their conditional return policy. How am i supposed to get any information from the company if they neither respond to calls or emails?
                4. Moreover they have come up with a figure of 15% variation in pattern. How may i ask have they come up with a figure in this regard? How do they calculate percentages in colour and pattern? The product i had chosen was white (Clearly mentioned in their description) and had 'ikat' print but the product i received was of a different colour and pattern didn't even belong to the 'ikat' category of prints.
                5. I have sent an email to them with photos. However there has been no reply since 2 days and no response to my phone calls.

                It has been nearly 20 days since I was contacted by Inkgrid promising me that an email would be sent to me with the designs for me to choose from. However no email has been sent and the Inkgrid has stopped responding to any calls from my end.

                This kind of behaviour from the company is highly unprofessional and cannot be allowed to go on. This is the last resort before I initiate legal action.

                  I had ordered 2 products (Order id 277109). As per site, products are shipped between 7 to 10 days. And they say that delivery time is 6 days. So products should have been delivered between 13 t o16 days. However, nothing has been delivered even after 22 days.

                  There is no response to phone calls - their phone is always busy or no one picks up.

                    Hi,

                    The portal looks very promising and good deals on it. They cover most on the site but it's of great disappointment if guy have bought any. I'm not unable to get through them.
                    I bought subject item during the month on 21st July 2016 and paid through Payu account.
                    I have not heard any from them on my order:
                    - no order confirmation over to email
                    - no response on the contact number mentioned on the website
                    - no response on emails chasers sent to them.

                    Not even sure if I can cancel the order and get refund so that I can buy shoe rack else where.

                      My order is still not been delivered. This is just terrible service - the number provided +[protected] doesn't get answered and if answered is always at an extended lunch break.In the last few days, i have called several times and had no response. Makes me wonder whether its all a bunch of lies. I was categorically told that i'll have my order delivered last week. The order was placed on the 6th of july

                      So much for customer service not to answer the phone. You guys are just terrible that you ignore calls on purpose. No apology for the delay, just terrible service and amongst the worst experience. Please learn something from your competition.

                        Dear team,

                        I had ordered nested stools from website inkgrid.com on 20/03/2016 (Received two order ids for the same product: 276502 and 276499). The merchant sent damaged and low quality product on 07/04/2016.

                        Since that day i have been following up with the merchant for refund. Earlier i received fake assurance that i will get a replacement product. Now the merchant does not revert to my emails and also does not respond to my calls. Contact details: call +[protected] or email [protected]@inkgrid.com.

                        I have clearly communicated to the merchant that i do not want replacement but want complete refund of the money (Rs. 4950).

                        Request you to please help in getting the refund of rs. 4950.
