Ordered a sideboard worth Rs 30000 in early November, but it's yet to be delivered. Got a mail from them informing about delayed delivery around 21 November. No update after that. They are unreachable both on phone and email. All emails to [protected]@inkgrid.com generate auto response that they will get back within 2 days. But there is no follow up. I'm Agarkar they have duped me of my money. Stay away from this site.

I am helpless. Ordered a computer table worth INR 3645.00 on July 3rd. Today 5 months down the line and i am still clueless if they will or not deliver it. They are cheat 420.

This is a fraud site. my sincere advice to everyone is not to fall in the trap of this site.
we are planning to file a complaint against the activities of this site in the court first by approaching a police station and filing an FIR against the owner of this site.
I also appeal to all the customers of INKGRID to file an FIR in the nearest police station.

I have ordered a furniture on " Inkgrid " on 28 Oct 16 and I made online payment thinking that I will receive the product on or before the time ( as it usually happens with other online shopping websites). But I have not received my product and there is no update. To talk to them once I had to call more than hundred times.A month before they said product has been dispatched and you will receive it within a week. After that there is no update and they are not receiving the call and I even tried calling from different phone number but its just waste.

Below is the confirmation message I received after purchasing online.

After that I received a below general message'

Due to very limited resources and halt in work by several 3rd party transportation services because of limitation of financial and work flow system we regret that there will be some delays in delivery of the item. Your ordered items will be initiated for delivery from 21st Nov 2016. We understand that there has been delays and we would request you to support us till we get the delivery and logistic services up again.

I feel very unsafe and I made a mistake by making payment online.

They don't even know where the product is even after constant followups. They are unable to deliver even in ONE MONTH TIME.

You call and call one number([protected]), and after a while they stop picking up your phone.

If picked up, they will give you false information about delivery.

I went against the reviews from consumer complaints and other websites, considering low prices, but, people please be aware!
1. The product may not be of good quality, as I found out after discussing with some other people facing similar problems from inkgrid.com.
2. No commitment on delivery.
3. You may not even receive the product.
4. Considerably lower prices than URBANLADDER may attract customers but this is just false information as I suppose, they get the product created later from somewhere after order is placed, but with a cheaper quality.

Their false commitment:

Till date received no information when my product will be delivered. Tried contacting their customer service at +91.9999.132.132 many times but no one picks up the call. Wrote multiple stinkers to their mail id [protected]@inkgrid.com but these shameless frauds still not responded.

I feel harassed and cheated now. My sincere suggestions -- "Don't buy from inkgrid. NEVER". You will regret doing it.

I guess consumer forum is where I should take this matter to.

I have been in touch with the company vide mails from 25th July but finally
paid Rs 19, 950/- vide transfer on 19th September, to M/S Bruobe Infosystem P.Ltd as directed by Inkrid.
Its 2 months and delivery is not made neither any invoice mailed even after 'n' number of mails and calls not responded to or responses scatterred, diversionary, which means nothing.
As it is clear that Inkgrid does not which to deliver and the company is set up to cheat people who live far away as the compaints ofothers o[censored]nresponsive mails and calls is common and so intention very clear.
My only request is that the money returned as have already got the items from local dealers.
If am not getting a response immediately am filing a complaint at the local Police Station whose Cyber Crime arm will look into it to dfo the needful and get justice for all the customers who have sufferered so far and future customers who will be saved from sufferring.

Order 277821 - not delivered

I have placed an order 1 month ago and it has not showed up yet. It is impossible to get hold of anyone at the company, phone or email is the same (I strongly and honestly believe this company is more or less 1 person with a website).
My suspicion is that this guy(s) just order from other webpages with focus on "out of stock" items that people are not able to get from more correct companies and then they take a slightly higher margin and thus makes profit. However, many times the "out of stock" items at real companies don`t come back in stock and they are unable to get the item or this is a very long waiting time. This would explain why they have extremely long delivery times and are not able to get any information on delivery for customers.
Don`t buy from this company!!
And do not prepay, only cash on delivery if ordering at all!!

As many others, I also ordered the table from them on 20th October, 2016.

I paid Rs. 6683/- for the product.
Multiple times I have called them till 4-5th October they were receiving my calls, but since then not even once have they responded to my calls, customer feedback on their website or even my SMSs.

It is unbelievable how irresponsible a company can be in times when customer service is paramount.
They won't pickup the calls, or it comes as busy or simply switched off.
No shipping details, nothing.
I was told that product will reach me by 7th November, but forget product it's hard to even reach the inkgrid team.

I am seriously considering taking some legal action as multiple people seems to have problem with the company and its service.

We had ordered a trundle bed some time back in august. Have not received it, nobody answers calls and we are totally vexed and we atleast want the money back. We have tried calling but they pick up and then they block us. Is this a fraud site? What do we need to do to get our money back? Its very disappointing that online shopping in India is so unreliable.

Order ref 276752. Made on 22 June and despite countless calls, messages and emails (all unanswered) and a complaint through this forum on 11 September the matter is not resolved. I am a single parent with limited income who bought a study table for my son in good faith for his birthday in July. I cannot afford to just throw away over rs5000 or even buy him another one.

I see from the numerous complaints since mine they are continuing to take orders and cheat people! How is this even allowed to happen?! I no longer want the study table. I just want my money refunded.

I had ordered for a kosmo weave queen bed without storage in vermount colour by spacewood (12th september 2016). It has still not been delivered. The customer number is switched off. We tried relentlessly and was able to speak to a person called vineet. We asked him to cancel our order which he did not yield to. He is refusing to cancel our order and refund our money back. He keeps giving reasons for not delivering and gives false promises of delivering it soon. We had also asked him for the tracking details which says he cannot give!

I had placed my order on the 19th of june. today is the 21st of october. if i ever find these people i will kill them for sure. i am a student who bought this table of my savings.

They are startup thieves. please be aware. this is the new trend. gurgaon is like the silicon valley for startup thieves. these people are from there.

I purchased 3 items on Sep 1st 2016 and was told it will be delivered by Sep 13th. Vineet is very unprofessional none responds to phone or emails and all commitments given are false. He says it has been shipped through Professional packers/couriers but unwilling tp provide the tracking number.

Always giving reasons like rain, holiday's etc. there is absolutely no way to escalate the issue.
