[Resolved] Inkgrid.com — Order not delivered and refund not processed | |||||
On 22 June 2016 I placed an order for a study table with Inkgrid.com. As CoD was not available I paid via their payment gateway a total of Rs5589.00. I received a confirmation email of order 276752 but no intimation of delivery date. I emailed them for delivery date on 22, 24 and 25 June but received no reply. My calls to their Customer Services number were rejected and they did not respond to whatsapp messages, SMS's or emails. Finally I received a call from them to inform me the desk had reached Goa but was damaged and had to be returned to store. I asked for a refund and was assured this would be processed. By 11 August, in sheer desperation I left comments on their Facebook page which prompted them to email me on 13 August apologising for their 'callous approach' and assuring me a replacement table was on its way to me. They informed me the table would reach me by 26 August. I emailed back that I didn't want it and was looking for refund only. No word from them since. I am looking for full refund.
