Hi,
I would like to complain about the intellipaat for their irresponsible nature,
Before the time of admission they make false promises and make a students to enroll by giving various offers and commitments and even though they make fool by saying that please join today itself otherwise rates are going to increased of courses which is actually false and after that they change their commitment then they enrolled me in 8th January 2023 batch and during that I came to know about their false commitment,
Since from last 5 days I am saying to cancel my enrollment they are not canceling it and giving excuses and even though my batch has not started yet and I am fully eligible for cancellation of my enrollment which they are refusing it and forcing me to join the batch so please it is my humble request to someone look after it and cancel my enrollment and stop such kind of activities

    Hi all,

    I am sending this email for other fellow people to let you know to not fell in one of the biggest scam (Intellipaat) by their false promises. They have no ethics and only intended to loot money from poor students who is dreaming about a good career.

    It is an unorganized company, which has no proper hierarchy (no responsible). Even if you wanted to join, kindly don't pay the money in advance because once you pay the money, they won't mind us. If they keep on their words only then you have to pay.

      I enroll the course before a week I raise cancellation request I did access any course materials or lms but they didn't cancelled more than month after a month emi need to pay they also block mailed and so rood behavior and cibil score also affected they are saying non refundable course while enrolling course they not informed me it's non refundable they force me to paying emi for course customer executive also rude I don't know what to do then I started course after that I upset started with python trainer said we see remaing topics in next class after 4 class then they shift over ethical hacking totally waste of my money with my economical issue so please cancel my loan I'm not interested with intellipaat fake organization and promise

        I want to cancel my course which i purchase i guess a month or two ago,
        i am facing some financial issues and i want to cancel my course i opted for EMI option i am contacting their support from past two days and they are not responding,
        please help me i am in serious money problem.

          Hi,
          I would like to complaint about the Intellipaat for their irresponsible nature towards the students who enrolled into the course. They will initially collect money from the students and gave them false promises about the course. Then after their real face come out. Intellipaat is really unproffesional in their approach and most of the lecturers don't have teaching experience and lack of knowledge. Moreover, they are cunning too....

          1. I don’t know, how their surveys are because in our class only, we have confirmed all things with their team members Sirisha, Aarav, and Wasim, but now they don't stick to your own words. But one thing I know, even if 6-7 students have a problem including me, we need a solution. I don't care if it will cost you more to make a separate batch. You cannot say that due to other students, you can't do anything. We don’t care if other students are ok with your pace. we can't risk our future and learning because of these students. We don’t want to do a 5-month course in 8 months. You are just telling us to risk our careers because of other students.
          2. Don't tell me that your assignments can help us get in-depth knowledge. They are just some rubbish assignments that cant help anyone, you are making students fool by letting them solve those assignments which can never help them. You can find competitive ques for Python and SQL anywhere on Hackerrank, Leetcode, and copy them instead
          3. Unnecessary holidays and unnecessary quizzes or assignments are being given to waste our time and intentionally extend the course duration. Without even informing us and taking consensus from only 2-3 students, they have recently given Chrismas Holiday. Even after calling them to schedule our session on Christmas, the support team directly denied it. We are not here for vacations, we need to complete the course asap to transition. The support team has so much arrogance as if they have paid our course fee.

          First time, I came across a course in which students have to tell me again and again that they want to do harder assignments, want productive sessions, and want the pace faster. But the organization is not listening to them at all, just focusing on making money. There is no motivation behind your organization or your team. They are just selling their courses just for the sake of making money.

          I had agreed on some terms in writing and some word of mouth before enrolling in the course :
          1. 25% of sessions will be covered by IIT Faculties (which I expect in future sessions)
          2. 1:1 doubt sessions will be provided within 24 hours of posting a query
          3. All sessions including Handson will be taken by Industry Experts
          4. Most Important reason for joining Intellipaat, due to the commitment from the admission counselor, that I can find the difference between the depth and pace of Intellipaat sessions compared to other Academies
          5. Course will be completed in 7 months.

          I can't find, any of the agreed terms getting implemented or can be implemented in near future, they are being violated.
          They should have informed me before enrolling that Intellipaat is only for inexperienced or non-technical students who need too much spoon-feeding. I would have never taken admission.

          I have talked with our Company's GC, and he explained to me the legal actions we can take.
          This falls under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 - Deficiency of Service

          If I do not hear from you within the next three days, then we are left with no option but to instigate legal proceedings.

          This action can be avoided by either solving the above issues immediately or contacting me within three days with a refund and compensation of the time wasted

            Since, I've got any response from the escalations/support team, writing here to get my issue resolved at any cost no offence because it's been a long case and it should be sorted. Can you please intend to provide a 101 session with google cloud (GKE) expert. I wonder if could reach me by [protected]. And a plethora of things are there to address but my intension is get the issue done asap and dont get any remarks the firm because of few of the persons

                As I am not happy with the training which started in July 2022 (supposed to start in Jun, 2022), I have raised multiple complaints for fee refund and then they started giving me some alternate solutions other than fee refund which I haven't agreed to in the starting. After having multiple interactions they said that they are going to provide one to one session and I have agreed too, which again they failed to do. Every time this is what they are doing from the start. Somehow they will convince students to enroll for a course by giving false promises and then they will show their true side. It is a waste of time and money enrolling in a course in intellipaat.

                  After several requests of asking for a refund, I sent a legal notice to Intellipaat CEO. Post the notice, I started receiving several calls from the support team and they promised me a refund of 50%. After that, they asked me to pay an amount of 42, 500 rupees if I want my loan to be canceled and the refund back. Within minutes, I received a payment link and I deposited the money quickly. Now, they all have ghosted me and an emi of 7000 rupees is debited from my account every month. They also assured me that the loan partner will cancel the loan within 2 weeks. However, no loan has been canceled as of yet.

                  I am paying 85, 000 course fee + they have already robbed me of 42, 500 extra in order to get my refund and loan cancelation.

                    Like I mentioned before, my bill is already generated and I have to pay the whole amount of 27699. I spoke to Joe yesterday and he asked me to wait for 24 hrs. I was worried because of this issue. Joe kept disconnecting the call saying you are not letting me speak. I was trying to explain the situation where Joe had no patience to listen to me. The card was swiped on 27th or 26th of September, but Intellipaat couldn't fix the problem. Even after repeated calls in October and November the issue still persists. Now I have to pay the whole amount. I asked him do you pay if EMI conversion is not done he easily blamed on shopse they will take care, I choose Intellipaat because of the brand, not because of shopse or any other vendor. This is your issue. You should have fixed it, where I had to call and do follow ups. Joe had no answer and was not aware of what needs to be done. That's one of the reasons why he was disconnecting the call.

                    I am very unhappy about the service from Intellipaat, especially Joe. He had the audacity to disconnect the call. He did it twice, is this the service you provide? Joe had to escape from the call so he kept disconnecting, now I will post this issue on social media and will show the world how pathetic your service is. I will tweet about how you treat your students and how you don't provide service. People like Joe don't deserve to be an escalation manager at all; he is not even fit to be a telecaller. Joe is an epitome of how to escape from problems instead of facing it. them.

                      I am Salman khan I use to join the course but the Intellipaat people as enrolled loan for course from last 2months I have not attend the single class but I need to pay the EMI amount for early salary of 22k daily I am getting calls and mail from early salary I don’t know what to answer for them and daily I am escalating the mail from last 3months to cancel the loan amount but those people taking my issue as negligence and I am getting negative feedback from them, So please support me to cancel my loan amount and clear my issue

                        This is Keshav Sharma I had enrolled for the "Cloud Computing & Devops" - Job Guarantee Program

                        My concern is due to my personal reason i have to cancel the program. And I dropped a mail to the support team and the course advisor but nobody is responding in the right way some agents are hanging up my calls and talking in a rude way.

                        I requested them to cancel the course and transaction id which was initiated last night by the course advisor through ShopSe financial partner.

                        I have dropped a mail to the support team and ShopSe team financial partner, but still there is no confirmation from their end.

                        I request you here if I can get a help to get this transaction payment id to be cancelled ASAP.

                        Note: Payment transaction id which was through ShopSe (financial partner) needs to be cancelled ASAP, before the course starts that is from 5th November 2022.

                        The way advisor explained was only regarding the course and nothing was informed to me regarding your policy, terms and conditions.

                        If it was told this to me earlier or on the call then I wouldn't have enrolled up insentently. I would have taken my own time to revert back to you people. Now please try to understand this sentence.

                        You guys have the call recordings so please check if this was told to me or not by Roheeth and his manager.

                        All they did was to fill up the details over the phone as they were in hurry and so told me to acknowledge on the mail which I wasn't aware of your non-refundable policy.

                        I sincerely request you to have a cross check with your advisor regarding this matter.

                        Also to let you know regarding this matter I won't be able to pay a single peny to you guys due to my personal circumstances.

                        Now all i need is please approve for cancellation of the transaction id as ShopSe has agreed to cancel and awaiting for your response.

                          I opted for a course through it intellipat process. But courses are not available as per my needs. Now iam not interested to take up the course.

                          I would like to give the transparency on your concern. You have enrolled for the program "Business Intelligence Masters" and you have learnt the course for 3 months on the given time which was well conveyed to you before the enrolment. Its not that you got to know about the timings once you have completed your 3 months of training. We have shared you the access logs for the same which shows clearly that you have been using the course material and attending the live classes.
                          Now after learning and due to your personal time constraints you are asking for refund when you have already learnt for 3 months and as per refund policy, refund is not applicable.
                          It’s a clear case where you learnt for 3 months and now looking for refund. If you need any assistance we are happy to help you.

                            Yesterday I was attended a interview, the HR was contacting the interview form 3 days, but they are telling that your communication is good but again. Yesterday I was attended The HR was not asked a proper questions. they send me some Hadoop qus and prepare only for that suddenly asking me some other qus this is the way taking interview???

                                Hi, a course in Cloud Computing, provided by Intellipaat. I wanted to go for a course where there should be no coding involved .Therefore, in order to get more information, i shared my contact details and I received a call.I made sure that I inform the associate (who was in contact with me) beforehand only that I don't want any course which has coding in it.But they made a fake promise to me.I was promised and assured that there is no coding involved in this program, or it will just have the basics of coding. Therefore, with trust I enrolled in the program but now after research, I came to know that a large part of coding will be involved.I come from a poor background. Taking a course worth 1Lakh is not easy for me. I also spoke to the third party PROPELLD, they are ready to stop my first EMI which is supposed to be deducted on 5th of November if Intellipaat would cancel the program. But Intellipaat is not allowing. I have lost all my hope now and therefore, I had to come out like this. I want you all the share this post as much as possible ro help me.

                                But they have not told me about the non refund process. They said that once you start your training the course will be not refunded but i've not started my training yet.
                                But now they are saying that the completion of loan process system means that u're enrolled in the training .

                                They are now also refusing by saying that it is a non refundable program, but they had not given me the clear detail of the program refund policy.
                                They had written in the mail that if i want to cancel the program during the training period then i'll be not able to apply for the refund, but my training period has not been started yet and then also they are not cancellling the program.

                                  I took admission in MSc Data Science course from IU &LSBU university however the admission process with the university still pending after sending documents for more than 5 times. The support staff has high attrition and hence my case keeps moving from one admission Counsellor to another and since there is no handover I have to repeat the whole story again and again which is quite frustrating. I’m trying to contact the team to get a refund as this has not worked out the way I wanted. I’m an experienced professional and wanted to do the course for learning and upgrading my career path.

                                  This has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience for me as no one is interacting from the organization (customer service, admission spoc, sales spoc) and would definitely not recommend this organization/courses to anyone as they are only scamming people in the name of education.

                                  I urge higher management to look into this matter and resolve it asap.

                                  The order no is in the subject matter and this gimmick of procrastinating is not helping as my email is enough to track me or my profile.
                                  There was one more effort made to get my admission done in the university but in vain again, which killed another month or so.
                                  Now I am chasing everyday for a call back and I am getting mundane responses that the escalation desk person is on emergency leave and someone will call but no one does.
                                  I will be taking to social media but maligning an organization is not my motif but I will if I have to people should...and Intellipaat should know that students doing these courses save up money for enrollment and want to enhance their career and not waste time doing 6 months trying to get admission or follow up for refund.

                                    Customer service

                                    A sales executive from intellipaat contacted me over phone and used foul language and offensive words when I said that I'm not interested in their course....

                                    Intellipaat sales team promises lot of things to purchase a course, They told me they will be proving 80 hours of lab access and haven’t provided single hour of lab and the course is completed. You can refer the screenshot of there promises, I have raised this multiple times with there support team but not much response from them.

                                    I would be happy if I can get a refund of my money back
