I joined intellipath on December-14-2022 for Cyber Security Academic Course. In EMI option from propelld. Total fee to pay was 70, 000Rs per One year. according to this per month I had to pay 6250Rs.

First of all, Before I joined to Intellipaat, the agent who joined me to intellipaat was not told about the terms and conditions or about the impossible course cancellation status. The agent urged me to send the Acceptance mail first. I did the same as agent said, and sent I accept & Understand mail. The Intellipath game starts from now Keeping this mail as an evidence the people of intellipath won't cancel our subscription. Even the course is not useful and not reliable. They totally leave us to Debt Burdens. We should pay the EMI's even though you aren't using Course or following with them. The Above things are actually happened to me.

I followed Intellipath till March 1st and paid 3 EMI's (6250 * 3 = 18750Rs) Total classes I had Attended are less than 25, because as the classes had been scheduled only on weekends (3 hours per day).
The course is not at all useful for me in any point of View totally It was happening as a non relevant subject. In the mean while I lad lost my Job. So I decided to stop the Course which will not helpful at any point of view. I opted for course cancellation on[protected] since then for today[protected] I had not attended Intellipath requesting them to cancel my Subscription with Intellipath. they are not responding properly and threatening me to Continue the course even though it was not useful even for 0%. Mean while loan agents of propelld was calling me and forcing to pay EMI at any cost by EOD. I did not paid the EMI for 3 month since from march The people of Propelld sent a legal notice to my Address and added interest for their wish. Intellipath will not consider above all aspects at any cost.

Totally it was big scam they people make us to join with Intellipath by their marketing strategies and totally leave us to Debt burden's. I'm not the only person suffering from Intilipaaat, many people are facing the same problem. As here I am not able to find attachment folder I am not able to attach my Email chat as proof. So friend's Be Aware of this Do not fall in to this EDUCATIONAL SCAM's.

    Hello, I am simran I want to cancel my course(full stack developer) which i got a loan approved in April,
    i am facing some financial issues and i want to cancel my course i opted for EMI option i am contacting their support but they are saying they can't cancel the course I can't and don't want to pay the amount which is( 1 lakh approx for a year ) I just want to cancel the course which I am not using at all help me in this my trial times I am in serious money problem and I can't pay anymore please ask them to cancel my course it will be a great help from INDIAN CONSUMER COMPLAINTS FORUM.

    PLEASE HELP ME I NEED YOUR HELP FOR THIS COURSE TO BE CANCEL.

        Dont believe on there referal policy, They lure candidates saying they will provide refferal benefit but once your friend enroll with them, they don't give the refferal benefit and keep making excuses and lies. Yash Vijay a sales agent witg intellipaat made fake commitment with me to get the refferal and since then just making excuses.
        They don't have american faculty as well as mentioned on there website, they charge really high amount of fees for cheap courses. SAVE YOURSELF, DONT ENROLL

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          I am writing to file a complaint against Intellipaat for their unfair trade practices and breach of contract. I had enrolled in their Cloud Computing with DevOps job guaranteed program on 11th April 2023 through their salesperson, Raj Singh. However, I have now changed my mind and wish to cancel the program due to negative reviews and my interest in government jobs.

          Before enrolling in the program, I had asked the salesperson about the refund policy, and he had assured me of a full refund if I decided to cancel. However, when I requested to cancel my enrollment and the loan of Rs. 125000 that I had signed up for through Propelled, Intellipaat's support team has been unresponsive and unwilling to process the cancellation and refund.

          I have tried to contact them multiple times, but I have not received any proper response. Many others have also reported facing similar issues with Intellipaat. Therefore, I am seeking your help to resolve this matter.

          I would like to request your intervention to ensure that I get a full refund of the loan and the cancellation of my enrollment in the program since it has not yet started. I am attaching all the relevant documents, such as the enrollment confirmation and loan agreement, for your reference.

            Actually i have enrollment the cloud computing course from intellipaat on 11th april and they have made loan of 1lk 25k fro propelled after 2 days only i have raised ticket as well as mailed them caling them 5 times a day to cancel my admission still now the batch has not started and the advisor have promised before that i can cancel the admission anytime but they are forcing me to do the course and not canceling the admission what should i do to stop the loan still it has not disbursed to them and manager is saying he can put on hold again whenever i want to rejoin i can rejoin the course but cancel option is not available but the advisor before said that anytime i can cancel plz suggest me if you can help me in this. The advisor was scamer he was calling me on whatsapp so that i cannot record thw call i have screenshot where i asked that before first emi which is in june can i cancel the course if i face any issue he said with refund policy i can claim.but after taking admission i am trying to cancel my loan the manager is saying that no refund policy is applicable on this course this is tottaly fraud.kindly look into this as soon as possible as i dont want this loan on my and i dont want to study from these fraud institute.

Even the advisor said in 2 months before your first emi you can cancel anytime and he was calling forcefully on wp thatswhy i couldn't record the call. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                  I have had applied for course and taken a loan. But now I want to cancel my loan as I will not be able to repay it but this people are just ignoring my calls and not responding me now.

I want to cancel this admission and stop the loan thats it.

                    This is the fraud company which will use education as a key and using people's money.
                    They forced me to take this course and completed the loan and application without my knowledge. I have enrolled for this course but not completed the application and haven't approved the loan agreement. But I got a mail to join the class so I have checked with that team they are telling if the application and loan process not completed means they itself approve the loan and complete the application process. Is this the best way to complete the application without customer knowledge. This is the major person who was the reason for all the issues - kamini ([protected] / [protected])
                    Kindly help on this and stop this fraud company from playing on customers money. Kindly help on this to cancel this course. I think without customer knowledge approving the loan and completing the application is not a professional manner.

                      I had taken admission last year through intellipaat for IU 1 Year MBA program by applying for 1-year Global MBA program IU Germany from Intellipaat.
                      During admission thousands of promises were given to me about support, aid and various additional course will be offered to facilitate MBA learning along with IU.
                      They also promised that no formalities have to be performed by student we will get all admission process completed you need to just submit documents. So I did the same thing I email all my document to concerned sales team from admissions. They asked me to take Study Loan through Propelld. They told me I have to Pay to propelld and they will take money periodically from propelld.
                      Later IU asked me my graduation certificate which I again shared over mail. But after paying more than 1 lakh rupees suddenly IU deregistered me showing that I did not submit my Graduation certificate which they did even informed. Though I have shared old mail that I had already shared it long back then they asked me to do a fresh registration or take refund from Intellipaat. During deregistration they did not inform me or they did not asked the same a single time before deregistration.
                      I came to know this after 1 month and when I asked Intellipaat they stop responding me. I stop the further payment but already I had paid more than 1 lakh rupees. Still intellipaat is asking me to continue the payment though they have deregistered me.
                      So, my all money go in vain scam and now they are harassing me by not responding and not refunding my money.
                      Same as other after taking admission not a single person from Intellipaat bothered to look at me or my course and also many promises made by sales, admissions team and course manager all started failing against given promises. Also few things promised by course academic advisor made to me from IU also stands false.
                      Also, I recited same story to Intellipaat CEO through linkedin and asked for escalation matrix over mail from intellipaat. But they stop responding me.
                      I would want Intellipaat to refund me my entire money as i dont want to continue any relations with intellipaat as they have broken a trust of true learner in this entire matter.
                      I could see intellipaat is harassing others also same way and they also registered complain in consumercomplaints.in
                      Please help me to get my hard earn money back.

                      Intellipaat is a fraud.

                      1> Intellipaat sales team take me confidence that they will conduct weekly session and I can complete the IU Global MBA by following Self-paced learning.
                      I did not get any weekly session till I started the course from July 2022.

                      3> Suddenly I came to know that before start the course I have to complete English assessment, otherwise I will not get access to the actual MBA course. Intellipaat assigned Virkram as a consultant who will help me during this course.
                      4> I have done B2.1 level and shared my Graduation certificate along with proof that I have completed Graduation and master’s completely in English medium then IU provide me the access.
                      5> In January 2023, IU deregistered me from the course without any notification, Vikarm, Intellipaat or IU did not notify me.
                      6> March, I have tried to access myCampus portal of IU and I was not able to access.
                      7> I have raised multiple complain to IU and Intellipaat and finally I came to know that as I had not submitted my Graduation certificate, so IU deregistered me.
                      8> Immediately I have shared the old mail where I had already shared my Graduation certificated.
                      9> IU replied to me that as I had been deregistered they will not able to register me again. I can do a fresh registration. And I can connect with Intellipaat for refund.
                      10> Now at this point I don’t want to register again, and I don’t have any more intention to have any relation with IU or Intellipaat.
                      11> I send mail to IU and Intellipaat for refund my full amount as I had been deregistered from the course by IU & Intellipaat without any notification.
                      12> I had stopped paying any further amount and informed that as well to Propelld, IU and Intellipaat.
                      13> Yesterday, Intellipaat representative tried to tell me that as I did not study so I want full refund. Which was very insulting to me I had completed B.Tech 16 years back, I did M.Tech and I am a professional having more that 16 years of experience. I want to convey Intellipaat and IU that I have not deregister myself but now I don’t want to continue the course again in any circumstances. He told me that if I don’t withdraw my post in social media where I have conveyed the same thing, they will not do anything.
                      14> I have raised a consumer complaint for this harassment and to get the refund of full amount along with close the deal with propelld.
                      15> Though I have been deregistered from the course from January 2023, Intellipaat/IU were deducting my money from bank without informing me.

                      I don’t want to have any further relation with Intellipaat or IU. Please arrange to refund my full amount and close the deal with Propelld.

                        I had taken admission last year through intellipaat for IU 1 Year MBA program by applying for 1 year Global MBA program IU Germany from Intellipaat.
                        During admission thousands of promises were given to me about support, aid and various additional course will be offered to facilitate MBA learning along with IU. I decided to take admission and later to pay the fees they were not giving me a single minute to breathe once i mentioned i will take admission. Later by expediting me left and right finally i made the payment about 2lacs. They also promised that no formalities have to be performed by student we will get all admission process completed you need to just submit documents. So i did the same thing i email all my document to concerned sales team from admissions.
                        Meanwhile there was one document hardcopy to be submitted which i forgot to submit which neither university nor Intellipaat reminded me to submit in next one year though i had several discussion on my issues with course and admission were raised.
                        Same as other after taking admission not a single person from Intellipaat bothered to look at me or my course and also many promises made by sales, admissions team and course manager all started failing against given promises. Also few things promised by course academic advisor made to me from IU also stands false since now that person has left the IU University. Please do not take admission to IU MBA program better to do MBA from Indian Institutes this is just loss of money and time as there is no gaurantee to your money you pay as these people changes rules nay time and also partnership might be discontinued with University where you are left alone with just nothing in hand.
                        Think twice before joining any online course not only this one but some other also through online mode students a sincere request.
                        Also, i recited same story to Intellipaat CEO and their heads where he promised me to give admission by speaking with IU team without any charges but now he is also not replying my message and as a courtesy not a single reply to my email he or his delegates has made in this matter.
                        I would want Intellipaat to refund me my entire money as i dont want to continue any relations with intellipaat as they have broken a trust of true learner in this entire matter.

                        Intellipaat is a fraud, they will not revert you or refund your money. I also have been cheated same way.

                          I want to cancel my course which i purchase in November,
                          i am facing some financial issues and i want to cancel my course i opted for EMI option i am contacting their support but they are saying they can't cancel the course I don't want the amount I paid which is 15000 I just want to cancel the course which I am not using kindly help me into this I am in serious money problem and I can't pay anymore please ask them ti cancel my course it will be a great help from INDIAN CONSUMER COMPLAINTS FORUM.

                            Hi this is boopathi, on DEC-2022 I joined Cloud computing course on Intellipaat. They told your classes will starts by JAN-2023. In between DEC-2022 and JAN-2023 I got one golden opportunity from WIPRO with my higher studies opportunity. So, asked them to cancel my course and EMI. Before joining course they are polite and well behaved. After requesting for cancellation they are raising their volumes and they are not responding properly. During EMI process they told I am not eligible for EMI procedure due to age restrictions. After discussing with manager they told you are eligible for loan and without my knowledge they processed EMI for me and I got a message from credit fair team. They are doing only business(money makers) not an proper educational institute. I spoke with escalation head named Sachin anyway they are not cancelling my EMI as I attended only 2 classes and they are not understanding my situation also. I don’t get any proper solution till now. Due to this I am having some mental pressure they are forcing me to transfer to other person or asking me to attend. It is a loss for them so only they are not cancelling the EMI. They will not consider our situations. Just they need money from students or working professionals. They are just not money makers who don’t even consider our future. Due to this my future is going to get damaged due to intellipaat that is for sure. Please provide a solution and help me to cancel the EMI.

                              They will not resolve your problems. I think we should also be insensitive like them and expose them on social media. I have told them in numerous times but they just don't care. What else can you expect with this institute they have no ethics. As they didn't cancel the course the loan department called Propelld which another unethical company are calling us torturing us. This institute doesn't even inform us that there will a loan. They are fraud and something should be done otherwise like us there are lot of people who will suffer.

                                Team Nischay, who is handling the case but he didn't provide me the confirmation yet. But they are not giving me cancellation confirmation that is why propelled team recovery agent came to at my home without any call or communication. His name is Pawan Pant. Can you please help me to get confirmation for cancellation from intellipatt and send refund amount to propelled.

                                Can your please tell them to your respective team that sonu was not eligible for admission because of low percentage. Moreover I have not attended single class and have requested you to cancel our enrolment even before the course started.

                                Therefore can you please refund the full amount to Propelld and cancel our enrollment.

                                Also, I Informed to my bank to cancel the ecs mandate. They will cancel as soon as possible.

                                  I would like to share my experience with Intellipaat. These people are biggest SCAM. I wanted to enroll in the course and I spoke to some sales person who got me enrolled and all I asked was can I make monthly payment he said yes and asked my Aadhar card and applied an education loan with Propelld without informing me that he is applying for the loan. Propelld also approves for the loan and never calls the client who has applied for the loan. I wanted to cancel the course as my husband didn't take up the job that is when I got to know that the sales person has applied a loan on my behalf. The sales person after enrolling didn't bother to pick my call or reply back. Be very careful while sharing your identification proof as these people can use it anywhere and it's always better to take up a course from a reputed institute. I made a mistake that is the reason I am trying to spread this as much as possible

                                  As I have quoted this institute as scam they will are here to make money snatching and lying others. There is no measures taken. Imagine the institute not informing and directly applying for education loan and Propelld approves the loan too by just taking someone's Aadhar card

                                  I still stick to my point that I haven't taken any loan. I have all the right to discontinue the course there is no hard and fast rule. If I don't wish to continue nobody can force me. Intellipaat didn't call to resolve the query they called to make me as sales person to sell their course which is not going to happen. I am happy I didn't start the course as I am getting feedback the contents are also useless. You all are not only scammers but also course studies are of no use. There is no way I will pay you all the amount.

                                  They haven't cancelled my course when I am telling them that my husband has not got the job how will I pay the EMI. These people are in human. I have spoken to a lawyer as that was the last thing I have also approached people who are socially powerful that will surely have an huge impact. By doing this hoping if you also get the refund. My only concern here is why can't we discontinue or change our mind. My first EMI has already been deducted now but I had tried calling them before 1st Jan but there was no response. After the deduction I googled and wrote them an email.
                                  Here we would like to bring transparency to this case. You enrolled with us for the program "Business Analyst Master's" On Dec 6th by the payment mode Propelled. Access was given on the same day and the credentials also were shared via mail. As you disclaimed that weren't aware of the loan processed we would like to submit some text conversation proof with our course advisor regarding the discussion on the propelled payment method.
                                  As per the enrollment taken, we also have shared with you the meeting invites for the batch commencing on 1st Jan -2023.
                                  And you raised the first refund ticket on Jan 11th reasoning a personal issue. As per the checks, there is no service fault from our end and hence refund of the program is not possible as per our company policy.

                                    Iam sourab sharma took cloud computing and devops job guarantee program and this course is not looking beneficial to me and intellipath has done kind of fraud with me and not helping me out in unsubscribe the course and give my money back please look into this issue

                                      I first came through IIT rourkee Simplilearn. I was a fool that I took this course with them imagine you can't even change your mind. I am sure I'm future I or anybody from my Circle woul want to enroll but this experience will never get us back to Intellipaat. They are quiet ignorant as they are fight for 30k they have no idea in the bargain how much are they losing on.
