I am writing to express my disappointment with Intellipaat. When I first approached the company, I was promised a multitude of benefits, which I eagerly took advantage of. The sales representative assured me that if I made a payment of 60, 000, I would have immediate access to the course. However, after making the payment, I was informed that I would be enrolled in the next week's batch. I initially accepted this, but soon became suspicious about the quality of their services. Upon further investigation, I discovered that the company's services are inadequate and they are simply after money.

I also researched the company's reviews on Glassdoor, where both current and former employees expressed that the online reviews are fake. On January 30th, 2023, I made a payment of 60, 000, and on February 12th, 2023, I requested a refund as I had not been enrolled in any course. However, the company's excuses for denying the refund included the claim that it was non-refundable, despite the fact that their own refund policy states that if Intellipaat cancels the enrollment, I am entitled to a full 100% refund. The course advisor continuously called me, trying to enroll me in their program, but I expressed my desire for a refund.

Two weeks have now passed, and I have yet to receive a response from the company regarding the refund. When I reached out to support, they informed me that the money was still with the sales team because the full amount had not been paid. However, a finance representative later called me and offered me a Microsoft course instead, even though I had originally enrolled in the IIT Rorkee Cloud Computing certification, which they claimed would cost 80, 000. This offer was unacceptable as someone on this site reported that the trainers were not adequate, and I had been initially told by the course advisor that IIT professors would be taking the lectures.

Selling pre-recorded videos that are 9 years old for a premium price is a scam, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the way Intellipaat is treating its customers. I demand a full refund of 60, 000, as I have not received any services from the company. This is unacceptable and constitutes daylight robbery.

I wish I had written my experience long back so that atleast I could have saved atleast couple of students from this. I have not even opened their contents and they know that. The people are also not professional there. The way he was talking to me like " Mam if you are well educated you should know what the policies are. The other executive was like "you should not have called the sales person you should have emailed it to us. They are literally blaming us. It's so absurd that they are running a company I am surprised if there is anybody above them. They are telling me that I education loan was applied through proplled I am wondering where has the amount gone. Is it with Intellipaat itself as I haven't received any amount in my account. It's better to go legally it's better to pay the lawyers than paying these people

    I have enrolled for advanced cloud computing course and devops course ( IIT ROORKE) with Intellipaat in 2022 December. And the total course duration is 8 months. First 10 classes were okay, but suddenly they started shifting and drifting from half way of one module to another without any notice. Also they brings poor trainers and will ask the student to shut up. W.r.t support tickets, the ticket will be auto resolved and you will receive an email saying that your ticket is closed. Considering all of these garbages I decided to discontinue from the course and asked for refund. Now they says no refund will be provided once you enrolled. I request everyone to be very careful and do not waste your money and time and effort.

      I took admission intellipaat for digital marketing programme. Initiallly i did not want to tak admission but there sales executive forced me and influenced me by making false promises to take the admission. but after joining the course i have been facing issue from the very first day. first two weeks the did not send me the class link i had to mail then the sent me the link, even on the third week i missed my 1 class because they did not send me the link and there customer support also not responded since then i am requesting to cancel my course but they are cancelling the course. they are unable to give proper service and taking money unnecessary forcing me to complete the course not closing my course i have closed my bank and i will not pay any emi and i have filed a complaint as well in consumer forum please help me to get rid of this cheated institute.

        My concern is in Feb 2022 i joined Intellipaat for UX/UI course. That time on their website it was mentioned weekdays classes and they told the same on call... later when i was requesting the same they denied. I have attended only 6 to 7 classes only. They are neither providing me weekdays classess nor full refund. When i told them i will go legally, they refunded 10000 and fooled me again.

          Intellipaat is a company full of fraudsters. Don't even put your email into any of their online forms, especially don't give them your phone number. They will harass you any and all day, morning, afternoon, middle of the night. Constant phone calls and finding me on WhatsApp, it was obviously very intrusive and annoying.           Hello, I recently purchased a IIT-G UX course from Intellipaat & the course coordinator told me that I will be enrolled very next day for the class but it didn't happen they stopped responding next day & put me for next week's class which is yet to be started I made some background check on different platform & passed out alumni's who suggested me not to go for that course so before my classes started I asked for the refund because I found the course content for self paced learning was recorded in 2014 which is 9 years old(I wonder how can someone give us 9 years old course content & also the promise made by them are not accurate) the brochure they shared has 2 different claims that they will give me 3 guaranteed interview at one place & 10 guaranteed at another place of the brochure. I paid the fees by loan & I found it is not total worth for the price they have been charging. They charged 80k for the course. When I asked for the refund, they stopped receiving my call & made me wait for almost 2 days . Next day a support executive called me & tried to convince me. He promised few things where I was not convinced so he told me after all his convincing attempt that this course is not refundable. So, My question is they could have told me this earlier itself but they made me wait for 2 days to let me know that this course is not refundable again he gave me one option that I should refer my friend to their course of I give my friends as a reference then he would give me refund(DO YOU THINK ANY REPUTED PLATFORM WOULD DO THIS KIND OF CHEAP TRICK). I request you to help me from this SCAM company.

            Even after 15days the webinar sessions, course materials, LMS access for recording are not update. I have raised concern with the intellipaat several times. I don't think they have addressed any of the issues yet.
            Intellipaat they way promoting Quality education is a myth. I would urge all students do not pay full amount in one go hold on for service if they don't admit then decline payments....

            I didn't start my studies in this institute for even one month I can't study because my family is very difficult they told me to study by myself at brainwash that's why I joined. They said you have to pay in installments like gummy gummy and more than that it came month to month so I couldn't pay the money they are very scammersI have not been able to pay the monthly installments for many months. I am sick and it has been only one month. After this, I cannot continue my studies.

              I had enrolled for the course even I upgraded from certificate to PGP, but I was working from home, suddenly got call back from office to go back, and I will not have time to attend the course, esxcept Sunday however a single day won't be enough to learn, it has been less than 2 weeks, and I haven't attended a single live course, except a few pre-uploaded videos neither any EMI has started.
              I created a ticket for the refund, and got a call from Intellipaat saying I can't get a refund because those they are tied of with universities.
              How can the tied up universities be a problem when they themselves admitted I can do the course anytime I want.
              Like I am fool?
              I didn't continue the conversation for much longer except I recorded.
              If they don't give me refund in a good manner, I am bound to file a case on the online consumer forum and in district court while calling my bank to remove nach by providing all my problems
              It's not like a few bucks that I manage the loss, what I paid is a lot.

                I would like to complain about the intellipaat for their irresponsible nature,
                Before the time of admission they make false promises and make a students to enroll by giving various offers and commitments and even though they make fool by saying that please join today itself otherwise rates are going to increased of courses which is actually false and after that they change their commitment then they enrolled me in 8th January 2023 batch and during that I came to know about their false commitment,
                Since from last 5 days I am saying to cancel my enrollment they are not canceling it and giving excuses and even though my batch has not started yet and I am fully eligible for cancellation of my enrollment which they are refusing it and forcing me to join the batch so please it is my humble request to someone look after it and cancel my enrollment and stop such kind of activities

                  I am sending this email for other fellow people to let you know to not fell in one of the biggest scam (Intellipaat) by their false promises. They have no ethics and only intended to loot money from poor students who is dreaming about a good career.

                  It is an unorganized company, which has no proper hierarchy (no responsible). Even if you wanted to join, kindly don't pay the money in advance because once you pay the money, they won't mind us. If they keep on their words only then you have to pay.

                    I enroll the course before a week I raise cancellation request I did access any course materials or lms but they didn't cancelled more than month after a month emi need to pay they also block mailed and so rood behavior and cibil score also affected they are saying non refundable course while enrolling course they not informed me it's non refundable they force me to paying emi for course customer executive also rude I don't know what to do then I started course after that I upset started with python trainer said we see remaing topics in next class after 4 class then they shift over ethical hacking totally waste of my money with my economical issue so please cancel my loan I'm not interested with intellipaat fake organization and promise

                        Hi,
                        I would like to complaint about the Intellipaat for their irresponsible nature towards the students who enrolled into the course. They will initially collect money from the students and gave them false promises about the course. Then after their real face come out. Intellipaat is really unproffesional in their approach and most of the lecturers don't have teaching experience and lack of knowledge. Moreover, they are cunning too....

                        1. I don’t know, how their surveys are because in our class only, we have confirmed all things with their team members Sirisha, Aarav, and Wasim, but now they don't stick to your own words. But one thing I know, even if 6-7 students have a problem including me, we need a solution. I don't care if it will cost you more to make a separate batch. You cannot say that due to other students, you can't do anything. We don’t care if other students are ok with your pace. we can't risk our future and learning because of these students. We don’t want to do a 5-month course in 8 months. You are just telling us to risk our careers because of other students.
                        2. Don't tell me that your assignments can help us get in-depth knowledge. They are just some rubbish assignments that cant help anyone, you are making students fool by letting them solve those assignments which can never help them. You can find competitive ques for Python and SQL anywhere on Hackerrank, Leetcode, and copy them instead
                        3. Unnecessary holidays and unnecessary quizzes or assignments are being given to waste our time and intentionally extend the course duration. Without even informing us and taking consensus from only 2-3 students, they have recently given Chrismas Holiday. Even after calling them to schedule our session on Christmas, the support team directly denied it. We are not here for vacations, we need to complete the course asap to transition. The support team has so much arrogance as if they have paid our course fee.

                        First time, I came across a course in which students have to tell me again and again that they want to do harder assignments, want productive sessions, and want the pace faster. But the organization is not listening to them at all, just focusing on making money. There is no motivation behind your organization or your team. They are just selling their courses just for the sake of making money.

                        I had agreed on some terms in writing and some word of mouth before enrolling in the course :
                        1. 25% of sessions will be covered by IIT Faculties (which I expect in future sessions)
                        2. 1:1 doubt sessions will be provided within 24 hours of posting a query
                        3. All sessions including Handson will be taken by Industry Experts
                        4. Most Important reason for joining Intellipaat, due to the commitment from the admission counselor, that I can find the difference between the depth and pace of Intellipaat sessions compared to other Academies
                        5. Course will be completed in 7 months.

                        I can't find, any of the agreed terms getting implemented or can be implemented in near future, they are being violated.
                        They should have informed me before enrolling that Intellipaat is only for inexperienced or non-technical students who need too much spoon-feeding. I would have never taken admission.

                        I have talked with our Company's GC, and he explained to me the legal actions we can take.
                        This falls under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 - Deficiency of Service

                        If I do not hear from you within the next three days, then we are left with no option but to instigate legal proceedings.

                        This action can be avoided by either solving the above issues immediately or contacting me within three days with a refund and compensation of the time wasted

                              As I am not happy with the training which started in July 2022 (supposed to start in Jun, 2022), I have raised multiple complaints for fee refund and then they started giving me some alternate solutions other than fee refund which I haven't agreed to in the starting. After having multiple interactions they said that they are going to provide one to one session and I have agreed too, which again they failed to do. Every time this is what they are doing from the start. Somehow they will convince students to enroll for a course by giving false promises and then they will show their true side. It is a waste of time and money enrolling in a course in intellipaat.

                                After several requests of asking for a refund, I sent a legal notice to Intellipaat CEO. Post the notice, I started receiving several calls from the support team and they promised me a refund of 50%. After that, they asked me to pay an amount of 42, 500 rupees if I want my loan to be canceled and the refund back. Within minutes, I received a payment link and I deposited the money quickly. Now, they all have ghosted me and an emi of 7000 rupees is debited from my account every month. They also assured me that the loan partner will cancel the loan within 2 weeks. However, no loan has been canceled as of yet.

                                I am paying 85, 000 course fee + they have already robbed me of 42, 500 extra in order to get my refund and loan cancelation.

                                  Like I mentioned before, my bill is already generated and I have to pay the whole amount of 27699. I spoke to Joe yesterday and he asked me to wait for 24 hrs. I was worried because of this issue. Joe kept disconnecting the call saying you are not letting me speak. I was trying to explain the situation where Joe had no patience to listen to me. The card was swiped on 27th or 26th of September, but Intellipaat couldn't fix the problem. Even after repeated calls in October and November the issue still persists. Now I have to pay the whole amount. I asked him do you pay if EMI conversion is not done he easily blamed on shopse they will take care, I choose Intellipaat because of the brand, not because of shopse or any other vendor. This is your issue. You should have fixed it, where I had to call and do follow ups. Joe had no answer and was not aware of what needs to be done. That's one of the reasons why he was disconnecting the call.

                                  I am very unhappy about the service from Intellipaat, especially Joe. He had the audacity to disconnect the call. He did it twice, is this the service you provide? Joe had to escape from the call so he kept disconnecting, now I will post this issue on social media and will show the world how pathetic your service is. I will tweet about how you treat your students and how you don't provide service. People like Joe don't deserve to be an escalation manager at all; he is not even fit to be a telecaller. Joe is an epitome of how to escape from problems instead of facing it. them.
