I purchased a course from Intellipat company of worth 150000 on 24/04/2024.It was promised that the course will be taught by IIT professors, but I hardly had 2-3 lectures taught by IIT professors.They still make false advertisements that the course is being taught by IIT mentors.I demand full refund from them

I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent issue with my course enrollment. On Sep 29, 2024, I was billed for a Business Analyst Product Management course, and after making the payment, I found that my course was changed business analyst master course without my consent. This is not acceptable as it is not the program

I have previously registered a complaint about this matter, but it seems it has not been resolved.

I request an immediate correction of this error and a refund for the charges incurred due to this mistake.

Please treat this matter with urgency as I cannot continue with the incorrect course. I expect a prompt response resolving this issue to my satisfaction.

This bill sent by Intellipaat on October 16, 2024 mentions the Business Analyst Master Course.

Intellipaat people are fraud. They keep insisting and pressuring you to take their courses and pressurise for loans by Money View.
One of their executives Vijay called me on 5th sept and asked me to enroll in cyber security course. I declined and bought some time to decide but he called me continuously, forced me to atleast book seat today as seats are limited.

He crated enought mental pressure that I said ok you can book seat no issue but don't take any loans or enrol me into this course without my consent.
He also said even after enrolment, if you do not want to continue, you can step back but i declined and said no to enrolment and loan till i decide. There are call recoridngs and whatsapp scrre shots available where he said that without your consent loan can not be taken.

I trusted him and allowed him to book seat. He said he will make my profile for booking my seat but he cleverly made my profile on Money view loan app and applied for loan. Intellipaat and money view have tie up and without any verification, loan of 1.4 lacs was granted on my name.

I saw emails on 6th sept morning 8AM, and was shocked to see this that monthly EMi has been made on my name.i called Vijay and intellipaat why they took loan without my consent and asked for refund or loan closure but they declined and said as per policy they can not refund. Do whatever you can do.

I have all the recordings and whatsapp chats where he mentioned clearly that he is just booking the seat not taking loan.
These guys are fraud and they use these bad practices to extort consumer. Till date, neither they are refunfing the money nor i have login credentials for accessing the course.
These looks like same as Byjus who also have such disastrous sales practice.

I have filed consumer complaint against them and will do what i can do. Stay away with these fraud people.

Hi, I have taken the PGP in data science in intellipaat, The course advisor said that I will get placed after 8 months of course completion now it has been 1.5 years, still I didn't got any interview calls from them and they are not replying to the emails also and they told me I will get a hike but they are some wrost company with 2 or 3 lpa which is very much less than my current package and I applied for them also but they didn't provide any interview calls, I'm paying emi for this useless course which making me more frustration.The course advisor aarthishree said the my emi will be on hold after 8 months and will continue after you get placed that is also not happened which makes me lose hope.Please help me to get my money back this is fraud company

April 2 tuesday i enquired about a course on intellipaat related to investment banking and i got a call and whatsapp text message from a person named Utkarsh Bansal. After completion of the call i told him i would let hime know by april 3rd morning and because of my current financial situation i told hime i wont be joining this batch. After hearing this his tone has changed he started to thretaen and tease by saying very mean things that no one should ever repeat. Hi, My Name is Ashwathi I have opted for pursuing PG program in Data Science and Machine Learning and Data Science on Jun 18th 2023 (User Id: [protected]@gmail.com and registered Mobile No. [protected]) . For the entire tenure of the course Intellipaat quoted a total amount of Rs. 1, 35, 000/- (Rupees One Lakh Thirty Five Thousand Only) as the course fee, when i informed them about my financial incapability to raise such a big amount in a short amount of time they suggested me approach Propelled NBFC to obtain a education loan. As suggested by them I approached Propelled NBFC ( Loan Account No.: PRP320547) they conveyed their willingness to disburse the above quoted amount. On Jun 21st I received an offer letter from Mangalore University for pursuing Ph.D in Physics, considering the long standing credibility of Mangalore university and the negative reviews online of Intellipaat on their lackluster I sent an email to intellipaat on Jun 21st 2023 to cancel my admission. However they were reluctant to cancel my admission fee. When I approached the Propelld NBFC regarding closing my eudcucational loan even their approach was that they can't close the loan. Aggrieved by this I sent another email to Intellipaat regarding my concern and they gave me an option to find a substitute student or to pursue the same course on the next academic year. I am in dilemma now. On every month the NBFC is deducting the monthly term for my educational loan. I am a student and is in not a position to pay such a huge amount for the course that I have never attended nor attained any benefits. Hence this hon'ble Forum maybe pleased to direct the Intellipaat Institution to cancel my admission and to close the educational loan.
Also loan is not closed and I am getting charged for bank return charges and option given by Intellipaat is pause for 1 year and continue thereafter which is not helping me. Because I don't want to continue.
Also both Intellipaat and Propelld and tied up to loot money from students.

I enrolled in a course with Intellipaat with high hopes for quality education and reliable service. Unfortunately, my experience has been anything but satisfactory. Despite multiple attempts to resolve a refund and cancellation issue dating back to November 2023, the matter remains unresolved to this day.

Initially, I was assured by Mr. Nischay, the escalation manager, that my refund of approximately 1 Lakh INR would be processed by January 2024. However, this promise was not upheld, and subsequent attempts to reach Mr. Nischay or the support team have been met with silence and evasion.

Despite further promises made via email for a resolution within one week, the issue persists, leaving me in a frustrating and financially burdensome situation. Not only was the promised refund not received, but I also ended up paying another EMI due to the lack of progress.

This experience has left me deeply disappointed in Intellipaat's customer service and accountability. The casual manner in which promises were made and subsequently broken reflects poorly on the company's commitment to its customers. It is disheartening to see such disregard for customer concerns, especially considering the significant financial impact and emotional distress caused by this ordeal.

I urge Intellipaat to take immediate action to address this issue and prevent similar occurrences in the future. Transparency, accountability, and timely resolution of customer concerns are paramount for maintaining trust and loyalty. Regrettably, my experience with Intellipaat has fallen far short of these expectations.

I hope that by sharing my feedback, Intellipaat will take the necessary steps to rectify this situation and prioritize customer satisfaction moving forward.
