Hi sir/Madam,

I am Salman khan I use to join the course but the Intellipaat people as enrolled loan for course from last 2months I have not attend the single class but I need to pay the EMI amount for early salary of 22k daily I am getting calls and mail from early salary I don’t know what to answer for them and daily I am escalating the mail from last 3months to cancel the loan amount but those people taking my issue as negligence and I am getting negative feedback from them, So please support me to cancel my loan amount and clear my issue

    Hello Sir,

    This is Keshav Sharma I had enrolled for the "Cloud Computing & Devops" - Job Guarantee Program

    My concern is due to my personal reason i have to cancel the program. And I dropped a mail to the support team and the course advisor but nobody is responding in the right way some agents are hanging up my calls and talking in a rude way.

    I requested them to cancel the course and transaction id which was initiated last night by the course advisor through ShopSe financial partner.

    I have dropped a mail to the support team and ShopSe team financial partner, but still there is no confirmation from their end.

    I request you here if I can get a help to get this transaction payment id to be cancelled ASAP.

    Note: Payment transaction id which was through ShopSe (financial partner) needs to be cancelled ASAP, before the course starts that is from 5th November 2022.

    The way advisor explained was only regarding the course and nothing was informed to me regarding your policy, terms and conditions.

    If it was told this to me earlier or on the call then I wouldn't have enrolled up insentently. I would have taken my own time to revert back to you people. Now please try to understand this sentence.

    You guys have the call recordings so please check if this was told to me or not by Roheeth and his manager.

    All they did was to fill up the details over the phone as they were in hurry and so told me to acknowledge on the mail which I wasn't aware of your non-refundable policy.

    I sincerely request you to have a cross check with your advisor regarding this matter.

    Also to let you know regarding this matter I won't be able to pay a single peny to you guys due to my personal circumstances.

    Now all i need is please approve for cancellation of the transaction id as ShopSe has agreed to cancel and awaiting for your response.

      I opted for a course through it intellipat process. But courses are not available as per my needs. Now iam not interested to take up the course.

      I want my emi to be stopped and refund.

      I would like to give the transparency on your concern. You have enrolled for the program "Business Intelligence Masters" and you have learnt the course for 3 months on the given time which was well conveyed to you before the enrolment. Its not that you got to know about the timings once you have completed your 3 months of training. We have shared you the access logs for the same which shows clearly that you have been using the course material and attending the live classes.
      Now after learning and due to your personal time constraints you are asking for refund when you have already learnt for 3 months and as per refund policy, refund is not applicable.
      It’s a clear case where you learnt for 3 months and now looking for refund. If you need any assistance we are happy to help you.

        Yesterday I was attended a interview, the HR was contacting the interview form 3 days, but they are telling that your communication is good but again. Yesterday I was attended The HR was not asked a proper questions. they send me some Hadoop qus and prepare only for that suddenly asking me some other qus this is the way taking interview???

          After several requests of asking for a refund, I sent a legal notice to Intellipaat CEO. Post the notice, I started receiving several calls from the support team and they promised me a refund of 50%. After that, they asked me to pay an amount of 42, 500 rupees if I want my loan to be canceled and the refund back. Within minutes, I received a payment link and I deposited the money quickly. Now, they all have ghosted me and an emi of 7000 rupees is debited from my account every month. They also assured me that the loan partner will cancel the loan within 2 weeks. However, no loan has been canceled as of yet.

          I am paying 85, 000 course fee + they have already robbed me of 42, 500 extra in order to get my refund and loan cancelation.

            Hi, a course in Cloud Computing, provided by Intellipaat. I wanted to go for a course where there should be no coding involved .Therefore, in order to get more information, i shared my contact details and I received a call.I made sure that I inform the associate (who was in contact with me) beforehand only that I don't want any course which has coding in it.But they made a fake promise to me.I was promised and assured that there is no coding involved in this program, or it will just have the basics of coding. Therefore, with trust I enrolled in the program but now after research, I came to know that a large part of coding will be involved.I come from a poor background. Taking a course worth 1Lakh is not easy for me. I also spoke to the third party PROPELLD, they are ready to stop my first EMI which is supposed to be deducted on 5th of November if Intellipaat would cancel the program. But Intellipaat is not allowing. I have lost all my hope now and therefore, I had to come out like this. I want you all the share this post as much as possible ro help me.

            But they have not told me about the non refund process. They said that once you start your training the course will be not refunded but i've not started my training yet.
            But now they are saying that the completion of loan process system means that u're enrolled in the training .

            They are now also refusing by saying that it is a non refundable program, but they had not given me the clear detail of the program refund policy.
            They had written in the mail that if i want to cancel the program during the training period then i'll be not able to apply for the refund, but my training period has not been started yet and then also they are not cancellling the program.

              I took admission in MSc Data Science course from IU &LSBU university however the admission process with the university still pending after sending documents for more than 5 times. The support staff has high attrition and hence my case keeps moving from one admission Counsellor to another and since there is no handover I have to repeat the whole story again and again which is quite frustrating. I’m trying to contact the team to get a refund as this has not worked out the way I wanted. I’m an experienced professional and wanted to do the course for learning and upgrading my career path.

              This has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience for me as no one is interacting from the organization (customer service, admission spoc, sales spoc) and would definitely not recommend this organization/courses to anyone as they are only scamming people in the name of education.

              I urge higher management to look into this matter and resolve it asap.

              The order no is in the subject matter and this gimmick of procrastinating is not helping as my email is enough to track me or my profile.
              There was one more effort made to get my admission done in the university but in vain again, which killed another month or so.
              Now I am chasing everyday for a call back and I am getting mundane responses that the escalation desk person is on emergency leave and someone will call but no one does.
              I will be taking to social media but maligning an organization is not my motif but I will if I have to people should...and Intellipaat should know that students doing these courses save up money for enrollment and want to enhance their career and not waste time doing 6 months trying to get admission or follow up for refund.

                Intellipaat sales team promises lot of things to purchase a course, They told me they will be proving 80 hours of lab access and haven’t provided single hour of lab and the course is completed. You can refer the screenshot of there promises, I have raised this multiple times with there support team but not much response from them.

                I would be happy if I can get a refund of my money back

                  I purchased a course on intellipat:Business iNtelligence Architect course. It cost me around 31000. When I enquired, the associate forced me, called me numerous time and kept suggesting the most expensive course on the list.

                  Regardless, I slelected a suitable course on March 7th. I waited 2 months patiently for the training to become better and engaging. The entire Website is downright terrible. The Trainers are unprofessional and rude.
                  3 out of 6 trainers just read out of a slide. They have no idea hw something is taught or, how a concept needs to be explained.

                  I have asked for a refund because, I simply cannot listen to such non-communicative trainers. The SQL trainers downright instructed us to not ask any doubts. The Tableau instructor is so so Dull. It is just Bad. I hope I get a refund. BUt please make sure you do not subscribe to any of their courses

                  Finally, I would also like to add tha Intellipaat may respond to this complaint stating that their team would contact me, but there is no real resolution to this. They do not refund the money. They try to convince you to change the batch; the trainer or the course, but they do not refund.

                      Hi,

                      My Name is Amit kishore. I opted for Advanced Certification in Cloud Computing & DevOps worth Rs.1, 00, 000(One Lakh). My course was to be started on 24th October 2022 and I was told that the classes will be taken by IIT professors and Industry experts, having 20-25 years of experience however, when I received an email having the link to join the session it mentioned trainer as intellipaat expert. Tried to take help from Intellipaat support but they did not help at all, all they say that "our Manager will call and resolve your problem". I asked them to provide class where we can learn and allowed to interact and also asked for credential to use cloud account for which first they said okay we will provide but they never actually provided.
                      I clearly told them that I am not getting anything what I was told and the course advisers never tell correct details about the course.
                      Some people are taking training which is not acceptable after paying such a huge fee and the mode of teaching is just waste of time.
                      I requested for refund of my fees and within 7 days. So all this happened and now I don't want to continue with my subscription. Please cancel my subscription so that my EMI of 90, 000 will not deducted and refund the 10, 000 which I paid in advance.

                      Hello Sir, your team is not helping me and simply talking round the bush. They are delaying like anything. I am not interested to continue the course, hence please process the refund asap. Please process the refund of 1, 00, 000(One Lakh Rupees) which I have paid.

                        We have taken a online Training course from Intellipaat on No Cost EMI Option with the fee amount 24000. EMI will be deduct by 3rd Party name Proppled which is tied up company with Intellipaat.

                        Now we are getting problems in online training and no one responding properly from the institute intellipaat even after verbal/mail communication.

                        I want to cancel this online training now as not satified with the training and EMI dedcution too from my bank account, no one responding for this from Intellipaat and no support on it.

                          Even after raising multiple complaints, they are not solving my issue. Every time one person will call giving some options which is of no use, but not refunding my money. Gave some false promises, training not started as per schedule and also the training quality was not good. Since 2 months am struggling with these people.

                            The course was initially given to him informing that there is an initial 15 days trial period & the EMI can be stopped after that.

                            Now, after registering the intellipat has refused any possibility/option of EMI stoppage. They have also stopped responding to mails.

                              I was contacted by Intellipaat in the last week of july persuading me to opt for their advanced data science and AI course with guarantee of schoolarship if payment done by 31st July. since the call was so continous in the last 2 days and also my interest inclined to course, i paid part payment of Rs 10, 000 to avail the course on july 31st (sunday) . Then when i checked about this course with bosch knowledge management team to avail my learning budget - i was shocked to know that they are blacklisted by Bosch.

                              While i reached back at them for refunding 10000 they denied. instead they are structing their own programs for me and forcing me to take this.
                              after several escalation - they struck peaceful deal to provide me Tableau course certification inclusive of live classess and IoT self paced program for that cost ( story as on 13th august)

                              despite of repeated request to send invoice for rs 10000/- till today they havent sent. Secondly, while i treid to access their course content today making free time - i am surprise to see tableau course configured in their learning portal isnt supporting live classes and they have given only self paced despite of making clear request and agreement with them

                              Self paced programs are many...we have access to several book in market and many free forums to access - this is absolute cheating ...fraudlent company,

                              My problem not yet solved. Bosch knowledge management team told me to keep them informed when the problem is resolved ..
                              My experience with intellipaat is awful.

                                I got enrolled in the "Advanced certification in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence offered by IIT Madras and Intellipaat" on July 19 May, 2022.

                                At that time, numerous promises were made by the sales executive about the quality of the course. They told me that the course will be a top notch one and it will be conducted by IIT Professors and Industry Experts.
                                It has been more than two months now. I have attended...

                                I enrolled for course on aug 10 by one of senior advisor in the course called Advanced Certification in DevOps & Cloud Computing from IIT Madras Center for Continuing Education (CCE) " the payment option i choose was emi which of 7445 per month with tenture of 9 month so total amount of this course after discount was 67000. the class schedule for 3rd sep 8:00pm. and i haven't attend any class not even touch there self paced learning program, because some family issue had occur. now i want to refund the of payment which was deducted on 5 sep as it was date of emi payment. also cancel my course and emi payment. regarding this i email thier support team but they raise ticket everytime and never get back to me as raised ticket said. also the senior advisor who had contacted me didn't attend call and on asking question on refund she told i will called you back i am on so called meeting or on called.

                                so i am requesting you to please refund my money and cancel payment option please

                                  I have enquired for mtech program in AI and ML from a course adviser in Intellipaat. He told that there are 3 stages for applying to this course. First is documentation, second is written exam and third is interview. If I clear all this stages, then I will be eligible to pursue this course. Then he told that for proceeding to this application process I have to pay gross amount ₹25, 000. Also he mentioned that if I fail to clear any written exam/ interview, then 25, 000 is completely refundable. After that I made payment and shared him the screenshot of that payment. He told that as my payment is complete now, he will now proceed for further stages. Next day, he told that after clearing exams and interview, total course fees for mtech program will be 7 lakh. But during that conversation with him he did not even mention about total course fees. Even before making payment of 25, 000 he did not even mention about this total course fees. I told him that before proceeding for payment, he should have mentioned me about total course fees. I told that if this is the case, then I can not afford this course and requested him for refund of 25, 000. But he denied my request and told me that 25, 000 is not refundable and I have to go for a alternate course because I have already enrolled. I told him that it was his fault only. It was a mis communication from his side only. It's not my fault. Before proceeding for payment he should cleared me about total course fees part because I could not have made this payment. He is Countinously denying my refund request and forcing me to go for alternate course. He is telling that it is not in terms and conditions of the company. In refund policies of Intellipaat, his point is not mentioned.

                                  Kindly help to get refund and for this in justice happening to me.

                                    Intellipaat takes money from students by giving false promises and later they will change their statements. They wont start the classes as per schedule, even if they start the training quality was worst. Learning from some free sites is much better than learning from intellipaat by paying thousands of rupees. Even after raising multiple complaints they are not solving my issue. For almost two months, I've been struggling with these people.

                                    When they will resolve my issue. Every time one person will call and repeat same story, that's it. No one solving my issue.
