I want to cancel my course which i purchase in November,
i am facing some financial issues and i want to cancel my course i opted for EMI option i am contacting their support but they are saying they can't cancel the course I don't want the amount I paid which is 15000 I just want to cancel the course which I am not using kindly help me into this I am in serious money problem and I can't pay anymore please ask them ti cancel my course it will be a great help from INDIAN CONSUMER COMPLAINTS FORUM.

    Hi this is boopathi, on DEC-2022 I joined Cloud computing course on Intellipaat. They told your classes will starts by JAN-2023. In between DEC-2022 and JAN-2023 I got one golden opportunity from WIPRO with my higher studies opportunity. So, asked them to cancel my course and EMI. Before joining course they are polite and well behaved. After requesting for cancellation they are raising their volumes and they are not responding properly. During EMI process they told I am not eligible for EMI procedure due to age restrictions. After discussing with manager they told you are eligible for loan and without my knowledge they processed EMI for me and I got a message from credit fair team. They are doing only business(money makers) not an proper educational institute. I spoke with escalation head named Sachin anyway they are not cancelling my EMI as I attended only 2 classes and they are not understanding my situation also. I don’t get any proper solution till now. Due to this I am having some mental pressure they are forcing me to transfer to other person or asking me to attend. It is a loss for them so only they are not cancelling the EMI. They will not consider our situations. Just they need money from students or working professionals. They are just not money makers who don’t even consider our future. Due to this my future is going to get damaged due to intellipaat that is for sure. Please provide a solution and help me to cancel the EMI.

      Intellipaat customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      They will not resolve your problems. I think we should also be insensitive like them and expose them on social media. I have told them in numerous times but they just don't care. What else can you expect with this institute they have no ethics. As they didn't cancel the course the loan department called Propelld which another unethical company are calling us torturing us. This institute doesn't even inform us that there will a loan. They are fraud and something should be done otherwise like us there are lot of people who will suffer.

        Course Cancellation No amount Needed Just Cancel The Course

        I would like to share my experience with Intellipaat. These people are biggest SCAM. I wanted to enroll in the course and I spoke to some sales person who got me enrolled and all I asked was can I make monthly payment he said yes and asked my Aadhar card and applied an education loan with Propelld without informing me that he is applying for the loan. Propelld also approves for the loan and never calls the client who has applied for the loan. I wanted to cancel the course as my husband didn't take up the job that is when I got to know that the sales person has applied a loan on my behalf. The sales person after enrolling didn't bother to pick my call or reply back. Be very careful while sharing your identification proof as these people can use it anywhere and it's always better to take up a course from a reputed institute. I made a mistake that is the reason I am trying to spread this as much as possible

        As I have quoted this institute as scam they will are here to make money snatching and lying others. There is no measures taken. Imagine the institute not informing and directly applying for education loan and Propelld approves the loan too by just taking someone's Aadhar card

        I still stick to my point that I haven't taken any loan. I have all the right to discontinue the course there is no hard and fast rule. If I don't wish to continue nobody can force me. Intellipaat didn't call to resolve the query they called to make me as sales person to sell their course which is not going to happen. I am happy I didn't start the course as I am getting feedback the contents are also useless. You all are not only scammers but also course studies are of no use. There is no way I will pay you all the amount.
        Yes these people are frauds..please don't get fooled...

        They haven't cancelled my course when I am telling them that my husband has not got the job how will I pay the EMI. These people are in human. I have spoken to a lawyer as that was the last thing I have also approached people who are socially powerful that will surely have an huge impact. By doing this hoping if you also get the refund. My only concern here is why can't we discontinue or change our mind. My first EMI has already been deducted now but I had tried calling them before 1st Jan but there was no response. After the deduction I googled and wrote them an email.
        Here we would like to bring transparency to this case. You enrolled with us for the program "Business Analyst Master's" On Dec 6th by the payment mode Propelled. Access was given on the same day and the credentials also were shared via mail. As you disclaimed that weren't aware of the loan processed we would like to submit some text conversation proof with our course advisor regarding the discussion on the propelled payment method.
        As per the enrollment taken, we also have shared with you the meeting invites for the batch commencing on 1st Jan -2023.
        And you raised the first refund ticket on Jan 11th reasoning a personal issue. As per the checks, there is no service fault from our end and hence refund of the program is not possible as per our company policy.

          Iam sourab sharma took cloud computing and devops job guarantee program and this course is not looking beneficial to me and intellipath has done kind of fraud with me and not helping me out in unsubscribe the course and give my money back please look into this issue

            I first came through IIT rourkee Simplilearn. I was a fool that I took this course with them imagine you can't even change your mind. I am sure I'm future I or anybody from my Circle woul want to enroll but this experience will never get us back to Intellipaat. They are quiet ignorant as they are fight for 30k they have no idea in the bargain how much are they losing on.

                I am writing to express my disappointment with Intellipaat. When I first approached the company, I was promised a multitude of benefits, which I eagerly took advantage of. The sales representative assured me that if I made a payment of 60, 000, I would have immediate access to the course. However, after making the payment, I was informed that I would be enrolled in the next week's batch. I initially accepted this, but soon became suspicious about the quality of their services. Upon further investigation, I discovered that the company's services are inadequate and they are simply after money.

                I also researched the company's reviews on Glassdoor, where both current and former employees expressed that the online reviews are fake. On January 30th, 2023, I made a payment of 60, 000, and on February 12th, 2023, I requested a refund as I had not been enrolled in any course. However, the company's excuses for denying the refund included the claim that it was non-refundable, despite the fact that their own refund policy states that if Intellipaat cancels the enrollment, I am entitled to a full 100% refund. The course advisor continuously called me, trying to enroll me in their program, but I expressed my desire for a refund.

                Two weeks have now passed, and I have yet to receive a response from the company regarding the refund. When I reached out to support, they informed me that the money was still with the sales team because the full amount had not been paid. However, a finance representative later called me and offered me a Microsoft course instead, even though I had originally enrolled in the IIT Rorkee Cloud Computing certification, which they claimed would cost 80, 000. This offer was unacceptable as someone on this site reported that the trainers were not adequate, and I had been initially told by the course advisor that IIT professors would be taking the lectures.

                Selling pre-recorded videos that are 9 years old for a premium price is a scam, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the way Intellipaat is treating its customers. I demand a full refund of 60, 000, as I have not received any services from the company. This is unacceptable and constitutes daylight robbery.

                I wish I had written my experience long back so that atleast I could have saved atleast couple of students from this. I have not even opened their contents and they know that. The people are also not professional there. The way he was talking to me like " Mam if you are well educated you should know what the policies are. The other executive was like "you should not have called the sales person you should have emailed it to us. They are literally blaming us. It's so absurd that they are running a company I am surprised if there is anybody above them. They are telling me that I education loan was applied through proplled I am wondering where has the amount gone. Is it with Intellipaat itself as I haven't received any amount in my account. It's better to go legally it's better to pay the lawyers than paying these people

                  I have enrolled for advanced cloud computing course and devops course ( IIT ROORKE) with Intellipaat in 2022 December. And the total course duration is 8 months. First 10 classes were okay, but suddenly they started shifting and drifting from half way of one module to another without any notice. Also they brings poor trainers and will ask the student to shut up. W.r.t support tickets, the ticket will be auto resolved and you will receive an email saying that your ticket is closed. Considering all of these garbages I decided to discontinue from the course and asked for refund. Now they says no refund will be provided once you enrolled. I request everyone to be very careful and do not waste your money and time and effort.

                    I took admission intellipaat for digital marketing programme. Initiallly i did not want to tak admission but there sales executive forced me and influenced me by making false promises to take the admission. but after joining the course i have been facing issue from the very first day. first two weeks the did not send me the class link i had to mail then the sent me the link, even on the third week i missed my 1 class because they did not send me the link and there customer support also not responded since then i am requesting to cancel my course but they are cancelling the course. they are unable to give proper service and taking money unnecessary forcing me to complete the course not closing my course i have closed my bank and i will not pay any emi and i have filed a complaint as well in consumer forum please help me to get rid of this cheated institute.

                      My concern is in Feb 2022 i joined Intellipaat for UX/UI course. That time on their website it was mentioned weekdays classes and they told the same on call... later when i was requesting the same they denied. I have attended only 6 to 7 classes only. They are neither providing me weekdays classess nor full refund. When i told them i will go legally, they refunded 10000 and fooled me again.

                        Hello, I recently purchased a IIT-G UX course from Intellipaat & the course coordinator told me that I will be enrolled very next day for the class but it didn't happen they stopped responding next day & put me for next week's class which is yet to be started I made some background check on different platform & passed out alumni's who suggested me not to go for that course so before my classes started I asked for the refund because I found the course content for self paced learning was recorded in 2014 which is 9 years old(I wonder how can someone give us 9 years old course content & also the promise made by them are not accurate) the brochure they shared has 2 different claims that they will give me 3 guaranteed interview at one place & 10 guaranteed at another place of the brochure. I paid the fees by loan & I found it is not total worth for the price they have been charging. They charged 80k for the course. When I asked for the refund, they stopped receiving my call & made me wait for almost 2 days . Next day a support executive called me & tried to convince me. He promised few things where I was not convinced so he told me after all his convincing attempt that this course is not refundable. So, My question is they could have told me this earlier itself but they made me wait for 2 days to let me know that this course is not refundable again he gave me one option that I should refer my friend to their course of I give my friends as a reference then he would give me refund(DO YOU THINK ANY REPUTED PLATFORM WOULD DO THIS KIND OF CHEAP TRICK). I request you to help me from this SCAM company.

                          Access to LMS

                          Even after 15days the webinar sessions, course materials, LMS access for recording are not update. I have raised concern with the intellipaat several times. I don't think they have addressed any of the issues yet.
                          Intellipaat they way promoting Quality education is a myth. I would urge all students do not pay full amount in one go hold on for service if they don't admit then decline payments....

                          I didn't start my studies in this institute for even one month I can't study because my family is very difficult they told me to study by myself at brainwash that's why I joined. They said you have to pay in installments like gummy gummy and more than that it came month to month so I couldn't pay the money they are very scammersI have not been able to pay the monthly installments for many months. I am sick and it has been only one month. After this, I cannot continue my studies.

                            I had enrolled for the course even I upgraded from certificate to PGP, but I was working from home, suddenly got call back from office to go back, and I will not have time to attend the course, esxcept Sunday however a single day won't be enough to learn, it has been less than 2 weeks, and I haven't attended a single live course, except a few pre-uploaded videos neither any EMI has started.
                            I created a ticket for the refund, and got a call from Intellipaat saying I can't get a refund because those they are tied of with universities.
                            How can the tied up universities be a problem when they themselves admitted I can do the course anytime I want.
                            Like I am fool?
                            I didn't continue the conversation for much longer except I recorded.
                            If they don't give me refund in a good manner, I am bound to file a case on the online consumer forum and in district court while calling my bank to remove nach by providing all my problems
                            It's not like a few bucks that I manage the loss, what I paid is a lot.
                            Intellipaat customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
