Hello,
I have observed before discussion with course counsellor Mrs.Ritika Singh. She told me different information and after completion of registration. She send me welcome mail there is different terms and conditions.
That's why I need to cancel my course.
But escalation team not support me.
So I have raised complaint against intellipaat institute.

    This is to bring to your notice that I am Purshottam Kumar Paswan and my email ID purshottampaswan.[protected]@gmail.com . I had a conversation with Intelliapaat Team about cloud Devop Course. They informed me about the available course. Although the conversation went on for a long time but I did not confirm to intellipaat team for purchasing the course anyway. Without my consent of purchasing any course from them, they confirmed a course themselves. They also said that the Bajaj team would call me and ask for an OTP to check my CIBIL. On top of that they fooled me by asking the OTP for 3 times straight, upon enquiry, they apologised because they entered wrong OTP. Later I got to know that there is a loan approved on my name. I have absolutely no idea about this loan, neither did I approve of any loan and the loan amount would start getting debited from 2nd October. But when I checked with Baja Finserv App there I get to know about a loan that is approved. I kindly request you Sir/Madam to please take action against them my loan as it was approved without confirmation. I was basically under a fraud trap.
    I have also mail to [protected]@bajafinserv.in and they said share us cancelled invoice from dealer to cancel the loan and revert back to us, so that we can validate and process and I also send to the mail [protected]@intellipaat but they not solve to our problem.

    Therefore, I kindly request to you please solve my issue, cancel the course and give cancelled innvoice and revert back money . I attach some proofs.

      As I call Intellipaat to know about the Advanced EV course with collaboration with IIT Roorkee.Then one guy name Archit was informed me about the course then saying me about emi loan payment or one shot payment then they take some documents to apply for the course and after that due to adahar card OTP verification get failed then they said we will do next day but on the same night I said I will not take emi loan and I am not interested to take the course but next day I get the message on my number from Bajaj Finserv about the emi loan processed with transaction reference number which make me shock that how it possible without my consent then. I call back to Intellipaat team Archit, he said me ok we will cancel it you can wait for cancellation message but one day over I not get any message then next call come from them if you want to do cancellation you have to submit one selfie photo and one shot payment of the course but I said I am not interested to take the course and this emi loan also not started by my approval so kindly cancel it but they cut the call and not attend my call further.Kindly help me and it's request to cancel this emi loan applied for me as I am not interested to this course and I have not even started or get any access or login for this course .I don't want to enroll in this course so close my application and cancel the emi loan applied as it was not done by my consent .

      Still it is not resolved by Intellipaat even complained before the course and after then also they give me course without my approval and just saying give the proof even what I have i gave them but every proof can't be possible as it was on call where I not think that time to record it as I am not aware of there trap.They started my Emi loan without my consent and they saying me you will get cancel emi when you ready to one shot payment but I refused that I am not intrested to take your course after that they approved my loan by Bajaj finserv and giving me services on my mail I'd but I not still access it as it is not by consent.

        I have enrolled in the Executive UI/UX course in intellipaat. So I have taken a loan from their partner credit fair. The counselor who did the loan process first told me it was for 18 months loan and 6300 interest will be charged on 75000 and the total loan amount will be 81000 something. But i[censored] will take 12 months of emi then there will be no interest charges and it will be only 75000 and I agreed for 12 months and i completed the process and I got the confirmation from the counselor that emi has been approved for 12 months. But when I got the confirmation mail and aggreement from credit fair it is mentioned as 18 months emi and interest will be charged and in welcome report it is mentioned as 12 months of emi. So I complained then about this and I told them to cancel it as soon as possible because I thought they are doing some scam. But when I complained after that the intellipaat support team is calling and tells that I am the one only who approved for 18 months and completed process, for everything they blaming me only. So on 25 sept the counselor is calling me and telling to compromise that and we will deduct the interest whatever it is charging and to continue with the loan. If there is no mistake from their side then why they want to compromise the matter. I told I don't want to proceed with the course, I just want to cancel it. But after this they are putting every blame on me. So I want this loan should be cancelled as soon as possible.

        I have uploaded 2 images. So the image with 12 months confirmation was send by counselor from intellipaat and the loan agreement was sent by their loan partner credit fair which is for 18 months.

          I am Zeba Shaikh, I want to cancel my course for (Data Analytics IIT Roorkee) from intelllipaat which i got a loan approved on 5th September and I raised a refund and cancellation request within 5 days of enrollment.Still, now the batches has not started and I didn't logging with the credentials and not download any course document, under this criteria I am eligible for full refund and cancellation of course.But they are not cancelling the course, even the counselor has not giving me correct information during the time of enrollment.
          I am facing some financial issues also I diagnosed with double typhoid and i want to cancel my course i opted for EMI option and the monthly EMI is 4000 rs for 18 months, I am not in condition to repay it, I am contacting their support but they are saying just they get back to me but no action is taken yet and I don't want to pay the amount which is( 71, 000 Rs approx for a 7 month course ) I just want to cancel the course which I am not using at all help me in this my trial times I am in serious health and financial problem and I can't pay anymore. Also, I have seen 200+ negative reviews and bad faculty instructor complaint too, I have changed my mind and not willing to do the course at all.Please ask them to cancel my course it will be a great help from INDIAN CONSUMER COMPLAINTS FORUM.

                One good day I received call from their sales lady name is abirami. She informed me about the course which I was looking for. And she forced me to do loan process first and interview process after and I was aggre to condition but then I come to know that interview was just a scam. Every foolish people can crack that interview. But the magic part is before I finished an interview they process my loan and take their money as a fees. She told me before 1st emi if I want to quit the course I can.Now I am telling them to quit they are not responding. Even sales person not picking up my phone and not answering me in message.

                  I got a call from sales lady from intellipaat team and she informed me about the course. I agree to their course but she started loan processing before my admission done. She promised me on a call I will get refund after attending 1st orentetion class. I attended but I ask her for refund. Before my interview done for admission she proceeded loan and get their money from bank. They are not listening.

He tolde that kindly remove the complain from consumer complaint portal then and then only he will be able to discuss my case with finance team. So I am marking as a solved but if in future if it is not getting solve I will again complain about them.

I am writing to formally register a complaint regarding the challenges I have encountered in attempting to cancel my enrollment in the Executive Post Graduate Certification in Data Science and Aritifical Intelligence certification course. I believe it is important to bring this matter to your attention in the hope of finding a satisfactory resolution.

                      Issue:
                      I initially enrolled in the aforementioned course with the intention of participating and benefiting from the learning experience it offers. However, due to unforeseen circumstances beyond my control, I find mysel[censored]nable to proceed with the course at this time. I understand that the cancellation policy of the course is outlined in the terms and conditions, but I was surprised to find that there appears to be no option for cancellation.

                      Efforts Made:
                      I have reached out to your customer support team on multiple occasions in an attempt to resolve this matter. I have explained my situation and expressed my desire to cancel the course. Unfortunately, I have been informed that cancellation is not possible, and I am left with limited options.

                      Resolution Request:
                      I kindly request that you review my case and consider offering a solution that allows me to either cancel the course . I understand that there may be policies in place, but I believe that exceptional circumstances warrant flexibility in this matter.
                      I would greatly appreciate your attention to this matter and a prompt response outlining the steps that can be taken to address my concerns. I believe that a fair resolution can be reached with your assistance.

                      I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my extreme frustration regarding the ongoing issue I have been facing. Despite my previous attempts to seek assistance, my problem remains unresolved, and I have not received any communication from your team members.

                      I kindly request you not to close this ticket prematurely, as my issue has not been resolved yet. According to your policy, it's clearly stated that refunds should be processed within one month. Regrettably, it has been over a month now, and I have yet to see any resolution or progress in my case.

                      I am feeling extremely disappointed and frustrated with the lack of response and action on this matter. I urge you to prioritize my concern and expedite the resolution process and i'm asking for refund but not giving me refund and esculation manager is disrespecting from past 3 months i'm asking for resolution but this people are not giving it Your prompt attention to this matter is crucial, and I appreciate your understanding.

                        I was unwilling to purchase the course for cloud computing and devops, iit madras. They called me more than 10 times in a day, 22nd july. They kept pressurizing me to check eligibility and asking me otps all day, i have my messages app filled with 15 to 20 payment links from shopse and bajaj links.
                        I kept telling them i was just browing and i need time to decide. They would not listen. The loans have been forged on my name without my consent, and now kriti and anurag who kept selling me the course do not pick up the call. I have been getting messages of the loan that is started on my account, and i am unaware of it. Neither do they respond to my calls or emails, their numbers are unreachable as well.
                        Kindly help me cancel my loans, it's 29th july, and this all happened on 22nd july. I have not started any course on the account. The live classes are not started as well and according to their refund and cancellation policy if i have not attended any class, i am eligible for a full refund.
                        I am stuck with two loans of 10000 and 62500 on bajaj finserv and shopse, their classes start from 12th august 2023 anyways so i am eligible for a full refund.
                        I also got to know from some of my peers that the course is not worth more than 45000, my peers have got the course for that amount while i have been charged for 72500 in total. Intellipaat is completely fraud and they run only rely on selling their courses through marketing.

                          Hi, My Name is Ashwathi I have opted for pursuing PG program in Data Science and Machine Learning and Data Science on Jun 18th 2023 (User Id: [protected]@gmail.com and registered Mobile No. [protected]) . For the entire tenure of the course Intellipaat quoted a total amount of Rs. 1, 35, 000/- (Rupees One Lakh Thirty Five Thousand Only) as the course fee, when i informed them about my financial incapability to raise such a big amount in a short amount of time they suggested me approach Propelled NBFC to obtain a education loan. As suggested by them I approached Propelled NBFC ( Loan Account No.: PRP320547) they conveyed their willingness to disburse the above quoted amount. On Jun 21st I received an offer letter from Mangalore University for pursuing Ph.D in Physics, considering the long standing credibility of Mangalore university and the negative reviews online of Intellipaat on their lackluster I sent an email to intellipaat on Jun 21st 2023 to cancel my admission. However they were reluctant to cancel my admission fee. When I approached the Propelld NBFC regarding closing my eudcucational loan even their approach was that they can't close the loan. Aggrieved by this I sent another email to Intellipaat regarding my concern and they gave me an option to find a substitute student or to pursue the same course on the next academic year. I am in dilemma now. On every month the NBFC is deducting the monthly term for my educational loan. I am a student and is in not a position to pay such a huge amount for the course that I have never attended nor attained any benefits. Hence this hon'ble Forum maybe pleased to direct the Intellipaat Institution to cancel my admission and to close the educational loan.

                          Congratulations on receiving an offer letter, from Mangalore University for your Ph.D. In Physics. We truly value your dedication to education.

                          Regarding your enrollment the option to pay through EMIs was provided to you based on your request and the loan has been signed by you. The course taken by you clearly states the terms and conditions and the same had been acknowledged by you. You know all the terms and conditions of the program before enrolling.

                              I have requested for course cancellation just after attending 2 classes due to unfortunate accident. consequently underwent surgery and have to rehabilitation till a year.
                              Not fit for long hours of classes nor having enough for paying the EMI.
                              As I have to leave job for recovery.
                              Communicating with the team over a month still not able to close the course and getting refund.
                              Requesting for immediate closure of subscription.

                                Hello Team,

                                I intellipaat team as requested me to take loan for the course of Advanced Certification in Cloud Computing and DevOps by EICT & IIT Roorkee.
                                They said that the instructors are from IIT but the instructors are internal.
                                I have attended the 10th June batch and attended 2 classes and found they are not IIT instructors. I requested them in email and whatsApp or the cancellation of loan amount they are replying in email that they will get back to me but no proper response.
                                The person who helped to enroll for the loan said that cancellation of loan amount is not possible.
                                I paid 5000 of registration fee and opted for 86500 loan.
                                Please help me to cancel the loan amount.
                                They can take the registration fee but please help me to cancel the loan amount.
                                It will be very helpful for me if you cance the loan amount and course.

                                    I enrolled through intellipaat for IIT Madras's Advanced Certification In Digital Marketing And Analytics.

                                    Course Pricing as follows:

                                    Course Price = Rs 75, 012 + 18% ( GST ) = Rs 88514 (Inclusive all taxes)

                                    Offer Price = Rs 75, 000/- (Inclusive all taxes)

                                    I completed my 6 month course & submitted all required Test, Assignments & Projects under the same. But still Waiting for my final course certificate since more than 5 Months.

                                      Dear Sir

                                      I have enrolled myself with Intellipaat for business analytics course in the month of December financial partner was Credit Fair but ever since I enrolled in the course my mother got a severe asthma attack I am required to get her admitted to renowed private hospital. I have spent all my saving on her treatment eventually lost her in the month of April. I kept on requesting to cancel my course, in the meanwhile I lost my job.

                                      Now I am not in the position to pay them back.
                                      I haven't started the course yet. I

                                      I personally requesting Intellipaat Technology to refund the loan amount as I am not in the position to repay back.

                                      I am left in lurch as I have father and a kid to feed. Once I find suitable opportunity I will surely enrolled with them once again.

                                      Requesting people out there to cooperate for sake of my family.

                                        I have completed few courses still left with artificial intelligence but they are not responding to my call and if they recieve also they are taking my complaint and not responding to that, even not taking my query only now, last course was ended in last month 28th but till now they have not resolved the issue and even not recieving my call and messages
