Hi Team,

I wanted to complete a project on Hyperledger, and I was looking for the online course. I looked into the Intellipaat website, and I was contacted by one of the consultants (Jazz). He mentioned, hurry up, sign up the course is starting on 5th March 2022. I signed up straight away. But consultant enrolled me into the different course (Blockchain in general). Recently i have enrolled the Cloud architect masters program and I have Referred one of my friend she is interested to join but unfortunately her Debit card has not worked, Intellipath given suggestion that She can opt to debit my account, I went outside that time They sent a payment link Which i didn't receive that Team has talk with my friend Such a rudely Which is not accepted . I need quick solution for this " Such a Reputed institution bcz of these guys Company name will be collapse " .My friends another 5 members ask feedback to join this institute what should I need to give tell me .

    [Fraud Service] Regarding cancellation and refund of remaining batches

    I have enrolled for AWS masters course in Sept 2021 for weekday classes. I have completed 2 batches (AWS solution Architect and DevOps) but since then I have not received any enrollment confirmation for the next batch for last 2 and half months. I have raised multiple queries on the date of commencement for next weekday batch. There has been no proper reply from team on the scheduled date.     I enrolled this cloud architect course from intellipaat and before taking this course. my course advisory told that i can cancel the course if i didnt like the content.
    I took this course on monday and watched 2 3 videos on same day and i didnt liked the explanation. I immediately raised a refund and cancellation ticket of my course.
    The support team is out of reach the escalation manager is not confirming my refund, the support team just give excuses. first i was disappointed with the course content but now i am disappointed with the support team also. the escalation manager is just trying to convince me to continue the course but now i dont want to..

    Please look into it. i want 100% refund for the same

    I shifted my batch to weekdays batch starting from 22nd feb, They forgot to send me the zoom link of live session after 2 days which is today i mailed them after that they realised and forwarded the link. Now they are telling me to watch prerecorded video of live session.. please give my money back.
    Contacted the escalation team again regarding to this.. they have alloted a new batch to time. as if they think we have plenty of time. also they are now forcing to continue and asking proofs of call recording. i dont know how this company is operating they are making false statements to get money

We have a toll free number for this and we can explain our issues and file a consumer complaint. I have been following up on my refund for last 30 days and not getting any response on the same.

      Even I got cheated with them. The only way that I see is to make a complaint in https://gama.gov.in/Default.aspx. We have a toll free number for this and we can explain our issues and file a consumer complaint. I have been following up on my refund for last 30 days and not getting any response on the same.

          Jan 30 I have paid a partial payment for the course that was to start on the 5th of Feb. After paying for the deposit on the 30th of Jan unfortunately due to emergency reason I won’t be able to pursue the course anymore so the following day Jan 31 I did contact my consultant requesting for a refund since I just paid it on the night before the emergency happened at home. I did not get response immediately and they are refused to give my money back. At first I was thinking of getting back to them once issue has been resolved at home but with my experience I can say it was not a good customer service. I have lost £150 for nothing and I would appreciate if someone can help me to file a complaint against Intellipat from India. Im based in the UK and its difficult me to do it due to time difference.

              Guys, trust me me and my wife joined intellipaat, at the time of joining lot of promises were given by anshuman (course advisor) that we will be scheduled interviews 1 per weeek etc.. Course content is really outdated and at the end of training they even dont care about you and even not respond to your calls . Guys trust me i really frustated mailing and calling them, my advise to the people who are looking for course and job assistance etcc

                  They provided me a loan via Early salary, when i started the course i understand, the course trainer is a fresher just like who don't have any hands on experience, I then try to contact the intellipaat side but they were ignorant and rude to me, I wish to cancel my loan and they are not responding

                  I enrolled to the one of the course with intellipaat (which costs Rs 30000) through no cost EMI with 'Early Salary' on Dec 31..

                  I interacted with Intellipaat representative on 31 Dec 2021 with manvi mehra and she confirmed that I can cancel my enrollment within 4 weeks (4 classes) from the start of the course.
                  I attended my first class on 8th of Jan, 2022 and 2nd class on 9th Jan 2022 and after due consideration and contemplation I decided that I don't want to continue the course.
                  I informed of my decision to cancel my enrollment on 16th Jan, 2022 which is well under 4 weeks and 4 classes.
                  Now I am requesting the Intellipaat team to consider my request for cancellation of my course enrollment as I am final on this decision after careful consideration and contemplation but now intellipaat is not accepting this.

                  But currently intellipaat is not accepting the cancellation request and
                  'Early salary' is not supporting in this case.(Intellipaat is the client of 'Early salary')..

                  Now both intellipaat and Early salary are ignorant

                    I have enrolled for few courses after lots of promises and commitments from course advisor which are appeared to be false when I enrolled and checked the course content. Within 24 hours, I have requested for cancellation and refund to which they are simply not responding or replying. Call to Intellipaat goes blank and no one responding in any form of comms. Hope to get some response here....

                    Currently I am facing the enrolled course refund issue with intellipat..

                    I enrolled to the one of the course with intellipaat (which costs Rs 100000) through no cost EMI with 'Early Salary' on Dec 31..

                    I interacted with Intellipaat representative on 30 Dec 2022 with Harsha patnaik and he confirmed that I can cancel my enrollment within 3 weeks (3 classes) from the start of the course.

                    They are not responding with queries and not helping with refund. very bad training centre. They are only cheating with candidate. Please never go with intellipaat. We have send mail to CEO Diwakar Chittora. But they are not helping for Refund.

                      I joined online course for the Azure Master, The course advisor in intellipaat, she promised a lot of thing about course timing and feasibility etc specially she mentioned if you do not fit it to you can ask for full refund. I attended first session quality is very poor, I immediately inform Itellipaat and asked for the refund, the intellipaat making false promises and misguiding the participants .I asked for the refund on the day1 however they are refusing and they are not helping in the refund process. My Friend Bikesh have done the payment 300 USD for myself and 300 USD for self Bikesh Kumar. When they sell course they will tell you 15 years experience professor and other Industry experts will teach you. day1 itself they appointed an inexperienced guy and claimed it is preparatory . kindly refund 600 USD myself and my Friend Bikesh at the earliest. I have no confidence and interest to continue with the course kindly refund.
