Ixigo — airline ticket booking

Address:Gurgaon, Haryana, 122001

I have booked a air ticket 26th aug 2017 in using ixibo mobile app. Payment has been taken from my credit card but i have neither received ticket details via email or text message. Ticket was booked from delhi to amritsar dated 27th august flight jet airways 9w 2791 no confirmation yet, kindly do the needful to either send me the ticket or credit the cash back to my account.

I have not received my refund for pnr : UYGYWC. The flight is on date 17 August and got cancelled for "no show

I had a discussion with indigo team and they had already processed a refund. Can you please process my refund on priority as the the flight got cancelled last month only
