[Resolved] Ixigo — amount debited but train ticket not booked | |
Hi, I tried to book train ticket in ixigo app. My payment mode is upi app (Google pay). After successfully paid via upi app, i returned to ixigo app where i need to enter my irctc password for the booking to complete, but ixigo app didn’t take to the irctc login page instead it went to home page of ixigo app. When i checked the transaction history of ixigo app, there is no failed transaction. I only have the evidence of payment receipt which i paid via upi app (Google pay). Please find attached the google pay receipt of amount deducted in upi app. I need my full money to be refunded to my bank account. Kindly do the needful. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |
