[Resolved] Ixigo — Amount debited but train ticket was not booked. | |
I booked my train ticket from ixigo app on 13th of October 2020 on 1:48 pm but ixigo deducted the amount of Rs. 734/- but didn't book the ticket and not showing any information regarding my payment in app and didn't received any mail or notification. Transactions id is P2010131347548002940319 And amount paid to ixigo. via phone apy UPI. please find the attached screenshot of payment. and refund the amount ASAP. Was this information helpful? | |

And amount paid to ixigo. via Google pay UPI. please find the attached screenshot of payment. and refund the amount ASAP.
