    I had a flight booking with ixigo which I cancelled nearly 30 days back. They told me originally it would take upto 15 days to process the refund due to COVID 19.

    After 20 days, I called them as there was no sign of the refund and customer care representative promised me that the refund will be processed in no less than 7 days

    After another 10 days, I called them again, they put me on hold for 20 mins and cut the line. There is no way to call them and they don't call back

    I tried messaging them through their app and they asked me wait another 15 days for an update!

    They told me to go get the airline's written confirmation for the refund and since I said it was unacceptable, they removed my booking from my bookings page entirely

    Absolutely pathetic and insulting behaviour from ixigo, who I've been using for more 2 years for all my travel

      I booked a ticket with instant refund of transaction id P2010091010584069254096 today. But payment successfull and ticket not booked even not any failed or successfull history showing on the app. I have to book that ticket as soon as possible. please confirm that booking or refund in faster..please

        I booked a ticket on the app with transaction id:-P2010091010584069254096. Payment was sucessfull but is did'n get my ticket amd not any successfull or failed history shown. And i have to book my ticket as soon as possible I want instant refund of my upi payment

                  I had booked two tickets from Lucknow to Gorakhpur in gorakdam but when I was booking my payment got done but after that it was showing some issue and it was written there that try again later. it did not asked my IRCTC password to verify. So after the payment also i didn't receive any message or email. So I request you to please refund my money.

                    Anyone user reading this review bear in mind, that you've been warned!!! This app has some really messed up, half-assed, rinky-dink refund/payment model set up with the bank and the airlines, which never works in favour of their "valued users". If you ever cancel your bookings and don't get your refund reflect in your account in the the first 10-15 days, you can kiss your money goodbye, because after that every query / call / email is going to come back saying that "We're really sorry for the inconvenience, but we've raised / flagged / initiated the refund but due to some technical issues (currently COVID19 is the number one trending reason for companies to excuse their ### work ethics) it hasn't been cleared but it'll be completed in the next 15 days", and after those first 15 days are complete... Get ready to listen to the same scripted and rehearsed dialogue over and over and over again and the promise to get your refund in the next 15 days! And so on...

                    1. They have no dedicated email ID for payment / refund enquiries.
                    2. The CS executive will always tell you to chat with the AI chatbot on the app which has the same 5-6 templatized answers to your problems to begin with
                    3. No one in the 'CUSTOMER SUPPORT' team will understand / empathize with your urgency to get the refund amount or atleast tell you the truth that where exactly in the labrinth on systemic workflow in the refund stuck and what viable options does the user have to get it cleared in the shortest time possible.

                    Strong recommendation for anyone who stuck around to read the entire review. Choose a different platform to book your tickets and make travel arrangements.

                      i have booked a bombay patna flight with a insurance for cancellation travel date : 25/09/2020 i have cancelled the booking on 23/09/20, but it still says cancellation pending and none of your incompetent customer care executives are able to provide me proper resolution. if i am booking a ticket via IXIGO, it should be your responsibility to get my refund ticket and the insurance for which...

                        I booked a bus ticket from agra to hansi, the amount was deducted from my bank account but i didn't get any confirmation or any booking message from the service provider and in app my booking are not there .

                            I am writing to you to raise an issue about: IXIGO Train Services

                            The issue that I have experienced was: I was booking ticket on 9/8/2020. and 3464 amt got debited
                            but ticket was not booked. I haven't received any trans ID for that. I already Complaint against this lot
                            of time on tara chat help desk. Every time they are telling you will received refund 7-10 days. Already
                            1 and half month is over but still not received any refund. They give me Complaint id and conversation ID is

                            It occurred on: 9/08/2020

                            Refund my 3464 Amt ASAP

                                    Hey, i'm mehnaz mohammed meerasha and i tried to book a bus ticket through ixigo from ahmedabad to mumbai dated 24th of september 2020, and selected the upi payment option to claim the extra 20rs cashback offer which directed me to my google pay application and i proceeded with all the formalities and money was debited from my account but when i went and checked in my ixigo app, there was no evidence of the transaction i just made.

                                      We have booked a flight from ixigo to travel in April 2020. But due to lockdown the flight was cancelled
                                      As mentioned by DGCA that we can book flight by using credit shell
                                      But now when I am trying to book flight with credit shell Its failing
                                      When I contacted ixigo they are telling we cant use credit shell and whole money will be refunded
                                      But when I ask then when it will get refund they don't have any answer
