I was booking my ticket from new Delhi to Chandigarh, after filling the information blanks I proceeded to payment page. I chose Google pay to pay the respective amount, after the transaction was successful, money got deducted from my bank account but there was no information regarding my train ticket, not in app or not even a text message to assure me my ticket has been booked. I strictly seek my refund back from "ixigo trains" kindly don't make such fraud with people who work hard to earn money. And contact me further for my refund"Gmail acc - [protected]@gmail.com ".
