    Dear team,
    I have booked flight ticket from ixigo ranchi to mumbai flight name : go air g8 5168 departure : sun 13 sep 2020 14:00 arrival : sun 13 sep 2020 16:00 pnr no :p4lz2f but flight got cancelled so i didn't received my refund yet as it is more than 15 days so please do the needfull and give my refund as soon as possible:

    We have raised a full refund request and the amount as applicable from the airline shall be refunded within the next 7 days.

    Incase of full refund insurance fee for INR 4632 would be non refundable.

      Hey, i'm mehnaz mohammed meerasha and i tried to book a bus ticket through ixigo from ahmedabad to mumbai dated 24th of september 2020, and selected the upi payment option to claim the extra 20rs cashback offer which directed me to my google pay application and i proceeded with all the formalities and money was debited from my account but when i went and checked in my ixigo app, there was no evidence of the transaction i just made.

      Hereby i am attaching the screenshot of the payment receipt i got from google pay.

        We have booked a flight from ixigo to travel in April 2020. But due to lockdown the flight was cancelled
        As mentioned by DGCA that we can book flight by using credit shell
        But now when I am trying to book flight with credit shell Its failing
        When I contacted ixigo they are telling we cant use credit shell and whole money will be refunded
        But when I ask then when it will get refund they don't have any answer
        Please look at it and ask them to refund our money

          I tried to book the train from bengaluru cant to perambur on 13.11.2020 in ixigo app. All the formats are finished and payment is also processed successful via upi (Phonepe). But ticket is not booked and not showing the confirmation message. Kindly refund my amount.

                  My flight was cancelled and money was refunded to ixigo by spice jet on 29 aug 20 ..it's been 20 days and my refunded amount was not credited to my account.my pnr for the flight was FFKI5X and flight was booked on 15 aug 20..I tried calling ixigo customer care but the call is always busy ..kindly help

                            I was booking flight ai 408 which was scheduled at 12:20 pm on 23rd september.
                            I did transaction from phonepe. Transaction completed but i didnt got any email confirmation and in apps it's showing no transaction done yet. No booking has been done.

                            Afterall, my payment has been done. I mean money got deducted from my account but i didnt got any tickets.

                            Sir please help me out of this.

                                I have booked train reservation ticket with PNR
                                i) [protected] Booking ID ixitr[protected] on 23.03.2020 from bgp to patna
                                ii) [protected] Booking ID IXITR[protected] on 11.05.20 from hwh to kpd
                                iii)[protected] Booking ID ixitr[protected] on 10.05.2020 from bgp to hwh.
                                Due to Covid 19 all the train is cancelled and railway cancelled booking.Also IRCTC make refund to our travel agent IXIGO . But till now ixigo didn't make payment to me. After several reminder and chatting no resolution till now.

                                  I have book a bus ticket from ixigo app using my phone. The payment for the tickets has been confirmed by the google pay but there is no ticket or booking showing on ixigo app.

                                  I booked ticket on 13 September 2020.

                                  I want refund money that has been deducted from my bank account using google pay as you also see in the screenshot i have provided.

                                    I had my tickets cancelled in the month of 15th may 2020 and haven't received the refund yet, the refund was supposed to be reflected in the account post cancellation

                                        I was booking my ticket from new Delhi to Chandigarh, after filling the information blanks I proceeded to payment page. I chose Google pay to pay the respective amount, after the transaction was successful, money got deducted from my bank account but there was no information regarding my train ticket, not in app or not even a text message to assure me my ticket has been booked.
