I booked a ticket from AMD to VNS on 9th FEB from IXIGO but after two hours I received a mail that ticket booking failed but after more than 40 hrs, I have not received my refund back. Feb 18, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved They always says 48 hrs required and it will take atleast 6 days, so i will not recommend to use this APP at all, I raised issue on many online platform but still they took too much time. Ixigo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Feb 11, 2022 Ixigo Customer Care's response Hi Ankit, the amount will be refunded to the payment source within 48 hours. We request your patience in the meantime. Feb 18, 2022 Updated by Ankit14041992 Received Money After 6 days, but I still never recommended and will not use this app as because of their fault while booking ticket my money was deducted but for that refund I had to call many times, NEVER USE THIS APP IF YOU HAVE SOME OTHER OPTIONS.

You are saying same from the first day, now it's already more than 48 hrs and I have not received my money, IXIGO failed to book my flight ticket and not returning my money as well, Please work on this as soon as possible.
