[Resolved]  Ixigo — Amount deducted from account but ticket is not booked

I booked a flight from Bhopal to Bangalore for 26th Nov 2023 from Ixigo. My Flight trip id is IF[protected]. I made my payment through Payment and the transaction was successful. But on the Ixigo website it is showing as transaction failed. I got transaction again, but the amount was already deducted from my account. I did not get any ticket and no records are showing in my ixigo account. Not even for failed or cancelled transaction.
Kindly revert this issue to ixigo and get my refund processed or a confirmed flight ticket. Thankyou.
