The transaction failed but the amount is not credited back to my account my transaction id is IXITRS[protected] sp please resolve the issue as early as possible

    I booked a railway ticket from Ixigo Website on 28th Sept 2023, But during payment my payment got deducted from my account but it showed as failed on the website. Please issue the refund as soon as possible.

        I tried to book a ticket today from the app and the transaction was successful but the ticket didn't get booked. Money was debited but transaction is not visible in the history. I booked the second time and it was successfully completed and I got the ticket.When will the first amount be refunded?

            Dear Team,

            I have Booked a flight from PATNA to HYDERABAD for 18th September 2023 and the flight was cancelled by airlines itself and i got mail also from spicejet to raise the refund by visiting https://changes.spicejet.com website and i have done the same. After raising a refund request I waited for 3 to 4 days for a refund and as i have booked it with ixigo app i tried to contact ixigo also but was not able to connect with ixigo. I connected with spicejet customer care and they said they have refunded the full amount to third party ixigo. But today I got the refund after deducting Airline cancellation charges, convenience fee, seat & ixigo cancellation fee which is wrong as the flight was cancelled by the spicejet airlines itself, then why ixigo has deducted these all cancellation amount from me. Below are the details of booking please do the needful.

                Payment deducted twice on train booking

                Dear Sir,

                I booked a train ticket on ixigo app. Money got deducted from the bank the first time I initiated the payment through Google pay but the app showed it as failed and asked to pay again. I made the payment again and this time the app showed it successful. My bank account statement shows the money got deducted twice. I request you to kindly look into this matter.

                Payment deducted twice

                I booked a train ticket on ixigo app. The payment got deducted for the first time Initiated it but the app showed failed and asked to pay again. I paid again and the app showed it to be successful. My bank account shows the amount got deducted twice. The transaction was done on[protected] and the booking id is IXITRS[protected].
                Please look into this and initiate the refund asap....

                I was booking a flight ticket through the Ixigo application on 16 September 2023 and during payment via UPI mode (gpay), my payment was successful of ammount 10265 inr, but the ticket was not booked. Money was debited but I cant get any ticket.
                Kindly resolve the issue and revert my paid amount.

                  I booked a flight on 8th September and I paid around 3514 but flight was cancelled by airlines due to operational reasons but in that I got only refund amount of 2500. Ixigo has cut 1000 cancellation charges even flight was cancelled by airlines indigo.Why should I bear the loss of 1000 if I had not cancelled it .I need my full refund.They have cut it in the name of cancellation. I have attached the airlines website refund that goes into ixigo account.I need my full refund amount.

                    I have been tryinng to cancel my fully refundable ticket from Dubai to New Delhi bearing booking IDIF[protected] for the past ten days. I have cancelled ot via app multiple times and through executives for four times. The flight is seen as rescheduled and my request cancelled. I am stuck in another country owing to pathetic and irresponsible actions of ixigo. I have suffered huge monetary losses owing to the same. I need a cancellation asap with fair compensation.

                    Hi there, the refund was processed correctly as per ixigo assured fare terms. The waiver is applicable for airline cancellation charges which was processed. ixigo assured fee and a convenience fee are non-refundable.                           I have booked a rail ticket on ixigo and made the payment through PhonePe App amounting Rs.675.75 with Rs.100 cashback coupon. Ticket was from Haridwar to Ludhiana 3A for 06.09.2023.
                          Neither ticket got booked nor I got any refund back.

                            I have a booked a rail ticket on ixigo but neither it got booked nor I got any refund of the deducted amount. Ticket was for 3A from Haridwar to Ludhiana for 06.09.2023.
                            Amount was 675.75 something with a 100Rs. Cashback.

                              I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding a recent booking experience I had with your company. On Thursday, 24 August 2023, I booked a train ticket for myself fromSecunderabad to New Delhi through your website/booking platform. However, despite completing the payment process, the ticket has not been confirmed, the payment got failed and amount 750/- got debited. I tried twice, both the times amount of 1500/- rupees got debited and payment got failed.

                                I was booking a train ticket through the Ixigo application on 17th August at 12;42 am and during payment via upi mode (Google Pay) my payment was successful of amount 4, 062.00 INR to UPI - [protected]@oksbi as per upi reference id[protected] but the ticket was not booked either there was any confirmation of booking failed in the trip history.

                                Kindly, resolve the issue and revert my paid amount during that train ticket booking which is not booked

                                    I have completed all formalities to book train ticket for NDLS-LKO AC SPL (12430). i chose UPI payment option, a QR code got generated and on scanning the same a payment of RS, 1705-00 got deducted from my account (transaction id[protected], but no ticket got booked. now ixigo's customer complaint numbbers are not responding. plz do needful.
