I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding a recent booking experience I had with your company. On Thursday, 24 August 2023, I booked a train ticket for myself fromSecunderabad to New Delhi through your website/booking platform. However, despite completing the payment process, the ticket has not been confirmed, the payment got failed and amount 750/- got debited. I tried twice, both the times amount of 1500/- rupees got debited and payment got failed.
