Ixigo — my money not been refunded till now [Resolved]

While booking train tickets our transaction has been successfully done. But would entered wrong password so booking cancelled. Message for refunded money came as money will be refunded with in 5days but not refunded till now. But in app it is showing status as refunded. Its approximately 20days till now. I want my money back. I already complained several times but no response is there for my complaint....

Booked train ticket from paramakudi to chennai since it was emergency tried three time to book the ticket though it was failed from first time itself. But the money was debited all three times. Later received message saying that will refund the money within 48 hours but its become the double of the time still not received the refund, please do the needful.

I booked a round trip from turin (Italy) to mumbai (India) from ixigo which goes via london.
My complaint is that :
1) why ixigo provide flights via uk borders if the person is going to travel from europe to india without providing information alert about the transit visa.
2.) ixigo never showed me a notification or alert for the transit visa i will require for travelling through uk so in that case false service.
3.) ixigo talks about customer satisfactions and does this frauds to the customer. Also "without providing any after support"....

I booked my 2nd ac train tickets new delhi to warangal on 3rd june 2018 it cost 7423rs. My tickets were not booked and at the same time total amount dedicated from my account. Msg came from there side that within 5 days they will refund my money but till now 9 days are over they did not refund my money. They even don't provide any customer care no. From where we can ask our refund status....

I had booked a ticket from mangalore to mavelikkara on 24/5/2018. Following the booking i got a message saying that the ticket was not confirmed and the refund will be initiated in 5 days. But till now i didn't get any refund in my account and it's been more than 15 days. I hope you will look on this and do the needful. Attaching the message i received during booking procedure.

It's been quite a few hours that there has been no status generated and payment has been made successfully. I am not able to book my ticket now as it is an urgent requirement. I had booked a vistara flight through ixigo for 18th june[protected], amount paid rs 3849/-) which i cancelled on exactly one month earlier that is on 18th may, 2018. Even though the flight was marked as 'fully refundable', i have been informed to have been deducted the full base fare (Rs 2450) and will be refunded just rs 1400/-. I have 2 complains regarding the issue:
(1) vistara website states that there is no cancellation penalty if cancelled before 72 hours, and i have made the cancellation a whole month before. Then why have i been deducted this much amount?

Your app ixigo is showing that rs1917 is refunded but it is not added to the bank.. And no msg is given by you that it is refunded just your is app is displaying it... And it is also not there in bank transaction history that this type of amount has been credited... So look after this complaint asap... Because yoy said refund will be done in 3 to 4 days but it is the 10th day....
