I booked my tickets from SWM TO NZM(Amount: Rs 2488( on 6 july but the transaction failed and it showed that no amount has been deducted but I recieved a message from my bank that an amount of rs 2488 has been deducted from my account by Ixigo. Though the amount was deducted it showed that my booking has failed. I tried to contact Ixigo customer care where I got the reply that if any amount is deducted it will be refunded in my account till 13 July but till now 23 days have been passed and no amount has been refunded. I contacted my bank several times, even took out mini statements 2 to 3 times but still no refund. I'm totally disappointed with Ixigo train booking seevice because of it I have to suffer a lot. This is the second time that my booking failed but amount got deducted though earlier the amount was less so I didn't bothered about it but this time it's 2500 which is not less. I just want my money to be refunded as soon as possible.
You charge a lot for booking tickets but still the app is a waste. In the name of customer care you just give a inhuman bot that just keep saying that your money would be refunded but never actually refunds.
Such things have led me to book my tickets through Irctc official app rather than booking from such fraud app like Ixigo. You have made charging money without booking tickets a way to earn money.
I still hope to get my money refunded from such shameless Ixigo app.
Never going to recommend this app to anyone.
