Ixigo — Amount not reflect | |
I paid 8390 through ixigo app to book railway tickets on 27th night. But due to it being failed, Money was sent to Ixigo Money Max Wallet.But after that I transferred that amount to my account after which the money was deducted from ixigo money max wallet and it was shown in the message saying it was sent to my account। And along with it it was also said that money will be transferred in the account in half an hour or else money can come on 28th 1:00 am. Till today morning also the money was not sent to my account. Talking to the customer service representative repeatedly throughout the day, he once told me that he should come within 24 hours.And Then the representative tells to wait 72 hours and when I spoke again this evening were told that it may take 74 hours or even more 24 or 48 hours. Please help me to get my money. And do something to shut down such fraudulent companies. And after a lot of enquiry, he gave me a transaction reference ID and said that the customer can get full details from the customer service representative of the bank. But the customer service representative of Bank of India also makes this reference.Denying the number. And he ignored the matter and asked to file a complaint.
