[Resolved]  Ixigo — Balance-due to covid cancellation

Dear Sirs,

I have booked ticket through IXIGO to spicejet through their online portal portal ixigo.com, with the following booking ID details.

IXIGO Booking ID IF[protected]:
Date of booking 19th Sep 2020 Airline PNR number Z7QGPY Airline Spicejet. Amount paid Rs 8067
Due to COVID 19 airlines have cancelled their flight I have requested spicejet to refund the amount, which they have did it. I have got confirmation mail for the same aswell from spicejt. With this confirmation, I have requested IXIGO through their customer care number [protected] for refund process on 16th September 2020.

IXIGO Booking ID: IF[protected] Partial refund done for Rs 2617 on 4th octber, though airline cancelled the flight, they have penalized me with cancellation charges

With repeated follow up for more than 60 days ixigo is not taking action to refund the amount. Reasons informed by their customer care executives during the entire follow up with them for the last 40 days are as follows
a.System error, hence they are not able to refund
b. Need to wait for 15 days, 7 days, 48 hours for me to get refund
c. Will get full refund once their backend team check with those details with spicejet. Apart from these three reasons not able to get any response from them.

In spite of repeated follow up and providing the details to them, I am yet to get any proper response from them for for refund of remaining amount for booking id IF[protected]Complaint registration number BO79301)

In spite of repeated follow up and providing all the details required by them, I have lost confidence in getting my money from them.

My concerns are as follows
a. IXIGO is not refunding my amount though spicejet refunded full amount to them
b. Though IXIGO customer care executives informed that I will get full refund all the time, as this is due to airlines cancellation, inspite of providing all required details to them, they are not doing that. I have also mailed them the copy of mail received from spicejet to their id [protected]@ixigo.com as per their request. I have today checked with their Mr. Shivam Trivedi Service executive through their phone who is also repeating the same story of me to wait for more time as their back end team is waiting.

Totally fed up with their service. Request to help me to get my balance amount back though I am not at fault.
