In July 2022, I was trying to book flight tickets for two people from Goa to Bangalore and the booking was failed but money from my account was deducted. I have written multiple mails and messages and have even called the customer care executives and spoken to them but till date my problem has not been resolved and they haven't even refunded me my money even though the booking was failed. They are only creating tickets but are not resolving the matter. They are just trying to delay it or give reasons. They even asked me to talk to the bank I have my account in, the airline and to PhonePe executives but since I made the booking from Ixigo, then it's their responsibility to solve the matter. I am even attaching images where PhonePe has confirmed that the transaction was made and Ixigo has also confirmed the payment from PhonePe but on the other side Ixigo is denying me of the fact that they haven't received the payment. It's been 2 months since I have raised the matter and no actions have been taken from Ixigo.
I want to request them to refund me the amount charged as soon as possible and even pay the fine for the inconvenience they caused me for such a long period of time.
