I, parvindar kaur, was trying to book a train ticket on 30.08.2003 and i selected the upi option. After getting the QR code, i payed through Paytm but my payment was not reflected in the booking window and the booking window timer ran out. i got no train booking info after that.
I request a refund because no train ticket got booked.

Ixigo Customer Care's response Hi Parvinder, the payment was captured after a delay of 1-2 days and refund was initiated. The refund has failed mutliple times due to some issue. As per confirmation from the payment gateway and the bank the refund will be credited within 5-7 days. We regret the inconvenience caused.
The refund was processed on 6th August 2022
I am yet to receive the refund
Bank has also told me that the refund amount has not been credited to the account from where the payment was made
I want ixigo to please urgently look into the matter...
