        I booked the Indigo flight from Ixigo form Mumbai to Varanasi 1st Dec (PNR: TNMSFM, Passenger Name: Deven Agarwal) and the flight was canceled by airlines to which have initiated a full refund. I had a gift voucher worth rs 5000 which I used while paying on Ixigo plus the remaining via UPI. But after the cancellation, if flight which I have the right to get a full refund, they are not refunding the voucher amount of Rs 5000. I have tried multiple times but they say that the voucher amount can't be refunded. This was a gift voucher that I have a right to reuse for flight booking since my flight was canceled.

        Hi Deven, the coupon code/voucher was supposed to provide a discount at the time of booking and this benefit was availed already. In event of cancellation whether voluntary or involuntary the refund will be based on the final paid amount. The discount availed cannot be refunded.

          I booked a ticket from LKO to Agra fort at about 12:25 am on 30/09/2022. the payment got completed and after the completion of payment the TAB automatically get closed, whereas other tabs were still open. i tried to check the ticket but there was not any.

            Booking failed and amount was charged and not yet refunded

            In July 2022, I was trying to book flight tickets for two people from Goa to Bangalore and the booking was failed but money from my account was deducted. I have written multiple mails and messages and have even called the customer care executives and spoken to them but till date my problem has not been resolved and they haven't even refunded me my money even though the booking was failed. They are only creating tickets but are not resolving...

            IXITRS[protected] is my trip id for the cancelled booking, refund has been stated as successfully initiated from ixigo side on 18 th September 2022 though the refund amount is not getting reflected in my bank account. Neither any message /bank balance amount from the refund has been added till date. Its more than 7 days from the cancellation

              I had a chat with customers support representative of ixigo for four times, they told me that I'll be getting my refund within 7 days but it's been more than 7 days now. I was being told that refund has been initiated as well as credited to my account but no such amount has been credited yet. Afterwards when I asked them to show the transaction history and the account where it has been refunded, they showed me a photo which was fake because according to picture the refund was done for 1145 ruppes but my refund was for 280 ruppes. And foremost when I'm talking to them they are giving me bot replies and closing my chats without even listening to me properly. They aren't giving me proper information of account number or Google pay id to which it has been credited.

                I wanted to book a ticket from Thrissur to Udupi from ixigo. The Tatkal option was open and I made the the payment and the money was deducted from my account and the ixigo app showed the transaction expired. I waited for 5 mins and the ticket was not confirmed I connected with the customer service of ixigo and they told Money will be refunded with in 15 minutes as I was in an emergency and only few tickets were left I made another payment for the ticket and that was successful but afterwards the ticket I booked earlier also got confirmed. It’s only because of banking issues and technical error I rebooked it. I made the payment through google pay. When I checked my transaction history Money have been deducted 3 times from my account. I contacted google pay for the refund and they told to contact merchant that is ixigo but there is no help support for ixigo rather than online messaging. I want my refund!

                  Hello so I basically made a transaction for my irctc ticket using ixigo account([protected]@gmail.com and phone number: [protected]) I had booked a ticket on 4th September 2022 10:27 pm IXIGO train trip id: IXITRS[protected] whose payment is done but no ticket was booked it was said the payment would come in 5 days but I haven't received money was 1835.79

                      I booked a Airindia flight ticket for 31 Oct from Chennai to delhi . And I had to cancel it on 9th sept i.e., before more than a month of departure, the refund amount shown by the app was ₹3000 when I cancelled, but after cancellation I got refund of ₹2788 short of around ₹700 . But in Airindia cancellation policy for cancellation before more 7 days of departure the fixed penalty was stated as ₹2000, but in this app it charged ₹3675 a large difference . Did I got cheaped by the company...I want a proper explanation from the company

                          Their response: Since airline cancellation charge is higher than refund amount.

The airline refund value and the refund to you will differ based on the discount availed at the time of booking. The amount refunded by the airline was INR 508 which was adjusted with the discount value 415 and ixigo cancellation fee.

                            But airline provided me a voucher of cancellation charge and rest amount was credited back to ixigo.

                                I have booked train waiting ticket from ixigo on date 30.08.2022 from LTT to SNDD. When charts prepared out of 3 tickets 1 was confirmed and others were still in waiting list.
                                As per the rules if tickets are in waiting list after chart prepared should automatically get cancelled and refund should be provided.

                                I have not recieved anything about cancellation of waiting list tickets ajd refund.

                                The PNR was partially confirmed for 1 passenger and TDR had to be filed or the ticket had to be cancelled upto 30 mins prior to the train departure as per IRCTC rules. TIcket is cancelled automatically if all the passengers in a PNR are waitlisted.
