Money deducted but ticket did not received

I was doing train ticket on 8th of aug 2022, while i submitted the amount shown {1973.63 rupees} it deducted but the site automatically closed and money got deducted but not recieved ticket ....

Ixigo transferred ixigo max money to account but not credited in my account please help me...

Amount deducted from bank account but ticket not booked

I booked my tickets from SWM TO NZM(Amount: Rs 2488( on 6 july but the transaction failed and it showed that no amount has been deducted but I recieved a message from my bank that an amount of rs 2488 has been deducted from my account by Ixigo. Though the amount was deducted it showed that my booking has failed. I tried to contact Ixigo customer care where I got the reply that if any amount is deducted it will be refunded in my account till...

Money was deducted and ticket was not booked

I was booking ticket through web page of ixigo and after paying money page had been refreshed automatically and money deducted and ticket was not booked, i'm not able to track it as well neither in app or phone page.

my registered phone number is [protected] and i got a whatsapp message in my number that it will be refunded by 5 pm of 26 july and still it has not been credited.

so process my refund as soon as...

On 25/7/22, I booked ticket on ixigo app on train 12629 sampark kranti, from banglore to pune for date 23/08/22.
Payment has been completed from my side, but no ticket has been issued. Pls help.

I booked a bus from agra to jaipur via ixigo app and made a payment of rs 388 via my gpay upi id but when I complete payment my ticket is not showing even not showing any transaction in ixigo app plz refund my amount ASAP I also submit my proff of payment...

Refund not credited in my account

I have been try to book a ticket from shimla to delhi although I proceed to payment money send successfully to ixigo but ticket not booked.so please kindly refund the money it is happened 2 times they received money 2 times of 580 something rupees....

Hi i booked 2 tickets from SDAH to DGR on 16-07-22 online of 1356 rupees and the money got deducted from my bank account but at the time of irctc login i forgot my irctc password and no tickets were booked from ixigo and till now no refund has been initiated pls do something...

Refund not transferred

I had booked a train ticket in 2S from kuttipuram to mangalore but had to cancel it due to some issues.It showed in the ixigo app that the money max amount (Rs184.75)was transferred to my UPI ID but that’s not true since I have not received the refund.It is not visible in my bank statement either.Kindly look into the issue and initiate my refund....

Hi,

I booked a ticket from your app for 16th july, 2022 from SVDK to DLI and your app showed me that train will leave from PF1 so i was standing and waiting there however train time was crossed so i enquired from police who were on duty there they informed me that train was left already from different platform neither they made any announcement for it.

So please tell me what was my fault here?

The train was booked earlier and tickets weren't confirmed until the travel date. I tried canceling on the day prior but due to some ixigo server error, I was unable to do so. In lieu of this, did premium tatkal booking offline. I checked till the time of travel on the same day the ticket was on waiting and was waiting...

Train ticket booked but amount debited twice

As I have booked my train ticket from ixigo, first time I send the UPI ID of my father for the booking but he was not able to book afterwards I paid the amount and the booking was done but the amount was debited from my father's account also....
