Bengaluru to Bhubaneshwar flight cancelled by airline in Jan 2022 due to operational reasons.
Airline confirmed on refund
Stuck at ixigo

Their response: Since airline cancellation charge is higher than refund amount.
But airline cancelled it and already initiated refund to ixigo.

Kindly note that the amount you paid was after a discount of INR 415 while the original airfare was paid to the airline. The airline refund value and the refund to you will differ based on the discount availed at the time of booking. The amount refunded by the airline was INR 508 which was adjusted with the discount value 415 and ixigo cancellation fee.

    Madurai to bengaluru flight cancelled by airline.
    Airline confirmed on refund
    Stuck at ixigo

    Their response: Since airline cancellation charge is higher than refund amount.
    But airline provided me a voucher of cancellation charge and rest amount was credited back to ixigo.

    Unable to reach their customer care team.
    As per airline, the amount other than cancellation charge which was converted as voucher is to be returned by ixigo.

      Money Not Refunded From Ixigo Money Max

      Hello guys, I booked my ticket yesterday 10.05 am and I canceled my ticket amount is transferred to ixigo money, and I transfer my money from ixigo to my gpay upi id. They told that amount will be receives on September 5 2.00 am . I booked at 10.05 am .how it's possible to refund my money at 2.00 am .please return back my money.

        I have booked train waiting ticket from ixigo on date 30.08.2022 from LTT to SNDD. When charts prepared out of 3 tickets 1 was confirmed and others were still in waiting list.
        As per the rules if tickets are in waiting list after chart prepared should automatically get cancelled and refund should be provided.

        I have not recieved anything about cancellation of waiting list tickets ajd refund.

        The PNR was partially confirmed for 1 passenger and TDR had to be filed or the ticket had to be cancelled upto 30 mins prior to the train departure as per IRCTC rules. TIcket is cancelled automatically if all the passengers in a PNR are waitlisted.

            I have purchased 5 tickets on 2nd september 2022 from Howrah to Puri for 14th November 2022 online from ixigo. But the booking has failed and I transfer my money from ixigo money accounts Rs. 5459/- to my bank account from where I purchased the tickets. Ixigo has send me in whatsapp that my money is already credited to my bank account but in reality till date my money is not transfered yet to my bank account. When I call to their customer care number they told me that within 72 hours it will be transfered. Now today i.e on 4th september 2022 they are telling that it will take 7 days. When I ask them to provide me the transaction ID if they transfer my money to my bank account they fail to provide me the same. Please take necessary action against ixigo, so, I can refund my money from ixigo.

              IXIGO APP GOOD OR FRAUD
              I booked ticket 42 days ago, from tvc to tup I got PQWL FOR 4 passengers, still now no change in Status, normaly atleast from PQWL 1, 23, 4 TO RAC should come in a month, still no change, always same pqwl 1234. Now train departure getting near. Note -I paid extra amount 320 for cancellation for full refund. It seems it force me to cancel, , so I wont get my 320, looks like fraud, kindly clarrify ixigo??

              Hi, the confirmation of a waitlisted ticket is upto sole discretion of IRCTC and depends on seat/berth availability. Ticket if not confirmed till chart preparation will be auto refunded in 72 hours after the travel date.

                I had a cancelled booking by ixigo

                The refund was processed on 31st August
                I am yet to receive the refund
                Bank has also told me that the refund amount has not been credited to the account from where the payment was made
                I want ixigo to please urgently look into the matter.

                  I am yet to receive the refund

                      I, parvindar kaur, was trying to book a train ticket on 30.08.2003 and i selected the upi option. After getting the QR code, i payed through Paytm but my payment was not reflected in the booking window and the booking window timer ran out. i got no train booking info after that.

                      I request a refund because no train ticket got booked.

                      Hi Parvinder, the payment was captured after a delay of 1-2 days and refund was initiated. The refund has failed mutliple times due to some issue. As per confirmation from the payment gateway and the bank the refund will be credited within 5-7 days. We regret the inconvenience caused.

                          My booking for flight ticket is not showing

                          I have booked roundtrip of 2 flight tickets from MAA to DXB travel date september 11 is not showing in my ixigo app. My payment has been done and my tickets have been confirmed and i have my e-tickets but why my booking is not showing in the app...

                          Hi i booked 2 rail tickets from ixigo.com from kolkata to durgapur, rajdhani express about 2 months back for rupees 1356 and I paid the money using upi but during the time of IRCTC verification I was not able to remember my password and I could not generate my tickets but the money got deducted from my bank and no tickets were generated i request to kindly look into this matter as soon as possible . This is the third time i am complaining but no action has been taken

                            Booked a flight, unfortunately booked a wrong flight and cancelled it immediately. Still 40 days remaining for the departure. But instead of flight cancellations right away the status is still cancelling pending. Havnt received a refund too. Everytime chat with customer care all they say is the same thing over and over. All are robots.
