[Resolved]  Ixigo — Booking failed but the money debited from my account refund not received

I tried booking train ticket & I was paying through phone pe app. The money got deducted but the ixigo app didn't redirected me to IRCTC site but instead displayed the failed message. Kindly refund the amount Rs.580.
I ask about my customer care in ixigo

We can see only 1 payment for INR 580 on 14th March which was refunded on 15th March to the payment source with bank ARN[protected].
