[Resolved] Ixigo — Booking failed but the money debited from my account refund not received | |||||
N march 24 I tried booking train ticket & I was paying through phone pe app. The money got deducted but the ixigo app didn't redirected me to IRCTC site but instead displayed the failed message. Kindly refund the amount Rs.580. I ask about my customer care in ixigo Send message : Sorry! Since the transaction failed, we haven’t charged money against the booking ID: IXITR[protected]. If the amount of Rs. 580.00 has been debited from your account, it would have automatically been reversed to the original mode by[protected].howeveri[censored] haven't received the amount please contact the bank customer care for the same.
