[Resolved] Ixigo — booking status as pending | |||
I booked a ticket from bangalore to mumbai at 11:30 am today and it’s booking status is showing as pending even though my payment has been successful and my ixigo money has been deducted too. I got a message from ixigo saying that my booking status will be confirmed till 3 pm today, but yet there has been no change in the booking status and it still shows as pending. Kindly resolve this issue by either refunding me my entire money or by confirming the ticket. I have also emailed you about the same at [protected]@ixigo.com Was this information helpful? | |||
