[Resolved] Ixigo — cancelling tatkal because train runs 16hrs late | |||
Sir I have booked a tatkal train ticket via ixigo app for the date[protected] for the passenger named muneer from srr-tvc from the irctc user id jasimspm. And ixigo registered email [protected]@gmail.com and mobile [protected]. Unfortunately the train is running late by more than 16hrs And i need to cancel the ticket. It is not possible to cancel it via irctc because it is booked from a third party. (Screen shot attached) I have been using this app since several months n for the first time i am facing an issue from ur side Since you value your customers please guide me to do the cancellation at the earliest and to get the Refund for the same. In your app it is showing that the train is on time but it is running late and screenshot of the current status is placed with this mail Please address my issue at the earliest and do the cancellation Thanking you Jasim [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Feb 19, 2019 Ixigo Customer Care's response Hi Jasim, Thanks for writing in. Please note in order to obtain a refund in case the train is running late more than 3 hrs you need to file your TDR by clicking on "File TDR" at the bottom of your trip section. You just need to select the reason for filing TDR and a mail will be sent to IRCTC. The same can only be done before the actual departure of the train. I am booking train ticket with ixigo. Date is 19 feb 2019. For inner my ticket was cancel. Order id is IXITR[protected] and my payment id is 1WBKH078R66RUBE251 amount Rs. 1462.32 please refund my amount immediately on my account as soon as possible your side not received this amont you ask 5 days to receive but I can't received

Please refund my money its not 50 or 100 rs. Its totally 1462.31. Please help to refund this amount
I booked a tatkal ticket on 29jan2019 from tatanagar to khurda, but money was deduct from my account or my friend account and amount is 1787, and today's date is 24feb2019 and still I did not get any amount form your side. I request you please give my money back as soon as possible.
