[Resolved] Ixigo — charged for a failed transaction | |||||
I was about to book my ticket from pune to delhi. On putting the promo code, the transaction failed multiple times and i was not able to do the transaction. Finally i was able to book when i tried without promo code and other card. Later i found that amount was deducted from my first failed transaction also. I even had to face a loss of time and also of not using promo code. If promo code was not working, i could have used goibibo or makemytrip. At least they have a smooth transaction process.
