Ixigo — Complain regarding no information of ticket booking after payment

Team,

I was booking a train ticket through ixigo application on 9 June at 11:05 am and during payment via upi mode my payment was successful of amount 6418 inr through UPI to ixigo.[protected]@icici but ticket was not booked neither there was any confirmation of booking failed in the trip history.

Kindly, resolve the issue and revert my paid amount during that train ticket booking which is not booked
