[Resolved]  Ixigo — Covid traveller unattended

I was supposed to travel from Chennai to Delhi on 26th April 2021. Since I was tested Covid positive, I had checked with Air India customer care that if I had produced my covid certificate after my period of qurantine, I can either reschedule or refund my tickets. Because of lockdown I could not go to air india in person and hence I have submitted my covid reports and my tciket details to Air India and to the Flipkart travel (agency in between), but my problem has not been resolved. Both Flipkart and Air India are blaming each other. Where do I stand?.. I have'nt cancelled my ticket because I don't want to be blamed later that I cannot reclaim my entire amount spent
