[Resolved] Ixigo — debited amount is not refunded | |
Sir i booked a ticket from guwahati (Kamakhya) to saharanpur on 01 sep 19 train no. 15655- kyq-svdk. I did my payment via bhim (Upi) payment of rs. 2015.40 is done but my pnr could not be generated niether i got refund. As you know first they ask id and than payment is done and in last password is submitted by after payment done password option did not appear and niether pnr gendered. My irctc id is itsvikash0. My email-i’d is ruhela. [protected]@gmail.com sir please do the needful to refund my amount of 2015.40 rs

Sir on 4sep 2019 I have paid money five time to book tickets from Durgapur to Allahabad.. my money has been deducted but ticket booking fail all time...I want refund my money..

Last night I booked the ticket from jblpur to nizamuddin bt ticket was not booked so plzz refund my money back it happens 2 times
