[Resolved]  Ixigo — didn't get refund

Respected sir
I am piyush and i filed tdr against my pnr no.[protected] to irctc. After sometime they gave me a transaction i'd of payment but i didn't get my refund amount into my account. I mailed to irctc but they told me to contact to ixigo.
So i requested you to study my case and get back to me with positive response.
I hope you will definitely give me a good response.

I booked my tickets from your app .but my tickets not confirmed but money got deducted.from Bagdogra to Bengaluru.several times i called to resolve my problems but couldn't get a solution.
