i have booked a bombay patna flight with a insurance for cancellation travel date : 25/09/2020 i have cancelled the booking on 23/09/20, but it still says cancellation pending and none of your incompetent customer care executives are able to provide me proper resolution. if i am booking a ticket via IXIGO, it should be your responsibility to get my refund ticket and the insurance for which i have paid for the booking cancellation hastle free instead of making 3-4 calls with your customer care,
they are asking me to contact Airindia for cancellation ticket and refund and making me to contact the liberty insurance company for refund.
while booking ticket on IXIGO app, it says clearly to cancel ticket on IXIGO
i have explained the whole thing to your 3 executives 3 times, last person i spoke to is vidyashree shah, she assured me that i will get my refund within 2 hours as well as a call back. but i dont think she has taken any interest in resolving my issue.
you say that i have to claim insurance within 10 days . and the cancellation request is pending from 10 days in IXIGO, please explain me how i am going to claim now?
also if the liberty insurance declines my claim i want the complete refund from IXIGO as it is mistake from you guys and your incompetent executives.
i dont care how you get it done
