I booked my ticket on 30.01.2024 and the boarding was on 5th of march, 2024.

later on due to circumstances, i wanted to cancel my ticket.

I opened the ixigo flight app and then went on my trips but couldn't find my ticket.

I put my pnr on another website and found out that you can't cancel the ticket and only ixigo can. It is a shame to know that i can't even apply for cancellation on the website...

I booked an international flight on 15th dec'2023 from new delhi to catania, flight date is 11th jan 2024. I choose the ixigo assured program while booking. I received the email with the flight details mentioned. On the top of the flight details pdf, it is clearly mentioned that you will get full refund on cancelation. As per they mail me they are stating that they have initiated the refund on Oct 31 2023. But on the same time they have texted me as a message on my WhatsApp that they have intiated my refund on Aug 31st 2023 its been 9 months i am going behind this. i have cancelled my ticket on last march.

I booked a flight from Bhopal to Bangalore for 26th Nov 2023 from Ixigo. My Flight trip id is IF[protected]. I made my payment through Payment and the transaction was successful. But on the Ixigo website it is showing as transaction failed. I got transaction again, but the amount was already deducted from my account. I always face this problem whenever I book a train through my Iphone and after making payment, ixigo app always asks me to re-login again and after that I enter the same password which I used to log in to the app. I had entered it after but this time the ixigo app does not accept it, then I use the link "forget password?" and I get a new password online but when I enter the same password, ixigo does not accept it. I have booked flight ticket from Bangalore to Hyd. Name is SHIRISHA G, as the last name is mandatory and not allowing single alphabet, I have entered SHIRISH in first name and A G in second name.
Due to which name is updated in boarding pass as A G SHIRISH.
Airport authorities were not allowing us into Airport.
I had to cancel the ticket and book a new one, which costed me 10, 000.
I am looking for the compensation...

Dear Sir,

I booked a train ticket on ixigo app. Money got deducted from the bank the first time I initiated the payment through Google pay but the app showed it as failed and asked to pay again. I made the payment again and this time the app showed it successful. My bank account statement shows the money got deducted twice. I request you to kindly look into this matter.

I booked a train ticket on ixigo app. The payment got deducted for the first time Initiated it but the app showed failed and asked to pay again. I paid again and the app showed it to be successful. My bank account shows the amount got deducted twice. The transaction was done on[protected] and the booking id is IXITRS[protected].

I had recently booked my ticket from rajkot to ahmedabad from ixigo on 12 april for the date 13 april (the next day) with trip id IXITRS[protected] and payment id 1CN8E9Z9PT7YPRBS719.

Unfortunately i had cancelled the booking my mistake though i wanted to continue the booking so i paid requested money by ixigo on upi and my money got debited by ticket was not confirmed.

I booked a train and I paid the full amount through my upi and transaction was successful but I waited for 7 minutes and I didn’t get the ticket so I tried again for the payment and in 2nd time I got the ticket. My money deducted 2 times for the same ticket so kindly assist me for the refund. As per my knowledge the first payment was fraud/scam because ixigo always requests for transaction in upi. So there are bugs in ixigo train application...

As I had booked the flight from Mangalore to Mumbai on 26 December 2022, the confirmed flight was not available when I had visited the airport. The guide told me in the airport that GO FIRST Flight had stopped operation 2 month ago but I got a confirmed flight ticket.

My name is Nippuleti Aiswarya. I have booked an indigo airline ticket from ixigo website dated 22 Jan 2022(PNR HHYCCY), from Hyderabad to Guwahati.
