Recently booked a flight ticket from pune to delhi of 21st june 2018 vide trip id emt45908598 in vistarauk 992. As a commitment provide of rs. 750 as cashback in the form of ixigo money i retained the services of ixigo. After making the flight ticket, i was shocked to see that till now i havent received any ixigo money as committed by the ixigo
I hope for expedite resolution of this issue...

Ixigo — incorrect refund initiated - ixigo + cheap ticket scam! [Resolved]

I cancelled a flight ticket from bengaluru to new delhi on 7th may. The confirmation mail from ixigo as well as the cancellation menu showed a deduction of around inr 3600/-

The email from the ixigo stated confirmed that i will receive a refund of inr 6379/- however, today i got an sms with a refund of rs 515.00/- instead of 6379.

This is just a scam being done by ixigo and cheap ticket. Even the indigo airlines (Flight operator) website states that the tickets are refunded upto 1.5 hrs prior and i cancelled it way before that deadline as well (2.45 hrs).

Sir, we are reserve the train ticket for (06/05/2018) trivandrum to madurai junction. Journey date (07/05/2018). Train no.56701rupees 135.00 debited my bank account, but the ticket was cancel. But we can't receive the refund. So please kindly return the money for my bank account please quickly.

Sir, I have booked a ticket of SEALDAH-BALLIA (13106) from Shahpur patoree to Sealdah on 9th May 2018. The transaction for the said journey was completed but just after few moment I received a text message that my ticket was not completed and my money will be refunded in 5 days. Till now I have not received my money.

I was booking 2 tickets, one from jharsuguda to cuttack in tapaswini express another from bhubneshwar to jharsuguda in bhubneshwar-rourkela intercity. The booking failed but the amount was deduct from a/c. Though the stimulated time is 5-7 working days, i need the money urgently. So please refund my money as soon as possible. Kindly refund rs 430 of tapaswini express and rs 500 for bhubneshwar-rourkela intercity express. The booking was done on 12.5.2018...

Today i booked a ticked for new delhi to mumbai central through your app and successfully made the payment.

However at the time of logging into irctc credentials the transaction did not go through successfully.

The transaction history in your app shows "payment successful booking pending".

I have booked the ticket from ixigo and the amount is deducted. I have received the payment confirmation mail along with transaction id, card number, mobile number, email id. I have contacted the booking provider i. E sasticket which says they did not receive the payment and they are asking to make another booking which is not convenient for me because the problem is not from my end....

Im booking train h nizamuddin - nagpur train booking could not be confirmed due to payment. Sir aardley 5-7 warking day campletd but not credit my refund rs. 2383 rupees.

I was trying to book bus ticket (On 08.05.2018 for journey on 08.05.2018) from bokaro (Jharkhand) to kolkata (West bengal) in royal cruiser bus (Departing from bokaro @ 10:45pm). After payment some error occurred and seat not booked but amount deducted from bank account.
Refer transaction id [protected], inr 1977/- deducted from bank account while booking bus ticket through ixigo mobile app. But ticket not booked. Please confirm reversal of amount in bank....

But I have received message from SBI net banking about successful payment to RazorPay (ecommerce)and money is deducted from my a/c. I had 750/ ixigo money in my wallet.Please refund my money back.
'Money deducted from our accont and ticket not received ' if such issue occurs how can we book tickets through you.Actually we are travelling frequently. how can we have faith in you ?
