Ixigo Customer Care's response Hey Abhay, we are out of words to apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. We’d like to inform you that Go First is currently not issuing refunds to agent bank accounts due to airline insolvency and uncertainty of their future operations. We assure you that we'll refund the amount as soon as we receive it from Go First. We have also approached the National Company Law Tribunal and filed a claim on behalf of our customers with the Interim Resolution Professional appointed under the Insolvency Resolution Process by NCLT. We request you to exercise patience until this claim is approved. Thanks.
