Hotel booked but no longer exists and money not refunded

I had booked two days hotel on Ixigo platform from 27Nov23 to 29Nov23 at Fabexpress MT corporate stays at Knowledge park Noida. After reaching the hotel location, found out that hotel is converted to hostel 3 months back and we called ixigo to give the hotel contact number, unfortunately no one lifted the call and we didn’t get...

Sub - Refund

I suppose the get refund Rs. 920-83 from ixigo and regarding this i got message through WhatsApp on 4th November. As per message i have updated my bank details in ixigo portal, till date i haven't received the payment. And there is no any contact number or official mail ID to complaint. The ixigo WharsApp message as mentioned below.

This is a reminder that you have an unused amount of ₹920.83 in your ixigo money max account. Please note that this amount can be transferred to your bank account. Go to the 'ixigo money' section, click on 'Initiate Refund' and then add your account details (such as UPI ID or bank account number) to receive the amount. It will be credited instantly to your account.

      Amount deducted from account but ticket is not booked

      I booked a flight from Bhopal to Bangalore for 26th Nov 2023 from Ixigo. My Flight trip id is IF[protected]. I made my payment through Payment and the transaction was successful. But on the Ixigo website it is showing as transaction failed. I got transaction again, but the amount was already deducted from my account. I did not get any ticket and no records are showing in my ixigo account. Not even for failed or cancelled transaction.br...

      My money is deducted from my bank account through paytm upi Id [protected]@paytm but the app is showing payment canceled

        Why does ixigo ask for re-login after booking payment?

        I always face this problem whenever I book a train through my Iphone and after making payment, ixigo app always asks me to re-login again and after that I enter the same password which I used to log in to the app. I had entered it after but this time the ixigo app does not accept it, then I use the link "forget password?" and I get a new password online but when I enter the same password, ixigo does not accept it. I talk to your customer...

        I have booked the ticket of 25th November from Amritsar to Vadodara, i cancelled this ticket on 30 October 2023 & got message that money will credited till 31 October 2023 but yet not credited.

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue related to a flight booking made through Ixigo, which was operated by Go Airlines (India) Limited, six months ago. Unfortunately, the flight was canceled due to Go First's bankruptcy, and despite several follow-ups, I have not received any updates or refunds for this booking.

            Here are the details of the booking:

            - **Supplier Name:** Go Airlines (India) Limited
            - **Booking Date:** 05/05/2023
            - **Flight Sector:** DEL-BLR
            - **PNR Number:** F4LE8V
            - **Passenger Name:** Bharti Ayer (F-50), Jay Ranesh (M-15)

We’d like to inform you that Go First is currently not issuing refunds to agent bank accounts due to airline insolvency and uncertainty of their future operations. We assure you that we'll refund the amount as soon as we receive it from Go First. We have also approached the National Company Law Tribunal and filed a claim on behalf of our customers with the Interim Resolution Professional appointed under the Insolvency Resolution Process by NCLT. We request you to exercise patience until this claim is approved. Thanks.

              Last Name not allowing single alphabet character

              I have booked flight ticket from Bangalore to Hyd. Name is SHIRISHA G, as the last name is mandatory and not allowing single alphabet, I have entered SHIRISH in first name and A G in second name.
              Due to which name is updated in boarding pass as A G SHIRISH.
              Airport authorities were not allowing us into Airport.
              I had to cancel the ticket and book a new one, which costed me 10, 000.
              I am looking for the compensation...

                Recently I booked train ticket from Panvel to Thivim Mao Janshatabdi Station and I did my payment by UPI and the money transaction was successful and also I received the amount debited from my bank SMS by my tickets didn't get booked. I was my money to be refunded as early as possible. This seems like a fraud.

                        I have made payment to ixigo trains and i failed to make a booking and but my payment is successful and now ixigo is not giving my refund.. They were showing that I'll get refund before 3pm today but I didn't get my refund yet to my bank account.. And my money is also not there in ixigo money max.. I need you to solve my problem ASAP!

                          I have cancelled a refundable hotel booking and it's 12 days and I have still not received the refund yet. Everytime I chat with customer care, they say refund is processed but pending. Booking id: IH[protected].

                            I have cancelled a refundable hotel booking. In the app it is showing as refunded. But it is now more than 10 days and still I have not received the refund in my account.
