Ixigo — Hotel booked but no longer exists and money not refunded

I had booked two days hotel on Ixigo platform from 27Nov23 to 29Nov23 at Fabexpress MT corporate stays at Knowledge park Noida. After reaching the hotel location, found out that hotel is converted to hostel 3 months back and we called ixigo to give the hotel contact number, unfortunately no one lifted the call and we didn’t get the hotel, we had waited with our luggage on chilling weather on the roads for 2 hours to get a contact of hotel person to know the fault, at that time ixigo person assured it will be cancelled and refunded. After following up with the team for a week, ixigo unable to refund my money and also I see they are helpless and ask us to wait for 24 hours every time, worst customer service I had ever seen in hotel industry.
I think ixigo is unprofessional and they are helpless cheaters, they are just enjoying with the people hard earned money by listing hotels which are no longer exist.
